The main outdoor pool is surrounded by a roomy wooden-decked terrace. Loungers and parasols are lined up along each side. There's also a chillout pool that's reserved for adults.
Alongside the kids' pool, there's a pirate ship with a couple of waterslides. Here the children can let their imaginations run wild.

Hard to beat for families
We're just back from a week at the Zafiro....our first trip to Majorca. Hotel met all our expectations - modern, clean, terrific staff and great facilities for adults and children, particularly all the pools. The local town isn't up to much in terms of culture (I counted 3 Irish bars....please, enough!) but the beach is pretty impressive. The real gems are Alcudia (15 minute walk from the hotel) and Pollenca which is truly wonderful. We went there twice for dinner and a wander around....fully of great restaurants and small independent shops. Highly recommended.More
Family Easter Holiday
Overall a very nice, child friendly hotel. Bedroom & common area decor generally excellent, top class cleanliness, good location & great range of activities for kids - particularly younger ones Staff very helpful / friendly Only negative was poor quality of food - breakfast buffet was pretty ok but certainly not 5 star but after that, things went down hill very fast. Lunch at pool was not good and could very easily be vastly improved by a decent chef and quality ingredients. Dinner buffet was very, very poor quality / value for money & to be avoided - again could easily be transformed by the right chef. Same goes for a la carte restaurants Such a pity that the food lets this lovely hotel down so badly - it is an important element of most peoples holiday Overall all the family enjoyed our holiday here - with the exception of the poor food quality in the area generallyMore

Familyhotel, not suitable if you don't have kids and want a quiet relaxing vacation
The hotel is great, but I wouldn't choose it again for an adults only vacation. There is a lot of noise from the kids areas, which for some reason is placed all around. So no chance for adults only sections with quiet rooms. Rooms are large and very clean. There is free parking, really great wifi and lots of pools, nice spa and so on. If you have kids you probably want all inclusive, but without you shouldn't choose anything else than breakfast. The buffet dinner is not 5 stars worthy, and the city offers so many great places to eat. Breakfastbuffet is chaotic, you really need all your calm to get through. They really need to sort this. Overall a very nice hotel, just not 5 star in my book...More
Came here with my cousin just for a long weekend break. Really enjoyed myself. Hotel was great, warm welcome and friendly staff too. When we arrived it was late and we asked if there was any food, the kitchen was closed but staff where really good and allowed us to still go into the buffet restaurant and have food. Which was very nice. Food was fantastic, loved it, as i am a vegetarian i always struggled to find veg food but this hotel surprised me and everyday there was different veg food with loads of options. La carte restaurants where slightly disappointing as i was expecting more perfection with food but overall still good. Only thing i didn't see was live entertainment everyday which was a shame. Only saw live entertainment on Saturday, not sure why that was. Also there wasn't a adults only bar with music where you could enjoy yourself and have a dance, which was a shame. As it would have been nice for adults too. Plenty of activities for children. Its a very good hotel for families. Beach is literally walking distance just a few minutes walk from block 2 and 3 from the hotel. Must say that the beach is nothing special, have seen way better amazing beaches but its good for kids as its very sandy. Strip was nice but nothing special no bars, clubs etc just a few restaurants and small gift shops. Nice for a general stroll. I would go again for a relaxing and chilled break. More
We visited this hotel in September last year with another couple and NO CHILDREN! Ha! It was absolutely beautiful! The room was just perfect, clean spacious and just so nice. The grounds were immaculate with staff cleaning all day and evening then again early morning. The food was beautiful, we had breakfast each morning with prosecco and booked in the restaurant outside one eve which was to die for!!! I can not fault the hotel at all! I would love to go back again and recommend it to all! More
