With a setting right by a rocky beach, the Nereida gets ten out of ten for location. It scores highly for everything else, too – not least the sea-view pool.
The Nereida is on the edge of a small cove, right behind a rocky beach. It’s a quiet area, but close to a lively street where you’ll find plenty of shops, cafés and Brit-style pubs.
Spacious studios and apartments are set in two whitewashed buildings on either side of the pool. And thanks to its sea views, it’s the pool that’s the main focus of the Nereida.

Ibiza Family Holiday
So it may not have been the best hotel we have stayed in but it certainly provides value for money, we visited in mid May last year as a family of four, staying for a week on an All Inclusive basis. The food served in the restaurant was excellent, plenty of varied choice every day for both Lunch & Dinner the all inclusive option also included daytime snacks, which consisted of toasties, burgers, hotdog sausages and crisps which was brilliant for our two boys, and proper ice-creams too. Room was spacious, spotlessly clean & modern, complete with mini kitchen, flat screen TV & two balconies overlooking the pool & facing the sea offering stunning views. Beds were comfortable the room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels daily & the beds were made up every day during our stay. Our interaction with the Staff was minimal but we found them to be extremely friendly & very helpful. The Hotel has its own lovely sunset terrace complete with wicker chairs & sofas where you can get an amazing view of the sunset. In summary a really good hotel in a great location, offering stunning views especially the Sunsets, decent quality food, comfortable & spacious rooms, wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a value for money holiday.More
Hotel Nereida San Antonio Bay
High everyone another review to give. We went to Ibiza for the second time last summer (2016) and stayed well out of San Antonio Bay, at the Hotel Nereida. We had a lovely room with a good pool view that also gave a decent sea view. The room was clean and beds comfortable, staff friendly and always willing to help if required. The hotel is close to action on the main strip but far enough away not to allow noise to bother you at night. We stayed bed and breakfast only so canât comment to much on the food other than to say the breakfast was always good with plenty of choice. Eating outside on the morning was great watching the small boats hop across the sea. We used the boat taxi a couple of times to go to the best beaches on the island, which are well worth the few euroâs for the boat trip alone. Please try bot Cala Conta and Cala Bassa, stunning. I would also say try the buses, once you have sorted this out itâs so much more relaxed, you do worry about getting on a boat especially for the homeward trip. Night life around the area is plentiful with bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. A special not to Shooter Bar, very funny guy running the karaoke from Wales, he has no short term memory at all, you have to write everything down! The pub greeter is very funny and always on the lookout for next young thing, he isnât gay but does act or is very camp, a Peter Andre lookalike. The pub was our most used as it is a fun pub and all the noise is taken off the streets at midnight inside the pub, but it will go on as long as people are willing to party. Millennivm (yes that is a V) was very good especially for a late afternoon tea or a coffee, cliental were a little stranger on an evening, I think heavy drinking happened here! It seemed quite a meeting place for 80s music and dancing, service is quick and cheap, staff very friendly and hard working. Old Tavern, umm, lots of live tribute acts here with varying success, food ok, very pub grub, not a bad price. The staff work really hard to get to everyone and make you really welcome. Just Jackie runs the place and compares etc, got to say she loves herself more than anyone else does. She is a scouse girl thatâs been in the game a little too long, Iâm sure she was good in her day, but I have seen her with an already full pub shouting at people walking past the pub, that have stopped just to see whatâs going on. She even had the nerve to carry a stool and drink over to a woman in her 60âs (this was not in a nice way) telling her to come in, everyone was very embarrassed, Not a way to run a bar! Rant over, if yo only go out for one flash meal make it Tapas restaurant lounge bar, just off the bay area. This place was amazing, fantastic bar waiting area/lounge and food was the best Iâve ever and mean ever had. For tapas the portions are large be warned, but what flavours, I just donât know what to tell you to get, it was all fantastic. Please book, very busy, itâs a little off the track so a taxi might be better to get there but you need the short walk back, just to talk and breath. Kumharas, overpriced, poor service, great location for a sun down meal but the food was also a let-down. At the end of the evening we felt really deflated by the whole experience, another place living off it past and location, it could have been so much better! Café bar Pirana (ask at reception) on the other hand is just a little bar, ran by a very nice Spanish man and his family. They make a fuss of everyone, the mother cooks everything (itâs not all Spanish food either) and sheâs a great cook. The food was really good, the place had a good feel about it, and even his daughter was serving helping him with his English. We went back here a few times, very good.More

Superb service, great facilities and a great view
For this price you'd be hard pressed to find better quality. Throughout our stay the staff members were extremely approachable and helpful. The room was clean, modern and had a balcony facing the sea with stunning views. Extra points for such a deep pool (3 meters) and for a small pier which allows you to swim in the sea. It's a great place for snorkeling. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.More
Best Hotel I've Stayed At!
My previous holidays abroad i've stayed in the worst possible places. This was the complete opposite Room The room was lovely! has a great view from out balcony, with the most amazing sunset I have seen in my life. The bathroom a great size, the beds were comfy and so was the couch. The only fault I can possibly comment on, was the fact that we genuinely thought the ceiling fan was going to decapitate us as is was definitely not screwed on properly. Staff Staff were super friendly and very helpful. The maid done a great job of keeping our room clean and changing our bed sheets and replacing our towels. The bar staff were great and would pay attention to you, they knew exactly what drink I would be going up to order. My friend cut her hand open on the rocks by the beach and the barman was quick to help and clean her up. Pool The pool area was always kept clean ad was very family friendly. Entertainment There was very good family friendly entertainment on every night! Really enjoyed going down to watch. Food We were all inclusive so had all of our meals at the hotel. They had a great selection of lots of lovely well coked food which i definitely enjoyed, as my last two holidays to Zante and the most disgusting sickening food. Overall I had a really great time and found the place absolutely stunning!More
