AMAZING! Will be returning in the future! I enjoyed every moment. The whole staff was amazing. The room was clean and spacious. My whole family agreed that we couldn't of booked a better hotel. Would recommend this place to anyone! More
Greeted at check in by welcoming staff and a glass of Cava. Quick, efficient reception staff. Offered evening meal even though 11pm. Room was absolutely immaculate and was kept so throughout our whole visit. Beautiful sea view from our room on 3rd floor. On half board option and couldn't fault anything about the quality or quantity of the food and also the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. We booked a spa package which initially we thought was a bit expensive but turned out to be worth every penny- a real treat and the staff did everything they could to make it special. Only slight negative is position of outdoor pool which doesn't get sun til early afternoon but addition of rooftop pool and sunbathing area means that it isn't really an issue as long as you get up to the roof early in the day to get a lounger. Overall totally deserving of a 5 star review and would always book a Protur chain hotel in future. More
We stayed the first 2 weeks in August in a duplex room. The room was large and we loved the control panels for the shower and lighting. The bed was really comfy and big. There was a fridge (not very cold) and a keypad safe (charge applies). The balcony has a spiral staircase to the private rooftop balcony with loungers, table and sofa, and a fabulous whirlpool bath with a view out to sea. Bliss! Maribel kept our room wonderfully clean. We used the main pool in the morning and then did the aquarobics with Carrie. The pool is cold when you get in but fine after a while. No sun around the pool till around midday. You are allocated a table in the restaurant on one of 2 sittings. We had an outside table on 2nd sitting. The food is fairly good - some days better than others- and is replenished regularly. The buffet areas can get a bit busy at times. The breakfast is really nice, with omelettes and eggs cooked to order. So much choice. We had the included meal at Sara's a la carte which was delicious. Book early. We had lunch at the hotel every day which was good value and tasty. The rooftop chillout bar is a lovely place to go for drinks after dinner but not many people used it while we were there. We went every night and stayed till gone 11pm. The entertainment can be heard up here but is not too loud. We found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They also seemed to be genuinely happy. The area around the hotel is lovely. You can walk either way from the hotel along the promenade (watch out for bikes!) all on the flat. There are numerous bars and restaurants and the ones on the harbour are very popular. We will come back in a couple of years and hope it will have maintained the standards it has currently. I don't think I have ever stayed in such a clean hotel. We had a taxi transfer which I think is well worth the cost. To sum it up, we had a very relaxing 2 week stay and totally chilled out which is just what we needed.More
This might be my favourite ever place to stay. Greeted with a glass of champagne, woke up to an incredible sea view (which acted also as an alarm clock each morning when the sun came shining through the window) and every meal was greeted by the staff so politely. The sunroof pool and bar are an experience, the meal at Sarah's restaurant was fantastic and the music was good (though it didn't seem to draw the crowds in for some reason). Located right beside the beach, near a great cocktail bar. Staff were very helpful, especially when we rented a car to visit other side of the island. The waiters and barmen are terrific at what they do. Perfect stay, I would change nothing. Would love to visit again if I get the chance.More
