This hotel and studio complex is all about the pool scene. But there’s also a beautiful pebble beach on the doorstep.
The Katerina’s pool duo is the real talking point. Plus there’s a small pebble beach a few minutes’ walk away. Talking of location, a couple of minutes further and you’ll come to bars and restaurants.
When it comes to food, there’s a Continental buffet breakfast every morning and the pool bar serves a good range of snacks. Meanwhile, the regular Greek night gives you chance to try the locals’ favourite dishes.

Leaving Katherina Palace Hotel tomorrow after spending two weeks here. I have to say it was lovely here and could not fault it. Katherina was very hands on. If there was any problem it was solved straight away. Our room was cleaned everyday and towels every second day. It was in a great location. This is my third time staying here and we will be back againMore

Spent a week here recently and felt it was a good choice. I emailed a query before arrival and was surprised how quick the hotel responded. We felt this was a good start and it certainly lived up to expectations. The location is excellent with many lovely restaurants nearby and close to amenities. (Our favourite one was Peppermint which is near the church and well worth a visit) The bus stop is a few minutes walk away and a free bus leaves everyday for St Nicholas beach which is really lovely. The rooms are typical Greek basic and clean as are all areas of the hotel. The pool area is spacious and always plenty of sun beds available even though we returned at all different times we never had any problem finding sun beds and parasols. The breakfast was good with all the usual items and a few extras as well and always restocked as required. Special mention must be given to Katerina herself who seemed to be always around making sure everything ran smoothly and always in a friendly way. She certainly goes beyond the call of duty and whilst we had no issues whatsoever during our stay we felt it was well managed and would definitely stay here again if in Zakinthos. More
Great Hotel, Perfect Location
Friendly welcome at Reception, booked 2 Triple rooms as we were a family of 4 adults and 2 children, we requested rooms next to each other, unfortunately the triple rooms were not together, one was on ground floor and one on 3rd floor, but they offered a triple and a double room next to each other, which we agreed to go for and was fine as the double room had a nice big balcony. Rooms very spacious plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, clean, with towels and bedding changed every few days. fridge not working and light on balcony not working in one of the rooms but sorted as soon as it was reported. We read several comments saying breakfast was the same every day but we found it to be good and varied with plenty of choice, and the service was friendly and helpful, our granddaughters loved the hot chocolate and cake. The two swimming pools were great (girls aged 7 and 10 were in there most of the time), plenty of sun beds and parasols, never crowded, good snack bar with varied menu for lunch. Great location, just walk out of the hotel and there are plenty of really great Tavernas Papillon (lovely food and great service), Zorbas, Charlie Chaplins and Anadalis (stunning location, lovely food, we had a memorable wedding anniversary meal there), these are just a few but all of the ones we ate in were good. We can recommend Peters Tours, excellent value and Peter was very friendly and helpful could not do enough for you. All in all we all had a fab week, Hotel and location was just perfect, spot on, will definitely go there again and would recommend it.More
Relaxing week away
I booked a late deal for my sister and i with Thompson to the Katerina Palace Hotel and was made up with it 😀. Katerina and the reception staff Georgia and Anastasia were so so friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. All the staff were so helpful and polite and so hard working. The hotel was typically Greek in that it was basic but clean. The pool and pool bar was fab, clean, plenty of beds with good pool music. The area around the hotel was great with plenty of choice of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. All in all a great relaxing holiday.More
