The Hotel More is planted right on the edge of the pretty Bay of Pollenca, and reels off all the right credentials for a laid-back beach break.
The Hotel More is perched right on the shores of the horseshoe-shaped Bay of Pollenca. There’s a swimming pool right on the water’s edge, where you get panoramic views of the mighty Formentor peninsula.
Inside, the décor is simple but classy – think colourful patterned chairs, marble surfaces, and terraces with charcoal rattan sofas.

Quiet, relaxed and lovely
Allocated a rather poor room facing the noisy hotel next door, the very helpful staff found us an alternative overlooking the pool and bay. The room was clean and fresh; well maintained. We had half-board which is enough: loads of good restaurants for lunch within walking or cycling distance. Food varied each night but was generally very good. the position of the hotel is lovely, and the surroundings quiet, with the exception of a nearby donkey, which inspired a lovely morning walk through the lanes to find it. Some great beaches nearby, and the sea is very clean and clear. Wonderful place - I'll be back!More
This hotel although a 3☆ is a little gem Its about 20 minutes from old town Its on the beach and has the most amazing and friendly staff all with perfect English The is also a wide range of food everyday at both breakfast and evening meal 1 tiny complaint if any is that the area for buffet is on the small side it could do with being in a different location or a bit wider we would deffo. go back again .More

We were looked after from day one with sea view rooms that I emailed in advance to see if we could have . Lovely hotel staff and food . Nice and quiet but not in the middle of nowhere . Will be returning xMore
Another fantastic holiday at the More
Just returned from our fourth visit to the Hotel More and we are missing it already! The location is idyllic, for a quiet and relaxing holiday you couldn't ask for a better place to be. However if you enjoy walks, this is also a ideal location. There are some beautiful walks possible to do from the door of the Hotel, or others from Alcudia just pick up the free walks book from the Tourist info office in Alcudia town. Cycle hire is also available. The food is really good, there are so many dishes to choose from that everyone should be able to find something they will enjoy. The rooms are perfectly adequate and it is definitely worth paying the supplement for a sea view. If you want fridges, kettles and free wifi then you need to book 5 star but you would be hard pressed to find a location as good. The rooms are cleaned daily, sheets and towels are changed regularly. All the staff are friendly and so helpful, the proof of this is in the amount of people who return to the Hotel year after year, thanks 'More' we can't wait to return!More

Average Hotel with Stunning Locations
This hotel is in possibly in the most stunning location I have stayed in. The facilities on site are ok, the pool is good and offers brilliant views whilst the beach area is bliss. Other than that the hotel is very average. The food is a buffet, every meal, which is ok and the quality is fair but it isn't fine dinning. The hotel is fairly modern and has a decent bar areas and the room was fine for a week, clean etc. What did really bug me is that we asked for a double and got a twin. When I asked if they could swap the beds or upgrade (happy to pay) it was a flat out no and we had a twin all week. Which was massively disappointing. Secondly perhaps it was the time of year but we were the youngest by maybe 30 years (both in our mid 20's) and the hotel was dead by 9.30 (cheesy tributes aside) and being a little out the way there isn't too much to do in the evening except a local bar that's 5/10 minute walk away. Above aside, we found the best thing to do was to hire bikes and cylce round the area. We visited Port de Pollenca, Alcudia old town and the beach. All less that 30 minutes ride. Well worth the trip. The area itself is beautiful and want to go back to visit again, albeit maybe staying somewhere else. Also, the barman 100% deserves a mention (can't remember his name) genuinely nice guy and very helpful.More
