I'm having holiday blues after returning from the most relaxing holiday at the Palladium. Everything was made so easy there and as mentioned in so many other reviews the staff at this hotel are in my opinion some of the most kind, friendly and helpful I've ever come across. I would like to especially say thanks to Alessia, who was always so smiley and happy, we really enjoyed the variety of activities including the hikes. Cala Llonga is a quiet place but if you're looking for a really chilled holiday, with good food in an incredibly clean and comfortable hotel then this is most certainly the place to go! Thank you so much for giving us such a lovely break away! More
Upon arrival check in was slow, but this wasn't a great issue as we knew that we would have to wait for our room as we arrived quite early in the morning. The receptionist took my phone number & said that she would ring when the room was ready, which indeed she did. The rooms are on the small side and we actually had to put our cases under the bed, but apart from that, all very modern. We were put on the 1st floor, directly above the staff entrance adjacent to the main reception, and although it is lovely to hear the staff laughing & joking on their way into work, it was not always appreciated at 07.00 hrs. Their entrance tunnel echoes very badly! We found all of the hotel to be spotlessly clean, that is with the exception of our room! The floor looked dirty upon our arrival, and I don't think it was properly cleaned for the whole week we were there. In fact when we retrieved our cases from under the beds, they were so dusty that we had to wipe them clean before packing! The bathroom was kept very clean though. With no exception, we found all of the staff be be very friendly, helpful and efficient. Coni, the Maitre De, was helpful in as much as she advised the serving chefs that I was allergic to onions and they advised accordingly what I could eat. The guest relations lady also made the Al a Carte restaurant aware of this when we booked to eat there. That was a lovely meal and we drank far too much that evening! The evening entertainment was a mixed bag, but I must say that the guy running the entertainment was ace, an excellent host. As a rule we don't like quizzes and were going to swerve it, but he had us in stitches and we stayed the whole evening. The Motown group were brilliant as were the Spanish dance group. We love snorkelling, and access straight into the lovely clear water was great although it was very slippery on the rocks(beach shoes are a must). There were so many different fish and this is the best we have had in the Mediterranean. We met guests who had returned year after year to this hotel and I can see why although we tend not to re-visit anywhere, this would be one that I would gladly re-visit especially as it is adults only.More

My friend and I spent a week at this hotel, it was lovely. All the staff from waiters, cleaners and receptionists were helpful and friendly. I would like to give a special mention to Coni (the maitre) in the restaurant, she was extremely helpful. Each morning she made sure I got my medication each morning that had to be kept frozen. On her day off she made sure her replacement knew about it.. Eva is a very nice lady making sure all needs are catered for. Food was nicely cooked and the waiters and waitresses are very friendly and helpful too. This hotel is the top of the list in my opinion. Good views over the bay. A peaceful place to relax. The only negative point is the entertainment, it is quite poor. This would not stop me returning to this hotel. We will be returning to the Palladium next time taking our husbands.More
Came here just a few days after our wedding and we had the best week. Would highly recommend to upgrade to a Seaview room, it was stunning. Very clean, bright and modern hotel. Great food and drinks. Felt spoiled. Fantastic reps, really had some fun playing water volleyball/soccer/pool and we even went on a snorkeling excursion. Beautiful part of Ibiza, we got a water taxi from the other side of the beach to Ibiza Town. Would highly recommend. Will definitely return. Thanks to everyone who made our stay so special.More

From the minute we arrived greeted with champagne, we loved this hotel. The view from the deluxe room was brilliant and looked out towards the sea. We sat on the balcony a good few nights and just looked out for hours relaxing. Food is varied, though sometimes, as a vegetarian, choice can be limited. Having said that I have never gone hungry. Reception staff gave us wrong information about the thematic restaurants and the pool (advice: trust only the lady at guest service). Except for that, the biggest assert to this hotel is definitely the staff. A special mention to the very charismatic David and Anthonio at the bar who treated us very well and to Elissa from guest service who go out of their way to greet us with a smile and helped us a lot during the stay as previously mentioned. All 3 of them are a plus to this hotel. Great location. Lovely clean and spacious hotel with exceptional staff. Can't wait to come back!More

This one’s on the edge of Cala Llonga, but it’s still only a 20-minute walk from the beach. Ultra-modern, with a hint ofrustic,…View details »
