In a peaceful spot next to a wide sandy beach, the Sirenis Hotel Playa reveals a quieter side of Ibiza.
Poke your head inside the Sirenis Cala Llonga Resort, and you'll spy a bright and bold colour scheme. Bucket-style armchairs range from lime-green to hot-pink in the lobby, and the rooms are finished with splashes of warm Suneo orange.
This hotel perches on the side of a steep hill, so the climb to the front door is rewarded with show-stealing views over the white-sand beach and pine forests.

2nd visit in 3 months
We have just returned after a wonderful week away staff food and service excellent ...we are returning early next year to enjoy the experience again plenty of choices of food in the restaurant and drinks served while sitting on the bar balcony looking over the sea excellent value for money we stopped in the imperial side overlooking the children's pool very modern and clean all the staff very polite and couldn't do enough for us More
Stunning views of the bay
The location is just perfect. The hotel overlooks a small sandy bay in a small and peaceful resort. There are 3 large pools and a new children's splash pool. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols. If you're looking for a relaxing holiday close to the beach, this is the perfect hotel. The hotel is built into a hill and there are stairs within the hotel complex pool area and stairs to the beach.More
Fabulous setting , great holiday !
My son (aged 24) and I stayed here for 10 nights returning Monday 18th September. Just fab! There are 3 hotels within the Sirenis resort, all within a stones throw of each other. We were in the newest . Rooms were lovely, clean, towels changed for 9 out of 10 days and same with cleaning (Maids get a day off) Separate shower and loo, hairdryer & tea/coffee making facilties. Safety deposit box hired (15 euros for my 10 days) Good working air con. One niggle - no fridge!! We managed fine but anyone storing milk or baby food may have struggled. The hotels are located on a hill side within a gorgeous semi circular bay below. The views are simply stunning. Steps access the public beach (sunbeds/parasols are chargeable as public beach with attendant - 6 euros for each per day !) The beach is immaculate and there are an abundance of water sports etc. The area is 'cordened off' so very very safe for dinghies/children etc and the sea gently slopes -non tidal in the cove too! A short walk takes you to supermarkets/local stores etc. We visited the hippie market which was amazing - we spent a few hours perusing the fantastic, hand made, very unusual items. There is a ferry service right outside the hotel (in the cove) which takes you to various areas of the island, similarly, taxi rank is up the road and very reasonable! Usual trips available- we actually did not use any organised trips so I cannot comment further. The all inclusive was excellent -I cannot believe soe of the negative, harsh reviews regarding the food. Brekkie had full english (sausages were amazing), continental, pastries, fruit, yoghurts fruit & waffles. A separate station will cook an omelette of your choice - lots of juices/teas (including fruits/herbal) . Lunch & dinner were equally varied. An entire salad section, vegetable section, curries, stews, battered items and normal fries. We enjoyed pork, steaks, an abundance of different fishes , rice, jackets, shell o prawns, sushi ,,, in fact almost everything you can imagine. Lots of fresh bread - everything was clearly labelled, fresh & hot. The staff are immaculate and the waiters are sooooo helpful & friendly. Drinks were also in abundance - bottled San Miguel, bottled coke etc. The draught beer all inclusive was San Miguel -all water for ice cubes & salads is purified so no upset tummies throughout. There are 2 snack bar/drink bars during the day in between serving toasties, sandwiches, omelettes, pasta, chips, burgers etc. (all available all inc.) The pools/surrounding areas are immaculate and the views are over the cove which has a deep green pine forest as a back drop - stunning! The animation team I have to say are probably one of the best I have experienced. The activities are non stop ., many of which my son was involved. Water polo, beach volley, cocktail games, aqua gym, quizzes, bingo etc. They performed many nights and were fantastic. Well rehearsed and thoroughly entertaining. The were friendly and encouraging and extremely hard working. Well done!! The main night club area is a short taxi ride away (my son attended a few nights) The weather was 29/30 and we had one day of cloud with rain. All in all a lovely location, great hotel & food and I would definately go back. The location makes it the best of both worlds- quieter but not far to travel for busier night club area. Beach towels are available with 10 euro deposit, changed daily and deposit returned. The food was varied and most enjoyable every single day. Had there been a fridge in the room, I would have awarded and excellent but that was only slight niggle. Hotel is only approx. 15/20 mins from airport and massive bonus of 2.5 hour flight from UK. First visit to Ibiza but will certainly not be the last . Feel free to email with any queries :DMore
Mum Dad and myself stayed at cala llong resort from the 6th of September through to the 13th our holiday was made most enjoyable by all of the wonderful team of staff from the very first greeting at reception check in from the housekeeping staff the waiters and waitresses in the dining rooms and the show cooks ,also the bar staff from the snack bars to the adult bar they were always very happy cheerful and couldnt do any more for us . The hotel was kept spotless clean the housekeeper cristina kept our room beautiful and was very pleasant ,The waitresses and waiter in the playa dorada hotel restaurant was very friendly and most efficient and always had a smile for everyone. In the adult only bar in the dorada side the bar staff were always friendly and obliging with an excellent professional standard of service . My Dad and myself in particular loved our freshly cooked cheese and mushroom omlettes by the chef in the dorada retaurant for breakfast .The poolside was very relaxing and the poolside snack/bar the staff also could not fault very pleasant and friendly .About an hour before we left to catch our coach to the airport on weds the 13th Dad unfortunately became ill with a high temperature and was saying he felt his throat was sore quite a few of the staff around were very concerned for dad and were asking how they could help etc one of the staff even bought dad an ice pack to cool him ,the reception desk called for the life guard to check him as there wasn't a doctor around but can't thank the staff enough for their kindness in particular we would also like to personally thank a couple whom was extremely kind to all of us Mr and Mrs Fisher they were the best also another lady who helped dad off the coach with mum at the airport just to update some of the kind people on the coach they admitted dad to hospital he was to I'll to fly home that evening he suffered what we think was an abses in his throat and a high temperature /fever hence the reason he couldn't walk very well and was confused but thankfully dad was discharged the next afternoon from the hospital and is feeling better we returned back to England safe and well on Saturday I would just like to say a big thankyou to everyone in helping us with dad and also our holiday at the serinis cala llonga was lovely thankyou all so much The kingwell family .More
We stayed at the Sirenis 8th-16th September Our room was in the imperial side of the hotel the room was lovely large -TV with some good channels- shower room was very good hairdryer - room very clean and tidy a small balcony with a couple of chairs as many other people have mentioned no fridge in the room but was not a problem to us as we did have tea making facilities we did not use them. The food was very good I don't why people complain a good choice of food breakfast dinner and tea the staff worked very hard keeping everything topped up well done to all the staff. I cannot comment on the entertainment as we only drank in the reception bar excellent service all round . Sun beds we never had a problem getting a bed but I don't know if it was the time of year as the children had gone back to school. we kept our room until 9.30 for a charge of 35 euro . The area is lovely beach clean and tidy .we took the ferry to the old town well worth a visit . On a Thursday night along the strip they had a hippy market worth a visit. There was a good mix of ages young and old all very well catered for I would recommend this as a very good 3 star hotel well done to all the staffMore
