I love this place!
Fourth Easter holidays in a row spent at the Bali and I never get tired of the place. We always stay all inclusive and think that keeping that drinks service on until midnight is excellent. The food is very good (only tend to have breakfast and evening meal as we're usually out during the day) and find the all inclusive package superb value. The staff were once again so polite and friendly throughout - can't wait to return next year! More
The best chilled time ever
My niece found this hotel through HolidayGems as she was getting married near by, the accommodation was excellent, more then I can imagine, we had the studio for our family and the room was spacious and well decorated, we had a fridge and kettle should you want to make a brew in your room, our balcony faced the children's pool which was bright, well looked after and well managed by life guards, we didn't used this as we have older children, we used the large pool by the bar, we had all inclusive and the food was tasty and well presented, the staff were happy to help and also welcoming to the children. We walked to the marina which was not that far, the family went on a dolphin boat trip which they totally enjoyed even though the sea was a little rough, the hill on the way back t the hotel is a little steep but manageable. I defiantly recommend this hotel for families, there is something for everyone, we stayed for 7 days and wished it was for longer, there are so many places to visit around the area, something for us to do when we visit again.More
good 3 star hotel good location
Wasn't expecting much for a 3 star, but was pleasantly surprised especially the room we were given. We were in Bali 2 and this gives you a view of the pool and seafront these rooms are quite spacious (compared to the courtesy room in Bali 1) the rooms were cleaned every day and beds made just missed being able to have a brew in a morning as there's no tea coffee making facilities. We were on all inclusive and found the breakfast to have plenty of choice (spanish bacon but we like that ) just a bit annoying that there's only 2 toasting machines so you had to queue. Lunch and tea you had plenty of choice but if you are a fussy eater you could struggle and the food was just warm but you can warm your food in a microwave. Theres a top pool at Bali 1 nice set up and then theres 3 pools down by Bali 2 this area is well equipped for children small pool and another pool with slides water guns etc then normal pool very clean and tidy. All inclusive includes all local drinks / shorts and a good half dozen cocktails if you wish to purchase any other beverage you dont pay the full price but you get this at half price this is the same for any food purchased from the bar. Do be care full that if you are all inclusive that this includes 7 of each meal we arrived in time for dinner and went down for dinner on our last day to be told we could not have it as we had had dinner on the first day it does not matter whether you miss any meals or not but this is there policy and is not made clear. But we were still able to have drinks and free snacks. The entertainment catered for all ages and the kids were entertained first a bit like haven holidays, some nights a local singer and another room catered for people who liked to do old time dancing which was good to watch so all ages catered for. People state the hotels on a steep hill yes it will be for some people but i have been benalmedena and stayed all over and there's far bigger hills. Very pleased with what we experienced and a good time had by all. would stay at this hotel again.More

Lovely Surprise break
Just returned from a four night Easter break at the Bali Hotel, what a fantastic holiday it was. We traveled in a party of four, myself, husband, 15, and 7 year old boys. Finding the bedroom, was a bit of a challenge, as there are three blocks, went up and down a few different lifts, and corradores, funny now, but not with all the bags, lol (get clear instructions from reception) The staff were all wonderful, from reception, on arrival, to restaurant/bar staff, always happy, and great with the kids. Food was great, something for every ones tastes, including mine as a vegetarian, and small lower food bar for the little ones. A lot of people will complain about the bar/tickets, to only allow one drink per person, until consumed, then replenished, in my opinion, the biggest thing i noticed about this arrangement, was the clean tidy area's around the pool, outside bars, then moving inside, tidy evening entertainments bar, no half finished drinks for kids to knock off the tables etc. The entertainment was good, the team put on some really professional singing/dancing shows, well done guy's, look out for Hollywood night brill. Pool area was spacious, with two large pools on different levels, lower floor pool, and one for the children, one upstairs, more suited for grown ups, older kids, plenty of beds and room -): If you do decide to venture out, there is so many bars, shops restaurants on your door step that you are spoilt for choice, and a lovely bird park, out the hotel, to the bottom of rd, turn right, two block down, turn at the Milan, up the hill, nice walk after breakfast. Milan being a great curry Restaurant, if not on A.I, that served lovely pizza, for the little ones that may be fussy eaters like ours :-) All in all We will be returning to this Hotel, because we truly enjoyed our stay.More

Good, value for money
We booked this hotel for Easter on a half board basis, 2 adults and 2 children. there were plenty of positives and a few negatives. Arrived late on Saturday night and met by Stuart at reception. Reasonably pleasant but that was as good as it got, for the rest of the week he was just plain rude and uninterested. Management should remove him from reception he is not suitable there, serious attitude problem. Room size was very small - 4 beds fitted in and no room for anything else. one bed was a sofa bed and cushion was far too hard for anyone to sleep on. Enough negatives, staff in general (aforementioned apart) were excellent especially in the manic busy restaurant where they did not stop working very hard and were always pleasant and nice (Sol Principe take note!). Food was really nice especially as they were catering for so many people, well done to all. Plenty of entertainment going on day and night really trying to keep everyone engaged. Bar was so busy every night, I'm sure the local bars were wondering why they were so quiet. Overall an enjoyable stay, while lacking comfort it was definitely value for money. Would i return, yes if the rooms were better.More
