Late bargain deal
booked July 2016 and stayed September 2016 and was definitely a bargain break away! late arrival but quick check in and food delivered to our room (bonus!) we had no complaints about the room at all, perfect for a couple good lively atmosphere at the pool, the animation team all worked very hard but were fun, and if you didnt want to join in, they were happy to just move on. food was great, especially the snack bar and ice creams! cocktails were nice on the free selection and available all day :) entertainment at night was a bit hit and miss but they always put in top effort and always made us laugh waterpark was fun for an hour each day location is a short walk to some shops, we walked to the fort along the beach and that took about 90 minutes would i stay there again? definitelyMore
Visited here as a family of 4 (2adults, 2 children 14 & 4). Very pleased on arrival, offered flannels and juice and told restaurant was reopening at 2130 for us late arrivals. Room was lovely, entertainment disappointing for both adults and children. Poor set up on roof top bar, either sit outside cold or sit inside and you can't see. Small pool for 4year old a ridiculous set up, having to walk through big pool and climb over a wall into it! Water park was good but had to buy drinks and snacks! Food was a huge disappointment and we couldn't wait to get home to be fed! Bland, boring, repetitive food, my 4year old lived on ice cream for a week as she couldn't even stomach the fish fingers! A good family holiday but we won't be back! More
Stayable for a week
The hotel was clean and so were the rooms. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, just a couple that were grumpy but you get that anywhere. The food and drink had a choice for any eater but I would say for an all inclusive it was rather limited when it came to drink choices. We knew it would be local brands etc but they had a menu for inclusive and the rest was payable, it had about 20 drinks included which I don't understand the difference with certain cocktails being better than others as they were still being made up by local brands! But we haven't done a European all inclusive for a while, only Caribbean recently so maybe policies different?! If you want to use the gym then don't bother as there was 1 running machine and that was it! The beach outside the complex was good for running and although it was a public beach you did not get any hassle from street sellers. However the hotel do charge â¬5 to use the sun loungers on the beach. There is a big plant next to the hotel which does give off some strange smells but you get used to it and obviously the view is not as great. Overall the hotel is good enough for a week stay but no longer I would say.More

We stayed here in 2015.l' so a year after it opened. The hotle itself was beautiful. When we arrived in our room we had a stunning view of the main pool and beach. We was given a sandwich and crisps in our room as we arrived late on the night. It wasn't very nice, stale and bland. The next day we explored found all the pools. They were all lovely. The bars we nice but small and on an evening the lobby bar was very busy and so was the roof top one. They should open the pool bar so people can chill and hear the sea. The entertainment was very poor. The kids like there bit but the adults was terrible. Had better at lower star resorts. The food was a bit pants. Breakfast was the same every day and they never had any decent bacon or sausages but loads of pastries and breads. The lunch and dinner was ok. Always had something different and something for the kids. The drinks at the bars were ok however the cocktails didn't seem as good as the other reviews made out. Very small selection on the AI. Beer was ok though. Snake bar was ok they had burgers, chips and salad. Lots of ice cream. During the stay you can go to the Greek restaurant. We booked and found it pretty much the same as the main buffet part. Again from reviews we saw it looks like it had been changed. The rooms were spotless and very modern. Can't complain at all about them. The on site shop is very expensive so go down the road and it'll be a bit cheaper. Staff were all very friendly and worked hard. Once at the bar and they knew you, they would have a drink ready before you even asked for one. Only so many baileys you can have I'm two hours lol. Overall we enjoyed the holiday especially the water park and would suggest you give it a try. Oh and don't be put off by the power station. It never bother us once. More
Lovely Hotel, great staff.
We were greeted at reception with flannels and a juice while booking in. the staff were very friendly and extremely welcoming. The suite we were shown to was clean, modern and very spacious. It had 2 bathrooms with beds in the outer room for my teenage son to have some privacy. There was only 1 telly in the main bedroom which meant we had to sit on the bed to watch anything as we relaxed to get ready each evening, would be better to have the telly in the outer room or in both rooms. The room did not have a balcony or a terrace which had been promised in the brochure, I spoke to the rep who said we could change rooms but we liked the room so decided to stay put. At 7 each morning though the hotel next door had a rubbish collection and deliveries started to arrive so if you are not an early riser or you are a light sleeper avoid room 200! The pool was great, always clean and well looked after. There were a lot of sunbeds but not enough for the amount of people staying in the hotel, if you arrived by the pool after 9.30 you were unlikely to get a sunbed. The rules of 10am are not adhered to at all the towels are on the beds before 7am! The beach is lovely and the sea is warmer than the pool so my son spent most of his time in there as the waves were fantastic for body boarding . The power station could really only be noticed from the beach so gave no issues at all during the holiday. The food was fantastic, there was a selection for everybody even the pickiest of eaters would find something they liked. there was a selection for special dietary needs too. The bars were open from 10am ant the drinks were always served with a smile, alcoholic and non alcoholic cocktails available all day! On the whole an amazing holiday, friendly efficient staff, gorgeous hotel, fantastic weather and lovely surroundings. couldn't ask for a better holiday. Definitely deserves a return visit can't wait to go back.More

Just so you know, all slides here have a minimum age of 10 years and minimum height of 1.2m, with the exception of the Wave Ride which has a minimum age of 12 years and minimum height of 1.2m. Also, to make you aware, there is a power station located around 300m from the hotel. Whilst this is visible from some rooms and public areas of the hotel, it should not impact your enjoyment of the facilities here.
