This hotel’s setting, just outside Kos Town, is ideal if you want relaxation with easy access to the lively centre.
This a pretty place, set in gardens dotted with olive and fruit trees. There’s a great little pool, plus a shallower number for pint-size swimmers.. And TripAdvisor reviewers rave about the welcome from owners Stavros and Smaro.
The hotel lies between the mountains and the seafront in Psalidi, just steps away from its own stretch of shingle-and-pebble beach. And it’s only a 10-minute cab ride into the capital, Kos Town.
This hotel is part of our 3T favourites range until April 2017.

Good For the Price
Had a great holiday at this hotel. The staff are really good and friendly especially the guy at the pool bar. The hotel is in a good location on the sea front a couple of miles outside Kos Town. The public areas and reception are really nice as is the seating area in front of the hotel. I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment at the back of the hotel which was ok but past it's best and in need of refurbishment. The pool area was nice with plenty of sunbeds and great views over Turkey but again the pool could do with some modernisation. The beach area across the road was shabby. A few restaurants within walking distance and a great cafe for breakfast and drinks next door although restaurants started closing down on the second week (w/c 5 Oct) due to hotels closing down for the season.More
Fab basic Holiday
(we were self catering) Spot on for a place to stay, we hired a bike and cycled to see the sun set, then have dinner in Kos (most nights). We used Safe Wheels, located just behind the Petrol Station round the corner from the hotel. 80.00 euros gets you a car for 2 days and the 2 bikes for the week, so covering the island is no problem . We also used the car to visit to Lidl's to stock up for the week, google it to get directions. Navigating around was easy enough. Beers in general cost around 3 -5 euros (ouch as in Zante its 2-4). We thoroughly enjoyed using the bikes to explore the coastline. The cycle paths make this very accessible and good for families too. Although we didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel we found appartment clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We paid 25 euros to keep the room on for a 4pm late check out. All in all good value for money.More
wish I was still there
this was the 4th visit in a row and am now looking to go back there next year (2017) been going to Kos for 24 years and been in quite a few hotels but can honestly say this is one of the best went self catering and the kitchen equipment is typical Greek 2 rings, microwave, toaster etc etc enough to make a meal if you decide to stay in, the pool bar serves delicious and well priced snacks and meals including a full English breakfast cooked by the ever smiling Kyros the drinks are not as expensive as some of the places I have been ( little more than off site but not much ) the staff are all very friendly and helpful and keep the rooms clean the owners Smarrow and Stavros are always on hand and should you have a problem they will sort it right away the pool is bigger than it looks in the brochure and kept very clean lots of sun beds so no need to get up early and next to it there is also a separate kiddies pool the hotel has a small sand and shingle beach just over the road that looks out over to the Turkish coast. The grounds are very nicely laid out lots of plants flowers shrubs and trees ( olive, orange, pom granits, lemons, and more ) there are also 4 or 5 good restaurants within easy walking distance and a couple of Kos type super markets Kos town is about 40 mins walk away a regular bus sevice passes the hotel and it costs 1.5 eus or a taxi at 8 eus looking forward to getting back there. In closing I would like to point out the migrant problem THERE IS NONE never saw one migrant it is the British press and the misleading broadcasters who are not showing the whole truth if it is not sensational reading or viewing they dont want to know and I can say with hand on heart I feel a dam site safer there than in my own country so if your thinking of going to Kos dont think GOMore

It is called small and friendly and that is what it is if you want a nice clean S. C holiday in Kos you will not go wrong we booked an apartment for 2 it was ideal not very spacious but after all said and done we only had breakfast and slept there the kitchen had all the bare essentials which was fine for us. The staff were very helpful there is a bar which serves ice cold beer great when the temperature is in the 30s. We will be returning we had a great holiday More

I'd give this 4.5 rating as the only thing letting it down is the slightly shabby accommodation. I expect it's lovely at the beginning of the season but in its last week now feeling a bit tired. We arrived literally in the middle of the night with 4 other couples and were quickly processed and into our rooms. We stayed in apartment B3 a 2 bed ground floor apartment. Clean and spacious. Great cooking facilities if you needed them. Sheets changed once during our 11 days and towels every time you left them in the bath. A few friendly lizards and lovely cat who appeared every morning and evening for some ham. The pool was cold but lively and clean. Shop around for trips as we did the Bodrum one by ourselves. Just turn up at the ferry port at 8:45 with your passport and it cost 15⬠rather than the 47⬠Thomson wanted! Great day trip. The Thomson island tour was ok but what they fail to tell you is it costs another 20⬠each for entrance fees on top of the 42⬠each! Be warned. I would return here again as the staff are friendly and the hotel well situated with a small beach opposite great views of Turkey in front and the mountains behind. A lovely holiday.More
