This adults-only hotel lines up a stellar pool scene and it’s just 10 minutes’ walk to a beach.
It’s the pool that steals the show at the Alzinar Mar Hotel – it weaves through the grounds and comes complete with plenty of loungers.
Location-wise, this hotel’s a 10-minute walk to Ca’n Picafort’s sandy beach, shops and restaurants.

We had an absolutely lovely week. It was our first time staying in an adults only hotel, and it won't be the last. The novelty of not having to get up at 5am to reserve sunbeds never got old. Instead there were plenty of spare sunbeds around the huge pool, even in the afternoon. The pool area was lovely and quiet and the hotel was extremely clean. The food was also lovely, to the extent that we ended up eating there every night when we'd originally only booked for breakfast. The bedrooms were large and clean with lovely views of the pool. The staff work very hard, and special mention must go to Pepe the restaurant manager and Pedro the bar manager. Both men were very friendly and helpful and worked extremely hard. We will definitely stay at the hotel again.More
What an absolutely FANTASTIC hotel! We cannot rate it enough! Huge swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds - what was nice was the fact there are no "sunbeds race" every morning...you could go to breakfast, go off for a walk etc and come back and there still would be sunbeds available! The swimming pool/bar area was also very peaceful with no loud music nor animation team hassling you...perfect to chill, sleep on the sunbeds. The bar/snack was superb and delicious- cannot fault the service from the staff. However food in the restaurant was a little bit disappointing- at times food was lukewarm (sometimes cold) and feel chefs could have done more to ensure food temperature was regulated. Always a selection to choose from at Breakfast and Dinner and most food was delicious! The BBQ night was absolutely fab and very well presented! The junior suite room was spacious and cleaned to a high standard- our bedsheets were changed three times and we stayed for a week which was fantastic! Evening entertainment was average- there was something every other night and the bar area in the evening was very quiet (a lot of people went off site or back to rooms after dinner so there was no "bar" atmosphere) so if there are no evening entertainments, definitely recommend hotel to play some music in the background so it isn't too eerily quiet! . The location wise- it was ideal for what we wanted- it is quiet and if you want or intend to go out, the strip is 5-10 minutes walk away - plenty of bars and restaurants - Javier recommended various and would definitely recommend to check them out too! Whilst you are staying here, we would recommend for you to speak to Javier (great guy!!!) to find out more about the area and where to go! Once you know where everything is, the resort is beautiful! Overall the holiday and staying at our first adults only hotel, it was really the best, and we cannot fault it! From the moment we arrived to departing, we were really well-looked after! Thank you to all staff for making our stay very enjoyable and relaxing!More
Huge room, always cleaned, peaceful pool
We returned to c'an picafort this year, not through the desire to come back to the same resort but because I found a bargain deal in half term. As a teacher a bonus was it was adults only.. and oh what a difference! The pool area was the calmest most peaceful I've ever been to. Huge pool, plenty of loungers. No need to race to put a towel out first thing. Stayed bed and breakfast, ate around 9am every day for a week, always plenty, usual kind of things. Very happy to be able to have some gluten free options also. Having a suite was lovely, having the space to get ready to go out in the evening, open all the doors and let the air through. I asked for a room high up with evening sun.. a mistake at times as it was just so hot haha! Toilets always clean even the ones by the pool. Cava and beer great prices. I wouldn't want to go back to resort again as it's fairly small having done it twice already- alcudia old town is a lovely visit though - however, if I needed a cheap break again in a school holiday and this hotel came up I would go!More
I have never felt the need or desire to write a review before, but I want to tell others how fantastic this hotel actually is! The room was the typical 4* European hotel room, basic but yet very clean. We booked half board for our 5 night stay and had our room cleaned, fresh towels and bed made everyday. I have a lot of food allergies and Pepe and staff in the restaurant were very accommodating and helpful in telling me each night what dishes and desserts I could eat and those that were unsuitable due to my allergies. Each night Pepe would take me around the dishes and explain what food was suitable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. On our last night we went to a restaurant called Monaco and this was fantastic food ranging from fish and vegetarian dishes to meat kebabs, definitely a must try if you are in the area. More
