The Oasis Apartments are close to the beach and nightlife, plus they host some of Malia’s best pool parties.
This hotel sits right at the top of the strip, so classics like Candy Club and Apollo are less than a 10-minute walk away. The beach is even closer, and watersports and sunbathing spots are easy to come by.
Rooms are simple, and tartan bedspreads and wooden furniture create a homely feel. As for the rest of the property, you’ve got a pool that hosts all-out parties, plus the whole place is a Wi-Fi* hotspot.

Really enjoyed it!
First of all some of the pictures on these reviews aren't of this hotel, arrived on the 18th at night and got greeted by a fantastic rep called Demi. She was so warm and normal, we paid for a wristband straightaway which I was abit hesitant on because it was €270 but it was so worth it! We took part in an event every single day, beach party, boat party, paint party, full moon, Malia live, & more. All included transport and often food and a free drink. The receptionist was lovely (don't know why people said she wasn't) the rooms were very basic, beds, wardrobe, desk, sink and fridge and small bathroom but if you're going to have a good time in Malia then you won't be spending much time in there any way. The rest of the hotel is beautiful, the pool is gorgeous and the restaurant area food is to die for. €3 for a full English breakfast and it's sooo nice! The staff are so lovely. It's located in the perfect location, you are literally on the strip. We were right on the front of the hotel, if you have the balcony door closed it isn't that loud so you can still sleep, so many bars/clubs staff to cater for everybody. You do get pulled into lot of clubs by promoters which can be annoying but they are all lovely, would 100% go back there. More
Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. No customer service whatsoever. Greedy manager and staff. I will never ever return. I'd rather stay on the street. Charge you for everything from toilet roll to air-conditioning There was blood on my sheets, which didn't get changed for my whole duration, along with the towels. Our room smelled of human waste, and the air-conditioning that you pay fifty euros for barely works. Ended up paying extra to get a flight home early as I couldn't stay there, ruined my holiday. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU HAVE ANY VERY BASIC STANDARDS.More
Lovely pool in lively Malia we had an apartment in the main building but were asked to move and they gave us an apartment near the pool with its own Terrence fantastic . The apartments are near all the bars and restaurants but if you are looking for a quiet holiday this would not be for you. More
Helpful manager and staff.
The season hadn't started yet so it was very quiet in the hotel. The room was straightforward, hot water in the shower- no curtain though. A small kitchenpart with a refrigerator. An alright bed but a not so nice pillow, bring your own. And a very helpful manager with staff. They helped me with all kind of things and came with helpful advices. Free Internet was also good. I'm satisfied with my stay but I can imagine that there will be a lot more noise and party during season. More
Friends holiday a few years back
It is a hostel more or less, it does not advertise to be a 5* hotel, rooms in the central part of the hotel aren't bad but the rooms further into the old town aren't great, I was in a 4 bed room, 2 beds inside a separate room and 2 beds inside a "living room" only the seperate room had the air con, which didnt work if any doors were open. Staff very friendly and helpful, really nice people. Good selection of drinks and breakfast. You have to leave your passport in as a form of deposit on arrival.bar is 24hr and deals be on. You pay for what you get a cheap hotel so you can go on the drink.More
