This sea-view hotel has a beach across the road and a pool back at base. The restaurant puts on a good buffet, too.
Las Arenas is just across the road from Bil Bil Beach, so it gets sweeping views of the Med. It has its own pool, too, plus a buffet restaurant and a lounge bar with live entertainment.
Benalmadena town starts just behind the hotel, and there are shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. There’s also a pretty promenade that runs all the way through a marina to Torremolinos.

On arrival we had a quick check in, and our room was ready at 11;30! I emailed the hotel requesting a high floor with pool/sea view and we got what we asked for. The hotel is cleaned to a very high standard. Every member of staff was very friendly. There was always something to eat at mealtimes , something for every palette. Pool area opens at 9am. There were people who queued up for the best spots but there was always availability. The sun moves around so some sun beds the sun is not on them all day. Reception staff are very obliging when requesting extra pillows or phoning for taxis . The beach is directly across the road with bars and restaurants in the near vicinity. Bar staff are extra friendly especially when it is happy hour 5-6 were its 2 4 1. A lovely hotel with different aged people and different nationalities. We would definitely go backMore
The hotel is nice. The rooms are clean pool area is very nice breakfast is good . The staff is super friendly. It's right across the street from the beach. For 10 euros you get two beach chairs and an umbrella for shade ... close to a bunch of restaurants and boardwalk ... I recommend this hotel More

Excellent hoteL. Well situated in the resort for shops and restaurants and beach.Hotel very clean. Variety of food very good .Bar very good selection of drinks at very reasonable prices. Entertainment very good . Staff at the hotel were first class, and friendly and helpful. Hotel excepted children , would not recommend for families as there is very little for them to do. Otherwise first class holiday .More
excellent stay at this traditional hotel
excellent room with great facilities and a massive balcony with its own sunbeds and chairs the only down side was the lack of hanging space for clothes, we were there for two weeks. the restaurant staff were very polite and efficient, the food was very good. never had any problems with queuing to get into restaurant or the wearing of shorts thereMore
Returning guest....we managed to stay here this year at short notice and couldn't have wished for a better holiday. The best thing about this hotel is the amazing staff. Every single member of staff go out of their way to make your holiday wonderful. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard and after the first day the cleaner noticed that my pillow was folded in half to heighten that they left a 2nd pillow without being asked. The kitchen staff are kept very busy but are extremely pleasant and remember the smallest details. The food was of a great standard with a very large selection. Now to the bar staff once again they are kept very busy but will still go out of their way. They are fantastic with the younger residents and treated my daughter (12) like a princess. A special mention as always regarding Ricky Lavazza who on a Monday and Thursday packs the hotel out. From Elvis to Neil Diamond,Tom Jones to Freddie Mercury he does an amazing show....ask him for The Boy from Nowhere and Bring him home. This hotel should be very proud of their team of staff. I know over the years very little has changed staff wise so I have to assume that they are very happy to work for the hotel. Please pass on my sincere thanks to all, as each and everyone of them made our holiday very special xxxMore
