The Casa Luis has a friendly set-up, boasting a traditional Spanish restaurant and a couple of swimming pools. It’s only 10 minutes’ walk from a marina lined with bars and eateries, too.
The Casa Luis is in a quiet spot, 15 minutes’ walk from Santa Eulalia’s Blue Flag beach. There’s a marina between the two, where you’ll find rows of luxury yachts and a string of bars and restaurants.
The apartments are all set up for cooking – each one has a kitchenette with a fridge, a hob and a microwave. There’s a little supermarket at the hotel, and a bigger one just five minutes’ walk away.

Love these people!
Just back from a lovely break at Casa Luis..the staff could not have been more welcoming, it's 3 * but the company, the entertainment and overall level of service far exceed that rating... very well priced, we were half board and the food was excellent, the bar very reasonable but overall it's the staff who really make this a place worth making a beeline to..from Julie who was ever present in the restaurant always so helpful, warm of smile but so efficient even replacing our son's meal one evening when she had spotted that he was not that keen on his initial meal choice! The pools, entertainment was well very entertaining! Omg who created Leone and Ana...' the Sun is shining' girls so wonderful with the children and adults alike... This place is a credit to the ever present owner who has created a rather unique establishment..personal service for holidaying families, couples, singles who just want a warm welcome, excellent service within a very reasonably-priced establishment..it's simply all you will need..very close to all the necessary amenities too..a choice of two large supermarkets, beaches just a few mins walk away at the edge of a truly beautiful quiet town with the lively Es Cana just 10 mins on the bus from outside the apartments ..1.20€ ..loved the Hippy Market as ever...we will return! Thanks team Casa Luis... David and Val..Isle of Man.. btw...just 1 square Km smaller than this Island is the fabled Ibiza...but a lot colder is our Manx version! More
The staff here could not be more helpful and the standard is maintained throughout the entire team. Reception staff go the extra mile thinking nothing of accompanying you to your room to resolve any problems. Even the car hire firm they recommend proved to provide the best quality little hire car I have ever been given, a VW Polo in immaculate condition. The restaurant way exceeded my expectations with an incredible value three course menu at 12.5 euros. A la Carte also available obviously at higher cost. Service in the restaurant is as good as the food. The facilities, location and value for money are exceptional. No lifts at present in two blocks but plans are afoot for a brand new additional block and upgrades to existing blocks. Cleaning standards are high with experience to the fore. Excellent car parking on site. Excellent!More
Pretty good at what it does
A short break for the 2 of us. This is a small, basic, apartment complex a few hundred metres from the beach and town centre. The design and decor are a bit tired (they mention 1974 a few times which seems about right), but the children's splash park looked a new addition. The guests were mainly young families and older couples, and I think our kids would have loved this place when they were under 8, but as teenagers they would have been bored stupid. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but heard other guests praising the food and it smelled good. Our 1 bedroom apartment was spacious, but a bit below modern expectations (sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sit on, no cafetière or coffee filter). Free, reliable wifi was available throughout the complex. The staff were without exception charming and keen to help you have a great time. All in all, not great, but with a lot of positives for the right customer. If you want nightlife or luxury or have mobility problems I suggest you look elsewhere. If you have little kids and want no frills accommodation with some suitable entertainment and pools, this could be ideal for you...More
Perfect for families
We stayed here for a week during May staying in one of the 2 bed apartments. They were comfortable and spotlessly clean. Really well decorated with a rainfall shower, two good size bedrooms, balcony which saw the sun all day and a decent kitchen/living space. Great bar area with 3 lovely pools. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Location 10 minutes from Santa Eulalia marina and beaches. Leonie (what a legend she is!) kept our little girl entertained with various activities. She loved the face painting and pool games with the other children. They have a new splash park and children's play area and are building a new complex (the work being done was unnoticeable from where we were). The Wi-Fi could do with a little boost but that really wasn't a problem Couldn't have asked for anything more really and it really surpassed our expectations. We will definitely be back!More
We have just spent a very enjoyable week in Casa Luis apartments. We really cannot fault this place, IF there are friendlier reception staff than these guys n gals im yet to meet them, nothing is to much trouble. One point worth noting is that block 1 & 2 do not have lifts, so if mobility is an issue or you struggle carrying cases up a couple of flight of stairs perhaps contacting the hotel prior to your stay would be advantageous as im sure they will do all they can to help you. Now the apartments and hotel site suit all ages, good for familys and couples. The entertainment staff are briliant and although as those days are behind me they still treat you in a very friendly way. One other important point is the distance to the marina in st Euallia, it takes around 10 to 15 mins to get into town, but the walk is very pleasant indeed. There are not many places nicer than st Euallia, give the water taxis a try if you fancy a trip to ibiza town or casting your eye over es cab]nar , reasonably priced and much better than dealing with the buses. I honestly do not think anyone would regret having a stay in this wonderful apartment complex, the bar staff are quality and although i went self catering and didnt sample the food on offer it did look really good and at a very reasonable price. You have 3 pools to choose from and for the first time ever while ive been away you dont have to scrap for sunbed space. We are definatley going back next year and probably for many more years god willing. Oh i forgot to mention Casa Luis as free excellant wifi all over, even in your rooms, c,mon how good is that, usualy i have to pay for it, However, you do have to pay 20 euros for the air conditioning for a week, but trust me its well worth it, its hot hot hot in Ibiza in june ,july, august and september.More
