These self-catering apartments are in a handy spot for the beach. And they come with a big pool, too.
Backed by Mount Skopos and surrounded by green fields, these whitewashed apartments are in a picturesque little spot. And better still, they’re just 5 minutes’ walk from Kalamaki’s beach and centre.
Although the complex is self-catering, there’s a snack bar serving everything from cooked breakfasts to Greek specialities. And for evening meals there are tavernas just a short walk away.

We visited this hotel in October 2016 and very impressed with the Hotel. We had a lovely room with a very large balcony, beds were ok and bathroom good, nothing we could complain about. The grounds were very nice as was the pool. We didn't use the restaurant except for one morning when we had a breakfast and that was good. I know the restaurant is fairly new and modern but we did feel it lacked atmosphere, that may improve with time. Ok this is my one and only concern with this hotel and the only thing that might put us off returning, before we went we had read reviews where people had described the 'dungeon' rooms, my husband and I were actually worried when we arrived that we may be allocated one of these rooms as it would have ruined our holiday. We weren't given one of these rooms but we did go in search of them to see if they were as bad as people described ... they were! I think if these rooms are being offered they should be at a reduced price and you should be warned you will be getting one. Other than that we had a nice stay.More
Arrived hoping we wouldn't get a dungeon room as described by previous clients. We were very lucky to be given room 205 overlooking the pool bar. Absolutely beautiful view and nice balcony. The room would sleep four but there was only two of us, basic kitchen equipment but we didn't intend to cook in the apartment just used the fridge, kettle and toaster. The bathroom was clean and bright we had hot water all holiday apart from when there was a problem with the boiler but it was fixed later the same day. The place was very clean apart from the grill around the pool and pool water looked a little cloudy so I didn't swim in it went to the beach instead. Other guests swam in the pool and seemed to be ok, just me being a bit picky. You can get water and fresh milk from the bar, it is more expensive than the supermarket but worth it if you don't want to walk to the shops. Staff are really nice the bar man is a bit slow but it wasn't busy when we were there. We had a very nice relaxing week, only bad point was the biting insects everyone seemed to get bitten and some bites were very bad and came up like blisters and spread under the skin. Take hydrocortisone cream and anti histamine with you. Excellent book exchange with some interesting books.More

Excellent value for money.
We had passed this hotel many times on previous visits to Kalamaki and really liked the appearance from the outside. It is ideally situated for the bars and restaurants and also the long sandy beach. we were not disappointed. we stayed in roo 215 which was a 3/4 bed apartment which was huge. we stayed B&B so did not need the cooking faclities but they are there if you need them. Ideal for an early morning coffee on the balcony. Room was cleaned every day and bedding and towels changed regularly. Helen in the restaurant always greeted us with a cheery smile in the morning and served huge breakfasts. Will definitely return next year.More
Very good location Hotel
We arrived on the 21st October 2016 the hotel is in the perfect position for the beach (200mtr) and the bars shops and restaurants 150mtr in opposite direction it is set by its self so is nice and quite rooms are very good with microwave, fridge, kettle, hob the bed was very comfortable also the shower was hot and like a jet wash (perfect to get the sand off after being on the beach, the rooms were a good size very clean our room was 206 which looks directly towards the lovely pool. we were there towards the end of the season so lots of places were closing but didn't bother us there were still some very good eating places overall a very nice placeMore

Late break away
Really pleased with this hotel considering we paid just over £200 each for a week SC? The hotel is located away from the Main Street but is only a short walk to bars and entertainment. THe hotel was spotless and we had a massive room 404 on the top floor which was more like a Swiss chalet. Wood ceiling and spacious as it was a triangular shape. Bonus was that we had a proper shower cubicle which is not the norm in Greek accommodation. The pool area was nice and clean and the pool bar offered light meals with a bar. As it was the last week of the season there were very few people staying in the hotel so no issue getting a sun bed. If you are going to go late in the season take in to consideration that bars on the main strip will be shutting. There were still places to eat but a lot of the bars had already shut. We had a nice relaxing week and had no complaints. It was a shame the weather was really changeable with two days of Thunder storms and three days of cloud. We had two days of sun at the end of the week so at least came back with a bit of a tan. Considering the time of year we went this was to be expected.More
