The Oasis Apartments are close to the beach and nightlife, plus they host some of Malia’s best pool parties.
This hotel sits right at the top of the strip, so classics like Candy Club and Apollo are less than a 10-minute walk away. The beach is even closer, and watersports and sunbathing spots are easy to come by.
Rooms are simple, and tartan bedspreads and wooden furniture create a homely feel. As for the rest of the property, you’ve got a pool that hosts all-out parties, plus the whole place is a Wi-Fi* hotspot.

Helpful manager and staff.
The season hadn't started yet so it was very quiet in the hotel. The room was straightforward, hot water in the shower- no curtain though. A small kitchenpart with a refrigerator. An alright bed but a not so nice pillow, bring your own. And a very helpful manager with staff. They helped me with all kind of things and came with helpful advices. Free Internet was also good. I'm satisfied with my stay but I can imagine that there will be a lot more noise and party during season. More
Friends holiday a few years back
It is a hostel more or less, it does not advertise to be a 5* hotel, rooms in the central part of the hotel aren't bad but the rooms further into the old town aren't great, I was in a 4 bed room, 2 beds inside a separate room and 2 beds inside a "living room" only the seperate room had the air con, which didnt work if any doors were open. Staff very friendly and helpful, really nice people. Good selection of drinks and breakfast. You have to leave your passport in as a form of deposit on arrival.bar is 24hr and deals be on. You pay for what you get a cheap hotel so you can go on the drink.More
Probably better hotels in malia
I stayed here last week for a week with my boyfriend brother and his partner. The hotel was ok but probably get a better hotel somewhere else in malia We had no hot water the whole time we were there all of us had to have freezing cold showers was pretty crap to be honest. There was some sort of ant infestation also!! Bar staff are brilliant Andy pedro and Elvis are friendly! The hotel is about a 5 min walk to the strip I found the dionysis was right on the strip and looked a lot better! The reps are just doing there jobs they want sales to boost there income as do we all, we didn't buy a wristband and I wouldn't recommend as they seem a rip off. Reps were always nice to us even tho we didn't buy a band. Overall hotel was ok but defo get something better and nearer for the same price or cheaper. More
Hotel - Location is great. 5 mins through old malia to the strip. Actual hotel is good, food was probably the best I had ate all week, good pool/bar area. The bar/kitchen is meant to be open 24/7 but one night at 11.45pm we went to order food and the kitchen was closed. Then another night we got sent to bed because the bar was closing.... The hotels actual staff were great. Could not fault them. Andy and Pedro will give you a laugh! Be nice to them and they will be nice back! Rooms were very basic, take extra towels and hand wash. (Take some hand sanitiser for your hand bag because no where has hand wash in the toilets) Bed were rather uncomfortable and you get one lousy pillow (but this doesn't bother you after a few drinks lol) We got the safe and air con for €80 - she will tell you this is a one time offer so you buy it but everyone seems to be the same. Air con was good. I certainly noticed the difference if it was off. I didn't get any charges at the end of the holiday. I did fall Ill when we were there but couldn't pin point what it was. Possibly a dodgy (pink) chicken burger from mamdos on the strip. Only bad thing I can say which isn't a reflection on the hotel but 18-30s was the reps. They will rip you off with the wrist band. We didn't buy it and because of this (or possibly being in a couple and not a couple of hot blondes) we practically got ignored the full holiday. But yeah was a good with away with my partner More
Great hotel and lovely staff!! Best hotel in Malia
Had an amazing time at the Village Oasis!!! I partyed here in August with a group of 5 people and i must say it was the best hotel. Its away from the strip so you can actually sleep when you crawl in at 6am from clubbing rather than all the other hotels which were on the strip! The rooms were basic but perfect, your not in Malia to sit in your room so basic is perfect for an 18-30's holiday. May i add that my party was from ages 24-29 so for my mates to have enjoyed it it must have been good! Clean towels, beds were made everyday and the staff were polite, obv if your rude to them they will be rude to you so be nice. The only thing i would say is that every morning the maids would shout to eachother down the corridor at like 9am so if your hungover its fukin annoying and i was annoyed a couple of times!! Pool area and reps were amazing! And andy the barman is a great guy! I loved my stay here and met some great people, this hotel really made my Malia experience X More
