Great Meal and Great Service for the entire week!
we stayed at Grand (south end of property with more modern buildings) had a room with a great view and it was very quiet! Room serviced was quick with good food. Las Tacos is a very good lunch place -- Baha Fish Tacos were our choice on several days. We had great meals all week but our f avorite was at Coporales in the Nizuc lobby -- Alfonzo and Angel did a great job on serving, the two hostesses Mariflor and Mirta stared the experience on a high note. Eduarado Zamudo, manager came to our table and the chef Israel stopped by as well. Food and service made for a great night!!More

This place is simply amazing! Been to 3 other All Inclusive resorts and this was hands down the best I have been too. So many great restaurants, plenty of pools/beach area and excellent service! All the hotel staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Cant wait to go back and see how the Grand (newest part of the resort) expands.More

Outstanding family resort. We loved the Kids Club at Nizuc
We stayed here Jan. 22nd - 29th and had the most amazing family holiday. We had the family deluxe suite and having the connecting room for the kids made the holiday so comfortable for everyone. I feel I must mention the ladies at the Nizuc Playroom. Blanca, Laura, Marianna, Elizabeth, Arely, you ladies really made our stay, the kids would wake up each morning and look forward to spending time with you all. Thank you, thank you. We would also visit with these ladies and you could tell they really enjoyed their jobs and spending time with the children. If you're booked to holiday here, rest assured this resort is amazing! One tip would be visit the beach at the Grand Section we found this was the best beach area.More

Loved everything about the resort. Highly recommended!
My wife and I just got back from our trip to Cancun and loved everything about the Moon Palace Resort. We stayed at the sunrise resort for 5 days and wish we could have stayed for another week. Between all the resorts, there is a huge variety of restaurants, all of which we enjoyed. The food was amazing, the service was excellent, there were plenty of bars and places to hang out in the resort, and the vacation planners helped plan an awesome excursion to Tulum. We felt like there was so much to do just in the resort that we'll need to come back.More
Another amazing visit to Moon Palace Grand
Between 25 January and 5 February 2017 (11 nights), we had another fabulous trip to Moon Palace Cancún. As usual, we stayed at the Moon Grand side of the huge resort. Whilst the sounds of construction of the new rooms and restaurants were occasionally annoying, the quality of the food, drinks, and service more than made up for any inconvenience. The construction is due for completion very soon, so guests coming in the second quarter of the year need not fear. If anything, the service just keeps getting better every year. The staff goes overboard to keep every guest happy. You have but to put down an empty glass and you are queried about a refill. They keep the mixed drinks on the weak side, but that's OK since you can sip all day and not feel it. If your tastes run to stronger spirits, you have but to ask, and the obliging bartenders will tip the tequila or rum (or whatever) into your glass ad librium. During this stay, the resort did not seem very crowded, even with many weddings per night and a big convention. We hung out by the Mood Grand Olympic pool. Most of the pools are not heated, and as it was breezy during the day, and cool at night (mid 60'sF), the pools were chilly for just floating around. The pool in from of the Caribeño restaurant is heated, but those chairs tend to fill up early. A few people really made our stay outstanding: Enrique, Carlos, and Evanito of the entertainment staff; Dante and Elizabeth of the sommeliers; Adrian, Edgar and Felix of the pool concierges; and Heriberto and Fancisco of the concierge staff. Thank-you to you, and all those whose fantastic service we enjoyed, but whose names we fail to recall. The food was uniformly excellent throughout the property, with really superb meals at Momo and Trattoria. We were relieved to see that any animosity held by the Mexican government towards the current US administration was not shared with the guests. One item to bring to management's attention: the issue of the stray cats on the property. We are animal lovers, and we enjoy taking leftover food to feed the hungry strays. We were delighted to see that a few of them were "ear clipped" showing that they had been trapped, fixed, and returned. However, there are many that were not in that condition, with lots of kittens as well. We urge management to make a concerted effort to trap these unfortunate creatures and have them fixed. Right now, there is probably an acceptable number for the size of the property, but if something isn't done, the place will be overrun soon.More
