This place gives you a choice of two lagoon pools, and it’s just a short walk to the beach.
Location-wise, this place is pretty central. You only have to cross a main road, walk for a few minutes and you’re at the beach, while it’s less than a five-minute walk to C’an Picafort’s shops, bars and restaurants.
The hotel has two lagoon pools, and children get a little splash park, too. Elsewhere, there are two restaurants – including an Italian bistro – and a chic rooftop bar for after-dinner cocktails.

Just returned from 10 days here. A lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with our thirteen year old, which was just perfect for us. Good breakfasts, with a wide range of food. Very good standard of accommodation, with a lovely big balcony and a decent size bathroom. Spacious grounds with well kept gardens, leaving plenty of room for everyone. The rooftop bar and live music up there was very enjoyable. Would definitely return. More
the complex is always very clean the staff are very polite, very close to the beach and shops roof top bar fantastic with great views and the pools are excellent i cannot think of any bad points as every part of the holiday was perfect no problem with the airport coming home even though bad queues in the press, two nice English bars for food and drink close by are Trotters bar which you can play a quiz bingo and have fun every night and the London pub in the town top foodMore
Situated just a short 5-10 min stroll to beach, this hotel has plenty to offer for families. Nice pools, clean and with lifeguard in attendance. Great spa for adults, highly recommend! Rooms good, food good. Dropped short of five stars as entertainment not to our taste, one funny night with an elvis impersonator, but catered for mainly German audience the rest not quite our cup of tea. Recommend using the land train, which travels throughout the resort of can picafort, day and night. (Beware of weasel fish when in the sea, wear shoes!! they hide in the sand, my granddaughter stood on one, extremely painful!)More
Just returned from this hotel and had a great relaxing holiday. Hotel is very well run and the staff all work extremely hard, which shows in the guest experience. We stayed in a double room with a balcony and an extra bed for our 9 year old, which was more than adequate for our needs. Plenty of storage and a well equipped bathroom, big shower, plenty of hot water and spotlessly clean. I found the bed comfortable and there were extra pillows available. The air-con situation; it is not the coldest, I'd say it was cool, but who wants to be freezing on holiday? I personally don't like sleeping in a fridge! And if it was any more powerful it would be noisy and that wouldn't be great either. We definitely were not too hot, so I think complaints about the air con at this hotel are more about unreasonable expectations. The food and the service in the restaurant were excellent, there was so much choice, if you didn't like the speciality dishes on offer there was always fresh fish, steak or chicken griddled to order, and plenty of choice for children too, always pasta with 2 sauces, 1 meat, 1 veg, ,lovely soup, pizza, potatoes, salads, cheeses, bread, fruit and a huge selection of puddings, cakes and ice cream every night. Everything was hot and freshly cooked, we never had a problem with lukewarm food, and the salads were all chilled, I've worked in catering and I'm very critical, there was a really good level of skill from all the catering staff, and a helpful attitude, we even had sushi one night as a starter and it was excellent. We were half board, and I didn't eat during the day as I was so full from breakfast and I knew that I was having an enormous meal in the evening, but my husband and daughter ate every lunch time at the outdoor bistro in the gardens and their meals were also amazing, freshly made pizza's, burgers, sandwiches, pasta, salads, ice lollies and drinks available all day. We did not feel the need to eat out, but there were restaurants very close to the hotel if you want that. There are 4 or 5 good sized pools at the hotel and a toddlers pool with some small slides etc, the square pool on the terraced area was mainly for adults and teens playing games and they had an inflatable obstacle course once during the week, which my daughter went on, but spent most of her time in the smaller pools where you could have inflatables and the younger kids could splash about. The grounds are plenty large enough, and very well kept, the grounds keeper works very hard keeping everything neat and tidy and was always friendly, there is no litter anywhere, so clean. there are grassy areas and shade from the trees, which I prefer to an umbrella anyway, enough sun beds for everyone, and yes, the hotel was extremely busy when we were there, but still not a problem,no inter-continental fighting over sun beds as there were plenty! The majority of the guests at this hotel are German, but, hey, that's not a problem if you don't have a chip on your shoulder about it, and they are also very friendly! there's a kids club, which we didn't use, table tennis, volleyball and tennis, aqua aerobics in the morning and swimming lessons if you need, also obstacle golf which we loved, a really good course, they've thought of everything basically! We didn't use the spa but heard good things about it from other guests. The entertainment is mainly for the children , and the staff work really hard and are really friendly, daughter loved the mini disco and the entertainment team, and we loved relaxing with a drink in the lounge and watching her enjoy herself. Drinks are pretty reasonable too, we don't drink a lot anyway, but I thought €3 for a large glass of wine was very reasonable. I really couldn't find fault with this hotel, it ticked all my boxes, spotlessly clean, great food, friendly staff, everything running like clockwork. I think it really is the staff that make this hotel and give it its positive atmosphere, even the night porter at 3.30 am shook my hand when we left and wished me a good journey, first class service. Room Tip: They don't seem to do rooms for more than 2 adults plus one child, but these are plenty big enough, and there's always the apartments, which looked good. Bars, restaurants and shopping are very close and so is the beach, about a 5 minute walk, we only went there in the evening for a walk, but it was lovely.More
Location for this hotel was great 5 minutes and you were on the beach with plenty of bars and restaurants.. We booked an apartment at this hotel which was excellent for our family of 4. We had so much room a large double bedroom, large bathroom, and large sitting room witha settee and pull out bed to accommodate our teenage children...All hotel staff very friendly, hotel and grounds immaculate. Plenty of beds by the 2 outside pools and lots of shady areas under the trees. We had half board and the selection and quality of food was excellent both at breakfast and evening meal, there was something for everyone. Lovely roof top bar with with live music... and the most fabulous views and sunsets....The spa is an added bonus and was nice to visit when it was too hot outside...We visited this hotel about 8 years ago and were shocked to see naked men in the spa area, this time round there were clear signs that bathing costumes were to be worn...much more appropriate! Great to have use of free towels too during our stay...Activities for adults, football, aerobics etc if you wanted to participate. Our only critism is that men have to wear long trousers to dinner in the evening when women can wear shorts and whatever they like.... why can't men wear tailored shorts when it is so hot...instead we saw men in jeans with flip flops, track suit bottoms very odd combination...we even saw men being refused entry to the dining room if they had shorts on....I also think that the travel companies need to stipulate this in their brochures. Overall we had a lovely holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel.More
