The Saturno – part of a 3-hotel complex – is a 15-minute walk from Alcudia’s sandy beach, and ticks off pools, restaurants and free, unlimited access to Hidropark’s slides.
Stay here and you’ll get free entry to the Hidropark – a waterpark that packs in slides like the Spiral, which shoots you from top to bottom while spinning you all over the place.
The complex racks up 8 pools altogether, plus buffet restaurants that go to town on themed nights. There’s a pretty impressive sports line-up, too.

Hidropark waterpark May - Oct
The Hidropark waterpark is just across the road from the hotel. It shows off a wave pool, multi-lane slides, a twisting tube slide and a daring Kamikaze drop. Smaller swimmers have a mini park with octopus-themed slides, too. And just so you're in the know before you go - the restaurant, bar and sunbeds at the park are not included in your All Inclusive package.
Just so you know, some of the slides are too big for little ones.
- 120cm to ride the Kamikaze speed slides.
First Choice Kids' Club from May to October*
First Choice Kids’ Club caters for 3 to 11 year olds – so brothers and sisters can join in the fun together. And most of it’s completely free. It runs 5 days a week and – outside of peak season – there are parent and toddler sessions for under 3s, too. For your peace of mind, all First Choice Kids’ Club staff have advance DBS checks and hold NVQ Level 2 childcare qualifications. They’re First Aid trained, and there’ll be at least 2 of them on duty at all times. Plus there’s a strict sign-in and out system.
8 outdoor pools
Split out across the complex. All with sunbeds.

Absolutely fabulous holiday the hotel service was fantastic staff were friendly and very helpful and premises were brilliant for people of all ages definitely booking again for next year and recommending to all family and friends . More
Myself my husband + 3 kids (14 13 + 9) travelled from Ireland to Clubmac from June 1st-10th + have to admit i was a little worried after reading all the negative reviews on here but i really didnt need to be as we had a great holiday! HOTEL The entire complex is spotless, the staff work very hard all day long. We had a family room which included tv fridge + premium wifi which was brilliant for our teenagers, they never lost connection thank god!!! If your in a standard room there is an additional cost for wifi + fridge etc as they are considered extras but it does state this on thier site when booking so again i dont get complaints about this! If you put ur "come ahead" hook on the outside of your door the cleaners come in + make beds + leave fresh towels everyday, if u want your sheets changed leave the flyer provided on your pillow. We were on the 6th floor of jupiter so we had to use the lift which can be slow at peak times but unless your a very impatient person this shouldnt be a problem. CHECK IN Checkin can be a bit of a chore, when u arrive you take a ticket + your number will be displayed on a screen when its your turn, depending on what time u arrive will determine your wait, we waited 1.5hrs which was a bit of a pain but not a huge deal, i know some who waited 5mins + others 2+ hrs, so its the luck of tbe draw really FOOD I honestly dont understand why people complain about the food, this is a 3star hotel not a 5 star! there is a huge selection at every meatime, yes its not always piping hot but in a complex this size catering for such large numbers of people that is no surprise, we always found something different + tasty to eat each day. Mealtimes can get chaotic but we found going within the 1st hour made a big difference. Theres also a snack bar outside the jupiter where u can make a nice fresh salad sambo or theres a buger bar by the circus area where u can get burgers nuggets + sausages, i never ate from there so cant comment on what it was like. DRINKS Theres unlimited slushies, juices, fizzy drinks, ice cream + mr.freezes for the kids, + beer + spirts for the adults, i loved the pina colada slushie 😊 there is almost always a queue for drinks but they move very quickly due to the efficiency of the very friendly staff, u can hire a drink tray at the marte for €5 (which you get back when u return it with your docket) they are really really handy WATERPARK This is a big bonus + great fun, clubmac dont own the waterpark + therefore its only your admission thats free due to an agreement they have with the park owners, you pay for your drinks + snacks there + its quite pricy but we just went for a couple of hrs between our meals so this wasnt an issue for us, sunbeds are €4.50 but if u go after 3oc they are free, again people complain about this but it would cost €90 for entry into any waterpark for a family of 5 so its a very nice perk in my opinion ENTERTAINMENT There is lots going on around the complex everyday, theres a daily newsletter available every morning at breakfast or in marte reception informing you of whats happening around the different hotels during the day. The bingo is good fun every night at the circus stage, some of the night time acts are very entertaining while others we found a bit average but still enjoyable! Be aware that there is lots of activities at night that will cost you, theres boat + swan rides + bubbles on the lake €10 for 12mins (swans are free from 10 in the mornings till 1oc) theres also bungie trampolines €6, also popcorn, candyfloss, pick + mix + crepes which are all abit overpriced + add alot to the cost of your holiday if u let them, theres lots of lovely little market stalls along the lake too. ALCUDIA TOWN/PORT Alcudia centre is beautiful lots of restaurants bars + shops, its well worth walking along the marina as theres some amazing luxury yaughts if that interests you. CLIENTELE I agree with reviews that some of the clientele leave a lot to be desired, we did see some parents getting drunk + kids running wild but it did not affect our holiday in anyway, afterall your holiday is what u make it yourself + we certainly made to most of ours! I would 100% recommend Clubmac especially if you have young kids + you dont mind a busy full on holiday with a bit of queuing! Ignore the bad reviews + go with an openmind More
Budget hotel but not a budget price
Stayed in the Saturno hotel. Check in was a bit slow and rooms basic but cleaned daily. if you want more than basic, then you have to pay - remote control, more than 4 TV channels and the funniest .... if you want a tray to carry your drinks from the bar to the table you have to pay for a tray for the whole week!!! Never heard of this before!! You had to pay for the bouncy castles for the children and the boat rides on the lake. The food was edible although sometimes a bit cold with themed nights in the restaurants, the best was the Mexican night chilli. The pools are very busy during the day but we always managed to get sunbeds around the pool area. Used the free hydropark opposite the hotel, beware only the entrance is free, 4.5 euros for a sunbed and drinks were expensive. I have read that we would have been entitled to 20% discount but we weren't aware of this at the time. Alcudia beach and port are lovely. We walked it a few times, and also used the free buses from outside the hotel. If you walk around the Club Mac resort at night time, make sure you protect yourself from the mozzies!! We were eaten alive. We have had better All Inclusive holidays and definately would not return to this one.More

Booked last year with my husband and four children for 7 days and I can safely say that this one one of then best holidays we've ever had. Kids (2 teens and 2 juniors) wanted to return this year, as did we but we wanted to try other places and countries first. We will definitely be returning in 2018 as it's a resort which is great for all ages...alcudia is beautiful, hotel is clean and tidy, rooms were good and all of the pools were amazing, entertainment was spot on and food was good. Kids loved it. See you 2018. Thank you. More
If Jeremy Kyle did holidays...this would be it
We stayed in the Saturno block of the Club Mac holiday resort. The room was clean but basic. We paid for full board but were surprised how many 'Extras' there were. We had to hire a remote control for the TV and then discovered there were only 4 news channels ..unless we paid for 'extra' channels. there were no tea making facilities..unless we 'hired' a kettle!, same went for a fridge, so if you have very young children that may need a bottle I suggest you bring a kettle because it will cost you 22 Euros to hire one. The food was fairly repetitive although there was a theme night every night which consisted of one or two different dishes. There is a kids corner with bouncy castles etc but these cost around 3.50 Euros a time so add costs to your holiday. There is a big lake but it is Green and surrounded by Mosquitoes that will eat you alive. There are several pools which were well maintained but very crowded although there were always plenty of sunbeds..although you have to hire a sunbed cushion. The waterpark across the road is great for the kids but you have to hire the sunbeds and you cannot take food in with you..they will even search your bags. Then you have to dodge the resident Photographers who will stalk your kids the whole time. There is a lovely white sandy beach about a 20 minute walk but unfortunately there is a strong smell of Sulphur which seemed to come from the water so made it quite unpleasant. There was entertainment each night at the hotel, and on two or three nights it was actually entertaining. There was a high percentage of Irish families and I was surprised not to see Jeremy Kyle there! The biggest surprise was, that you actually had to hire a tray to carry your drinks..to borrow one was "No possible" apparently..you couldn't make it up! Would I stay here again..NO..it was not a cheap holiday..but should have been..and the extras made it even more expensive This is also a Smoking hotel, so if you don't smoke or don't like breathing in other peoples smoke...give this hotel a missMore
