Take one massive waterpark. Throw in a stack of knuckle-whiteners. Sprinkle with a couple of relaxing rides. And voilà – you’ve got the Aqua Nevis Clubhotel.
Set over 24,000 square metres, the brilliant Aqua Nevis Clubhotel has waterslides that range from pulse-racers – stand up Kamikaze and Twister – to more sedate affairs, like the Crazy River.
You’re within walking distance of the town centre and beach, but the hotel puts on a free shuttle bus to zip you there even quicker.

Alongside family-friendly numbers such as the lazy river and wave pool, smaller visitors are looked after here too. Adventure Island is packed with mini slides and water sprays just for the little ones, and the pool is nice and shallow for splashing around. Bigger slides like the Boomerango half-pipe and the speedy multi-lane chutes are on hand for thrillseekers to enjoy as well.
Just so you know, the waterpark is also open to the public, and food and drink at the restaurant come at a charge. And just to make you aware, some of the slides may be too big for younger visitors.
- There is a height restriction of 130cm for the larger slides
First Choice Kids' Club
First Choice Kids’ Club caters for 3 to 11 year olds – so brothers and sisters can join in the fun together. And most of it’s completely free. It runs 5 days a week and – outside of peak season – there are parent and toddler sessions for under 3s, too. For your peace of mind, all First Choice Kids’ Club staff have advance DBS checks and hold NVQ Level 2 childcare qualifications. They’re First Aid trained, and there’ll be at least 2 of them on duty at all times. Plus there’s a strict sign-in and out system.
With a kids' section.

Not the best, not the worst!
Too many children running riot, rules by pool and in waterpark are not adhered to by guests and not implemented by lifeguards either! Maybe if they were a bit more strict the kids could still enjoy themselves and others could relax and take a nice dip in the pool without getting splashed by juveniles. Hotel rooms are nice and clean decorated well and has plenty of storage space. Rooms cleaned daily to a good standard. Good facilities in room, tv and good aircon! Quite rare to find also is a hotel with a reasonable about of plugs in this day and age! Nice having a plug by each side of the bed! There is a fridge in the room which has crisps/chocolate & drinks which are all chargeable if consumed... think this is a bit ridiculous for a all inclusive... there is a supermarket within 2 minute walking distance for half the price however the room in the fridge is taken up by all the stuff they want to charge for! The hotel boasts about their eco friendly approach and encourage guests to use their towels more than once which is fair enough but how eco friendly can you be if you don't even have a plug for the sinks! Wifi is good and FREE throughout resort/waterpark and In rooms! Lifts.... they seem illogical and maybe need re-programming. At the beginning we couldn't get 4 people in one lift due to the weight restrictions... but the 4 of us did not exceed it! Eventually we managed to all get in if we evenly spread out the weight in the lift! Also they are very small! And if you were going up to the top it would stop off at floors on the way up to attempt to collect people who wanted to go down! ALSO... Probably wouldn't use if you're scared of lifts, twice within the week the lift dropped about half a floor which was quite scary at first but eventually after a couple of minutes it resumes! There are a lot of rooms In the hotel and normally we would find ourselves waiting in excess of over 5/10 minutes for a lift to come. We brought a birthday package one night which didn't quite include everything that was advertised but for the price the cake (amazzzzzinnng) and the bubbly and ballooons decorated on the table was worth it! Also on the persons birthday the hotel left a card and another bottle of bubbly in the room with glasses! Shuttle service is good but walking is probably quicker! And with only one running on the hour we saw it get very busy at times! Food isn't anything to write home about, breakfast was probably the best meal of the day, but even then you'd have to wait a long time for an egg to be cooked! Dinner and lunch was pretty average, basically the same food repeated! We ate out 3 nights of 6! The bar staff were all nice, the hotel pool Bar had a lovely woman working there who seemed to be the happiest of them all but she was always on her own which would lead to big queues! Just a tip if you're planning on going to the beach then be prepared to pay for sunbeds if you want to be anywhere near the sea! Entertainment is VERY child orientated and I do feel like this hotel is ideal for families but not everyone has children. But for the adults it's dull and repetitive and at times painful! Perhaps they should scrap bingo on a couple of nights and do something more exciting. So if I were to return to sunny beach I personally would not come back and considering the amount of times we ate out I'd probably consider going self catering in central apartments. I would recommend this hotel to any families with kids who want to run wild because they'll be no stopping them here! More
Not long back from Aqua Nevis An excellent holiday great for kids plenty for them if they are right age most suitable from 0-14 years I reckon , Loads of different water slides Entertainment each night up to 11.30ish Found food was great plenty of variety for kids and adults, The shops are not far walk recommend walking only takes about 10 mins as bus can be full and only goes every hour on the hour, Some Hotel Staff ok :( didn't really think there where that friendly plates intend to pick up to fast u take a break to breath I found they where on top of u to lift plates, Be careful on floor intends to be sleepy from people coming in from pool yet, There was one staff member that stood out for me not sure his name but he did the ice- cream for kids he had great time for everyone he was the only member of staff I could see making an effort with the costumers he also took part in entertainment night sometimes he is a credit to the team, Kids club and entertainment staff also brilliant It was my husbands birthday while we where there the hotel left champagne in the room nice gesture, And TUI Chris and Corina very helpful Positive notes:- slides brilliant, food good, drink good Well done housekeeping work very hard room spotless everyday Negative :- Pools close at 6.30pm really should stay open till 9pm for residents and maybe 6.30 for public even suggest that main pool in hotel really should be open till 9.30 this is a resident only pool also closed at 6.30pm Public bathroom I found a bit poor on hygiene very bad Oder and lights are senseored so intend to turn off even when going toilet a bit scary for children I would not recommend doing caption pirate ship day out very boring kids where board didn't do much on this 4x4 great bring water guns if u can water fights take place, I difently would recommend this hotel for family's there needs a few changes to be made but overall really enjoyed ourselves, More
You'll struggle to stay entertained
It's safe to say our 1 week stay could have been 5 days, any longer and you'd definitely run dry on enthusiasm. The hotel is situated in a dusty area next to a warehouse and a 10/15 minute walk from the main Sunny Beach strip, however when in the water park (the hotel's saving grace) you aren't aware of this. We definitely didn't feel like we were at an all inclusive hotel, and opted to eat out most nights as we found it quite ridiculous dinner stopped serving at 9pm! I thought all meal serving times were very short and un-accommodating. There simply was not a lot on offer at all. The food was poor in my opinion, multiple stations serving the exact same things - and one day lunch was the same as dinner. Restaurant staff were also often slow to clear plates. There is only 1 bar in the evening (apart from the sports bar at the very rear end of the hotel, which required walking out of the hotel grounds to reach...) and it's relatively small, so queuing (in single file nonetheless 🙃what on earth??) was very tedious. Hotel guests are generally loud and not a great crowd. I won't comment on the entertainment because that simply isn't my thing anyway, kids seemed to be entertained and staff were very capable and child friendly. Rooms were of ample size and maids were helpful. Overall, not a great place. We struggled to keep ourselves busy and honestly spent half of the holiday in the room. Highlights definitely being the waterpark and free shuttle to the strip. More
Wonderful 2 weeks

Million thanks to Peter and Stefan for organising vegetarian meals and special thanks to all the chefs who prepared the wonderful food for us also our thanks to Chris who served us wonderful icecream. Aqua Nevis has it all. Brilliant staff, fabulous food great selection, the rooms are big and spotless. Its a paradise for kids. We didnt have kids with us but stayed for the entertainment every night then went into the strip. The waterpark is fantastic and was no problem finding a sunbed. We used the spa on our second day it was wonderful would highly recommend the turkish bath. I really do not know how anyone could fault this hotel. It was the best all inclusive hotel i have ever stayed in. More
