An excellent Hotel. It has had a full modernisation.
The Hotel is in a great position within walking distance of the port. shops, restaurants etc.good area for walking to these places as it is on the flat and is a great help to the elderly and disabled. Lovely happy. helpful staff. Good food, good choices. We enjoy our holidays here so much. You have got to book early as it gets full very soon - a lot of guests return year after year.More

Great, relaxing holiday and suitable for wheelchair visitors who can walk a little
I travelled here with my mum in September 2016 and cannot find fault with the location or this superb hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, particularly in the restaurant where there was as great choice of food and the Activities Co-ordinator who was really great and enthusiastic. We normally avoid hotel activities, but we thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon quiz and hotel evening entertainment. The hotel has great accessibility and I saw a number of scooters on charge and people using them. Reception ensured there was a chair in the shower enabling me to use it unaided, wearing shower shoes. I walk a little with crutches so was able to navigate the room easily and the hotel is easy to use a wheelchair in with or without assistance. The pool is also unusually accessible The hotel was refurbished in 2015 and is gorgeous throughout. My mum who pushes me around said she found the holiday relaxing and she too enjoyed al aspects of the holiday. The coffee/tea making facilities are a bonus and there are shops close to the hotel as well. I am in my early fifties and loved this adult only hotel and the resort itself which has an accessible beach, it is fairly quiet with nice harbour side cafe's and restaurants. The resort of Cala Millor is only fifteen minutes along level promenade from front of hotel if you want something busier. Enjoyed it so much are going again this year and have upgraded to a bigger, posher room. Can't wait.More
This might be my favourite ever place to stay. Greeted with a glass of champagne, woke up to an incredible sea view (which acted also as an alarm clock each morning when the sun came shining through the window) and every meal was greeted by the staff so politely. The sunroof pool and bar are an experience, the meal at Sarah's restaurant was fantastic and the music was good (though it didn't seem to draw the crowds in for some reason). Located right beside the beach, near a great cocktail bar. Staff were very helpful, especially when we rented a car to visit other side of the island. The waiters and barmen are terrific at what they do. Perfect stay, I would change nothing. Would love to visit again if I get the chance.More
Baby moon holiday!
A lovely hotel! Greeted by lovely staff with a glass of proseco/orange juice as I was pregnant!) we came here as our last holiday before baby arrived. The staff were very lovely and friendly. The hotel is nice but the pools were very cold at this time of year. The roof top pool was lovely. But not much shade if that's what you're after. The roof top bar wasn't open in may but the staff come up to take orders. Room was very basic small and modern with a slide screen door to the toilet. We had a sea view room which was lovely but we didn't use it as much as we'd hoped as the sun fell behind the hotel leaving these rooms in the shade from 3pm ish. Great location. Entertainment was ok. Food got a little repetitive after two weeks but they were excellent at keeping it hot and fresh, something I was concerned at being so pregnant but it was constantly being changed over which was great to see. We chose to dine on the terrace as it felt more holiday like but it got very chilly at night so take jumpers/cardigans with you! We did have an unfortunate incident where the food didn't close behind us (normally they shut on their own) properly and we were woken up screaming as an elderly man lost his way and found his way into our room and started climbing into bed with us!!! I very nearly had my baby there and then!! He stuttered off we probably scared the poor man but couldn't find him to help him find his room so I hope he found it! So make sure you make sure the doors are properly closed shut behind you!!! Overall very pleasant hotel, great food, great location, great staff. I'd go again but as it's adults only I have my baby now so it won't be for a very long time!! More
