This sea-view hotel has a beach across the road and a pool back at base. The restaurant puts on a good buffet, too.
Las Arenas is just across the road from Bil Bil Beach, so it gets sweeping views of the Med. It has its own pool, too, plus a buffet restaurant and a lounge bar with live entertainment.
Benalmadena town starts just behind the hotel, and there are shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. There’s also a pretty promenade that runs all the way through a marina to Torremolinos.

Just returned after a week in las arenas hotel Once again we had a great week we were given the room we had requested checked in by very welcoming receptionist. Only disappointment was when we got changed and went down for dinner my husband was refused entry into the dining room as he was wearing shorts I might add smart shorts. We have been staying at las Arenas twice a year for five years now and this was the first time they didn't allow shorts to be worn at dinner by gents at this time of year! As he had travelled in jeans these were to be his attire to be worn each evening. Very uncomfortable as we had temperatures in the 30's On our last evening we were informed change of rules and that shorts could now be worn from the 7th of June what was annoying was I saw some men wearing scruffy old track bottoms where as my husband had smart shorts to wear!!! Anyway after all that we still had a fab holiday and love the hotel and staff and hope to return in September but will be emailing to ask about dress code.More

Just back from a fantastic week in Las Arenas Hotel This hotel is a well related 4Star. The staff were brilliant and very efficient both in the restaurant and reception. The food was good and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel . We definitely will return as we are both in our seventiesMore
We loved it
We are here for one week in June . We wanted a sea view but they only had pool view free room 415. Room is basic but very clean and view is nice .The hotel is in an ideal location and we would defiantly come back . We are in our 30's and although it seems to cater for more mature guests we couldn't fault it . Staff are super friendly and the food is really nice . Pool is nice and your right opposite the beach . We just love this place and it was so much more than we expected .Happy hour is early 5-6 pm drinks are really strong and we sat outside which is really nice 👍More
Hotel made for a lovely holiday
We could not fault this hotel. The staff, while not overly welcoming, were very efficient. The room was spotless and was cleaned every day. The food was superb and a great variety supplied fresh every day. Entertainment was fine and we especially enjoyed the bingo!. the swimming pool area was lovely however the practice of guests being allowed to hold sun loungers with towels should be abolished as it is extremely frustrating for other guests. The hotel is overlooking the sea and is withing walking distance of all the towns amenities, services and leisure facilities. I would highly recommend this hotel to families and couples alike. More
We went half board and were very pleased with the quality and variety on offer. At breakfast they will bring pots of coffee, tea and hot milk which is so much better than quequing at those machines. It's right across the road from the beach. 15 mins walk up the hill to The train station where you can get a train to the airport or Malaga city. Cheap about 5 euro return to Malaga city per adult. 15 min walk to marina and if you like walking an hour will take you to Torremolinus and the shops on the hill. Get the train back if you're tired. Anyway this hotel is clean, well run with pleasant staff and most of the guests are on the elderly side so no huge amount of noise at night! More
