The Casa Luis has a friendly set-up, boasting a traditional Spanish restaurant and a couple of swimming pools. It’s only 10 minutes’ walk from a marina lined with bars and eateries, too.
The Casa Luis is in a quiet spot, 15 minutes’ walk from Santa Eulalia’s Blue Flag beach. There’s a marina between the two, where you’ll find rows of luxury yachts and a string of bars and restaurants.
The apartments are all set up for cooking – each one has a kitchenette with a fridge, a hob and a microwave. There’s a little supermarket at the hotel, and a bigger one just five minutes’ walk away.

Great place to stay
We have been to 5 star hotels and 4 star hotels but never usually a 3 star hotel but it was great for value and looked like a great place to stay for a family holiday. I have not been disappointed the entertainment is good and the staff are friendly. However the food is ok not the best but what do you expect for a hotel. Overall a great place to stay for your holiday. Highly recommend. More
Holiday with our grand-daughters (10 & 6 years old)
We have just returned from a lovely week at Casa Luis. We took our grand-daughters who are 10 and 6 years old. Our apartment was clean and well equipped. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which worked well but 2 bedroom would have been better, there were none available when we booked. Air conditioning was 20 euros for the week but very quiet and super efficient. All the staff are helpful, polite, kind and work very hard to make sure everyone has a good time. The swimming pools are great, with a choice of 2 and a splash pool for the tots. We never struggled to get a sun-bed and parasol, although some towels were put out very early and then people didn't appear until lunch time!! The restaurant was good with a variety of food to choose from, 3 course adult meal of the day 12.50, children's menu also available. Bus stop outside the hotel, regular buses to Es Cana. About a 20 minute walk to the marina and beach in Santa Eulalia, taxi about 5 euros. We had a great week and would we return - yes!More
Great base for santa eulalia & es cana
Apartments seem to be freshly upgraded, the bathroom was sleek and modern, beds were comfortable etc. Pools were grand, one had entertainment and the other was quieter. There is a bus stop at the end of the driveway which can take you to es cana which is handy, and the town is o ly 15 or so minute walk. 2 supermarkets are withing a few minutes walk also. The bus stop also has a route to the airport for 4 euro which was unbelievabley handy. I would recommend these apartments and would happily stay again. More

casa luis was by far very clean tidy and very relaxing the rooms where clean spotless and the staff very nice! The kids entertainment was amazing and even though our kids where too old we had a good time watching the singing and dancing x the food was nice and ordered pizza some nights and had it ready for us just to pop over and collect the pool area wasn't massive but plenty of space for us ! Saint eullalia Marina is gorgeous and plenty of quant little shops and supermarkets! Little bit of a walk over about 20 mins I would say and in the heat not too great but would definitely go back👍🏼More
Good family holiday but more for younger kids than teens
Stayed self catering as a family of 2 adults and 2 teens (13 and 15) in 1 bed apartment. Staff in reception very welcoming and friendly on arrival and helpful throughout. Staff in bar/restaurant less so. Food in snack bar simple but lovely. Never used a la carte at night but others spoke highly of it. Food and drinks reasonable priced. Room basic but clean and cleaned every 2 days. Furniture a bit dated and not all in the best of condition. Sliding wardrobe doors hard to move and shelf inside fridge door missing so hard to store open bottle of milk. Has microwave, 2 ring cooker, toaster and kettle and all utensils needed for simple cooking. The real problem was the air conditioning which we had to pay 20euros a week for. Really ineffective and although they promptly sent a maintenance man to check it he said it was as cool as it would go at 18C. Had to sleep with all the windows open but it was still too hot. This really did have a big impact on our comfort. Located about 10 mins walk from the main shops and bars (although 2 great supermarkets within a 5 min walk). A good 20-30 mins walk to the lovely sandy beach near the town centre. 1 restaurant very nearby Uttopia- lovely food, a wee bit dearer than most but watch your bill. We were over charged twice in the one bill. Something on it wrong the first time (15euros) then when bill came back supposedly corrected the drinks had been charged twice (10 euros). So a total of 25 euros over and I'm not convinced it was an honest mistake! In town lots of other lovely bars and restaurants to suits all tastes and budgets, one of the nicest being sidrAstur near the marina. Entertainment in hotel was basic but ok. Anna, the animation girl during the day, was good fun and had both kids and adults joining in different activities. Splash park for wee ones looked great and very safe with astro turf around the pool side to stop them slipping or burning their feet. Plenty of sun beds in the splash park and at both the other 2 pools. Some people did put towels down to get certain areas but you could get beds at most times. Lots of inflatables and toys left by previous families kept by the pool for use so check before you buy. We got bus into Ibiza Town (14 euros for 4) and then a 10euro taxi to got to the water park in Playa den Bossa which was a good family day out. 18 euros for over 12's but no charges once you arrive other than 5 euros for a locker. Sunbeds, umbrellas and inflatables for rides are all included in the price. You can also get a pass out and back in if you want. We ate a snack at onsite restaurant which was reasonably priced. Pizza and spaghetti bolognaise nice. Also good to take a taxi to Es Canar for a different night out and some lovely restaurants and entertainment (8 euros in taxi which reception will call although there is a regular bus service during the day and early evening). All in all a good holiday but just not the best for us, mainly as a result of the air conditioning and there not being much for teens (who are considerably hard to please at the best of times!!), Thank goodness for the reasonable free WIFI. Would recommend for older couples or families with younger children who don't mind being a bit away from the beach.More
