Sensatori Resort Ibiza is in a standout spot on the White Isle. It comes with a great beachfront setting and brilliant sunset views.
Sensatori Resort Ibiza is in sleepy Cala Tarida, on the west coast of the island. It overlooks a sandy beach and the Mediterranean Sea and, because it's set on a hillside, it enjoys some of the best sunsets in the Balearics.
The whole place has been designed to make the most of the views. There’s a rooftop bar, which offers uninterrupted views of the sun setting behind the sea in the evenings. It’s a great spot to relax with a cocktail after dinner.
The resort has a look and feel that’s in keeping with the natural beauty of the local area. Low-rise buildings are painted chalk-white, and accents of local cobbled stone are present throughout the complex. Read more ››

Shocked at negative reviews!!
Just back last night from one week, party of 11 (2 x teenagers, 2 x 20's, 2 x 40's, 2 x 50's and 3 x 70/80 years). We have been to sensatori crete before and thought the sensatori experience then was fantastic and would appeal to the different ages and types of people in our group. Thought this was absolutely no less than 5 star, the food was of an incredible standard both in the main buffet, and also in the three non paying restaurants and one paying restaurant (Tbar). Would say that 95% of the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Pool areas are varied for kids or adults either separately or together, within our group we experienced the archery, stretch class, and water aerobics, all were great fun led by great staff. Reception staff are quite slow but so what - they have loads of people to see all day long with check in/check out/complaints/queries etc. We didn't see too much of the night time entertainment but what we did see was good, tribute acts, show nights etc. there is also a piano bar, late night comedians, really nice atmosphere in the evening. My couple of criticisms are that the rooms are pretty small if you have a room for four but we managed, our room was also pretty far away in the 1300's we asked for a move but the hotel was packed as was evident so we just left it, not going to ruin a week away by complaining the whole time. Twice we were not given clean towels in our room after it had been cleaned but there are cupboards all around outside with fresh towels and linen so I just got them myself rather than ringing reception and waiting. It is very very hilly - my parents had to move as they could not manage the steep inclines at all, it was a bit of a pain getting them moved but on day two they were moved and much happier. Making dinner reservations is a bit of a pullava especially if you are in more than one room as the reservations must be done with key cards but after getting used to how it works it's ok. The hotel has fantastic courtesy shower rooms for departure and the beach beside the hotel (which is not part of the hotel) has water sports, banana boating etc. which was great fun and gave something different to do. Don't understand why people complain about noisy kids - its a kiddie friendly hotel - it shouldn't affect a review about the hotel! All in all I thought this hotel was absolutely fantastic, ticked all my boxes, wouldn't hesitate to go again if we had the right rooms for us.More
Returned for second year, had a brilliant family holiday. Hotel just as good this year as last. Was lovely to see a lot of the same staff still there especially Roman and Sonia who are great with the kids and provide an excellent service.More
Not a 5 star more 2/3
We have recently been on holiday to the Sensatori in Ibiza. We have had a truly awful experience and would like to start with saying we have been sold a holiday which did not match it’s discirption which would not comply with trading standards and is false/misleading advertising which is illegal, so I do hope you will be able to come up with a resolution for our loss. This hotel is no more than a 3 star. Before booking the holiday I took the time to ring one of your travel reps which assured me this hotel was quiet not full of children and beautiful. On our day of arrival we were put in room 1506, a long way from the main resort over looking air conditioning units/road/staff quarters. 5th July - we arrived in reception to cake all over the floor. Waiting to check in for half an hour at 11:30pm with a 10 year old. We walked to our room which was the furthest point away from the main building. To find no double bed for my daughter as requested. She got into bed and said it was damp. 6th July - Queued for breakfast, the floor was full of food, kids running and screaming everywhere buggies outside must have been 20-30 not a quiet hotel with few children as sold! We attended the main pool by the main building to find no sunbeds wet floor by pool and toilets. Bar was dirty and also the floor by the pool. It was like being a a public outdoor pool. We decided to go and try and upgrade our room Jo the Sensatori manager she couldn't do this for us the hotel was to full much to our disappointed. We addressed all our issues with Jo and it seemed there was nothing she could do apart from try and got us in the al carte restaurants. I was very upset and in tears horrible. Then we went to the retreat for lunch which was dirty, floor full of food. Over dry cooked foods. Children running around the restaurant everywhere. We then went back to Jo to see about transferring to another hotel she sad she would try. We waited 2hrs to hear that we could do this for 2600 euro's. Obviously this is not would we wanted as mis sold 5 star holiday it's more a 3 star. 7th July breakfast the same, daughters bed the same a soiled nappy appeared outside our room block with faeces in. Which remained in the same place for 36 hours. Jo tried to find another one and rang is at 4:45pm with an option to move to a 4 star for £600. We asked for a full refund and we would find our own accommodation this was a no too. We were forced to stay at the hotel. Two days of our holiday lost already. Jo will clarify how upset we were reduced to tears Went to the hotel beach to get away. To our horror there was a used needle. 8th July bed still the same a smell starting to appear in our room of urine. Hired a car to get away. No confirmation of restaurant booking from Jo. 9th July - went out all the problems at the hotel still the same. Walked back to our room in the evening past the staff quarters which stank of pot and my daughter encounter them smoking it. 10th July - went out again. The room still smells of urine This continued, the staff at the hotel are rude. The picture of the pool on your website is adult one flash advertising. Ate once in the al carte which we booked and this was average. Drinks and bottles left in flower beds from night before. This hotel should be advertised as a booze hotel that's all it is. Every meal we had there was a problem they couldn't even bring a salad at the beach lunch restaurant. In the room there were wires hanging, cracked mirror. To our horror we discovered on the last night that the smell would have been the bed that a previous guest must have wet the bed. Hotel staff at reception not interested.More
Not 5 star
Was looking forward to this after going to pathos sensatori however disappointed. Customer service rubbish. Room upgrade can't even get to speak to head reception after 3 days, our front door to our 2 rooms doesn't lock, wedged at night with an ironing board, have rang reception still waiting. So busy, drinks aren't great, oh and if you want to go to the kids pool prepare for a ten minute walk. The lovely beach they advertise smells like sewe! And 2 beds and parasol will cost £50 euro. We are still here but never againMore

First family holiday
We attended 10th to 17th July for our first family holiday, we were very disappointed at having paid £3,000 first of all we were given a room on the 4th floor baring in mind we had a 4 month old baby bags we had to chase up to be brought to the room. The room was horrible and not clean, our bedsheets were not changed all week we complained about this but nothing was done! And couldn't be bothered complaining again as it was Just stressing me out! Fridge, ac and steriliser we all faulty! One day we put towels in bath to be changed and they rolled them back up to be used again! I complained and where changed next day! Balcony was all loose, and mucky marks on floor and walls. At the pool bar they hide the menus we had to ask what we were allowed different stories at different bars! Reception are the rudest people I've met when I asked about a room upgrade he laughed in my face and said they were fully booked! Also laughed again at me when I asked to keep the room on they said too busy as new guests coming!! Not great with a 4 month old baby!! Booking the restaurants are a joke reception staff couldn't work them either said system error!! Also how can you work on reception if you cannot speak basic English!! Food around pool served in plastic boxes how can this be 5 star!! One day a waiter smashed a glass around the pool and then strolled off to get a dust pan and brush myself and other guests put chairs out to stop people walk on it!!! He then did a half job and left other guests had to tell them and help do it properly absolute joke!!. Also not enough umbrellas around the pool we had to pay for Bali beds every day to get shade for our baby! Took my own bags to reception as couldn't be bothered waiting in the room for them! The food was generally good but my wife did find mould on a sweet corn one day. To me it looks like the hotel is badly run pointless having all the facilities there making it 5 star if you forget the basics!!!! Today we are leaving and we can see that the management have been having meetings all around the hotel to sort it out!!! This is all well and good but too late for our holiday!!!! I will be complaining to Thompson's when I am home, pointless complaining to people who don't care or understand far from 5 star!! More
