Awful misrepresentated and not worth one star!
This has got to be the worst place I have ever stopped in. The apartment was basic to Say the least it seemed to be modelled on a 1950,s holiday camp. We have a 9 year old child and the settee in the living room was her bed. It had been made up as a bed and consequently there was no where to sit in the evening. The pool was freezing and had no life guard so was not child friendly and the restaurant advertised did not exist. The reception was supposed to be staffed from 9.00 am to 5.00 PM but the receptionist was never there.on arrival we were asked to sign an inventory for the room stating what we were going to be fined if any item was damaged or lost, some items on the list where not even in the room.they charged 5 lev a day for a safety deposit box which you can never access as the receptionist is never there.other guests where actively trying to move to other accommodation as it was that bad. We checked out and moved at an expense to us because it was that bad.More
My first solo trip, and the accommodation was fantastic! Large kitchen space, Luxury L shaped brown sofa, bathroom with bathtub and drain on floor large wardrobe and beds extremely comfortable! So soft and relaxing. The pool was freezing and made of salt water but great for waking up. The salt water meant no chlorine damaged hair! Apartments and complex in general were spotless, bar prices were expensive in comparison to other places. There was no restaurant but there was a Bar which served snacks. The Bar had lovely bar tenders Peter and Gergana. I would return just to see Gergana, she is so caring and lovely! Such an asset to the Efir team. The only complaint I have is that the reception was not open 24/7 as stated and after purchasing a safety deposit box, and not getting access I wasn't very happy so just kept my items in my room. My air conditioning broke and one of the service men stank of smoke and dirt. He then lit up a cigarette while waiting for his partner to return!!! Overall a positive and great first trip to Bulgaria! More
Modern, convenient, good location
Apartment was modern, spotless, and comfortable. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment - with kitchen/dining room, bathroom, bedroom, and two sunny balconies. There was a swimming pool on site with bar facilities - looked nice but didn't use it. Small supermarket beside apartment block, and larger supermarket called Aldo (300metres away) were very convenient. Bus stop for public transport / free transfer to waterpark / day trips right outside apartment block too. Taxi rank beside the bus stop - beware of pushy drivers approaching you while you wait for the bus. Prices are very high. Public transport is regular and very cheap. Unless you've very young children or mobility issues I'd go with buses. Beach was a handy 3 minute walk from apartment. Although not on the main strip the location was great and a bit quieter than some other accommodation I saw. More

Fabulous quiet holiday apartments, cleaning ladies were a dream, quietly knocked the door asking if we needed anything. Everywhere within walking distance, beach less than 5 minutes walk & bus stop directly outside the door. Piotr & Georgina in the bar area are fantastic people. Highly recommended 👍👍More
An honest review
Where do I start. Its situated on a main road with bus stops right outside which means every local bus and every tour bus pulls up right outside 24 hours a day.The apartments are big but have seen better days and need total refurbishment. It has minimal kitchen utensils,a two ring cooker one pot one pan and that's it.The bathroom door would not lock, the toaster would not switch off and the T.V. was tiny. The pool is a good size and the poolside bar staff are very friendly. The bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days which would be fine if the air conditioner worked. The reception is situated across the road and you have to run the gauntlet of taxi drivers touting for business. All in all if you can afford to stay somewhere else then do.More
