H10 claims to cater for all ? booked 4 rooms asked for 1 up grade as paid full rate and was placed looking over flat roof with air units running .told no rooms available despite having platinum amex auto upgrade. lucky didn't take cat as would not be able to swing it. room basic and small. hotel cleanness not to good watched cleaners go round tables and chairs with food being left underneath around pool area, breakfast was well presented and great choice. bar shut 1 o clock had 4 staff and 20+ people drinking and chatting.More
Couldn't fault it
We must of visited at the right time because the refurb must have been completed . Impressive lobby , open and spacious , clean rooms , very relaxing hotel , lots of sportsman there i.e. Golf and footballers . The buffet breakfast was just wall to wall , you couldn't leave hungry , eggs anyway you like . Great bar area , I couldn't comment on half board facilities but the Brasserie is lovely . There are so many bars and restaurants around I'm glad I wasn't half board , all just outside the door . We were told there was curtesy buses to Puerto Banus and Marbella , but we didn't use them .The pool are looked inviting but we were unlucky and had bad weather . All the staff are warm and friendly .The hotel is very central and close to the port (10 min walk) but if your looking for a little bit of Spain the area is more like Brentwood in Essex ! Posey restaurants and a millionaires playground. Can't fault the hotel , it is close to the main road but we slept fine and we weren't in the room all day . Would go back and recommend if you want to visit the area .More
it's just OK
Room was very good and kept really clean. Breakfast's were really good. However evening meals were very poor for quality of food and service for drinks. Have been to much better places for the money spent. We would not use this hotel again.More

Great place to stay
We had a fantastic week at this hotel, which is beginning to show itâs age in certain places, particularly the rooms, even though they were supposed to have been refurbished. The beds are of very good quality and we had a very good nights sleep every night. We upgraded to a Privilege room with all the benefits that it offers â well worth the extra. There was a couple of large groups at the hotel which meant that we were eating in the Brasserie Restaurant for both breakfast and dinner - the dinner was some of the best food weâve had for a long time â cooked to perfection. I think that you can always tell a good hotel by the way the staff treat the guests, they were great from the reception, to the room maids and the staff in the restaurant. Iâve read on previous reviews about the road noise, which you can hear but with the double doors on the balcony it was never a problem. You can get to the beach via a tunnel under the main road by I wouldnât want to use it late at night it is worth 5 euros to get back in a taxi. Overall this was a great break in a good hotel with super food and very caring staff â hard to beat, will definitely be going backMore
