This place gives you a choice of two lagoon pools, and it’s just a short walk to the beach.
Location-wise, this place is pretty central. You only have to cross a main road, walk for a few minutes and you’re at the beach, while it’s less than a five-minute walk to C’an Picafort’s shops, bars and restaurants.
The hotel has two lagoon pools, and children get a little splash park, too. Elsewhere, there are two restaurants – including an Italian bistro – and a chic rooftop bar for after-dinner cocktails.

Amazing family holiday 😊
Just finished a weeks holiday at this truly amazing hotel. This was our first family holiday and I can't recommend this hotel enough. There are many amenities to keep everyone entertained. The staff go above and beyond their job to ensure that you are looked after from start to finish. The dedicated staff work tirelessly to make sure the hotel is kept to a high standard. Our son was sick and the staff arranged for a doctor to come to our room. Everyone we met was extemely friendly and we can't wait to come back again. Thank you to all the staff that made this trip so fantastic. More
Great family holiday
What we need from a holiday, lots of pools, no problems with sun beds, good food, modern rooms , great views from bedrooms and roof top bar. This hotel ticked all the boxes. Extra bonus great spa, close to shops and beach, entertainment team during day spot on. Night entertainment hit and miss with bingo only and quiz only We had no issues with the German comments that our on previous reviews although I think the language barrier at the kids club could be an issue if you have young children. We had a great stay in this hotel a couple with 2 teenage daughtersMore
Three in a room
I stayed in this hotel, with my daughter and four and a half year old granddaughter from May 29th to June 8th this year. The hotel was spotless and the grounds very attractive. With such a fantastic choice of swimming pools, my granddaughter didn't give us much opportunity to rest, as she moved us from one pool to the next. Never a problem to find a sunbed though. I imagine that even in peak season there would be more than enough for everybody. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were smart and clean, but we had an extra bed in ours for the little girl, which made things not so perfect. It meant that the two full sized single beds had to be pushed together against the wall. The person on the wall side had to climb over the bed to get in and out. This meant disturbing the other person if you needed the bathroom in the night, and also there was no space for a bedside table on the wall side, to place your nighttime glass of water. The smaller bed had a tendency to move as my granddaughter got onto it and ended up against the patio door, stopping the door opening until the bed was moved. The other problem with the squashed in beds was that it meant that the beds on either side were directly under the light switches and when you sat up in bed you would lean against the switches, light up the room or plunge it into darkness. Conclusion: perfect room for two beds, but not ideal for three. Also, if you're fussy about the view from your room avoid room 450 or any close to that, or on the floors above or below with similar ending numbers. I have attached a photo of the view from our balcony. Not the hotel's property that we overlooked, so unfortunate for them too. We arrived around midnight, so the view was not visible at the time, and to be honest we weren't bothered enough to make a fuss and ask to be moved the next day, but it might matter more to some of you. We had half board. There was a good choice of well prepared food, not always a lot that appealed to me, but always something I could eat. The kid's buffet didn't appeal to my granddaughter either, but maybe we're extra fussy! Nothing wrong with food quality at all. I liked the fact that the restaurant manager walked round and warned later diners at breakfast and dinner when they were about to stop serving, so you could get what else you required before it was too late. The entertainments team did their best, but some of the evenings, it was just bingo or a quiz. The live music evenings were better, and we really enjoyed the Spanish musician who entertained us on the rooftop terrace on Tuesday night. The perfect setting to watch the sunset, enhanced by the music. While we were staying in the hotel, the majority of families were German, so the kids club was naturally geared towards them. The play leaders did make great effort to speak in English to my granddaughter and include her in their activities. There is a ball play area for little ones and a playground with swings, see saws and climbing equipment on a sandy base. My granddaughter loved the mini disco..only problem with that was often having to rush our meal to get there for the 8pm start! The pools were too good, so she was reluctant to leave them, with the knock on effect of making us rush to shower and get ready for dinner and then be short of time to eat it in a relaxed way..but she was having so much fun we didn't mind too much! My daughter used the spa a couple of times and was impressed with the facilities, but, as other reviewers have stated previously, was a bit taken aback by the nude males in areas where there shouldn't have been. The Fantasia spa (indoor pool with soft play area for children) came in handy on a rainy day! Other plus points: free fridge in room and free wifi throughout the hotel. We had a lovely time and would go back again..squashed room or otherwise!More
Amazing Hotel in Fabulous grounds
We arrived at the hotel and were immediately amazed by the foyer and then our rooms. The welcome we received at 3 am was great. We were shown to our rooms and were very pleased with the cleanliness and quality of the furniture and the beds were very comfortable. The staff throughout all our stay were very attentive and friendly Nothing was too much trouble. We especially enjoyed using the Bistro during the day and the food was excellent especially the pizza which my daughter and we really enjoyed. The prices of the food and the drinks were very reasonable. We stayed half board and very much enjoyed the quality and variety at both the breakfast and dinner and particularly appreciated the outside seating area. All the food was cooked very well and was extremely tasty. The fish and the paella was particularly good, The grounds outside the hotel were seriously impressive, A stunning pool with a lagoon pool both surrounded by a patio and beautifully kept lawns etc. There was a crazy golf course and games area which we played table tennis almost every day. The whole experience was so good and it was only a short walk from the shops and the beach. We have to say that were were so impressed that everyone of our party of six agreed that it was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Going back next year!!!More
Just a 4 star hotel
😐we stayed a week arriving on 3 June, no one welcomed us on arrival, no one offered to help us with the cases, but we did get a glass of orange juice. 😐Room average size, newly decorated, beds quite hard. No little extras like tissues, dressing gowns. Air con poor. On a plus side the room was really clean as was all of the hotel. 😂 Restaurant, breakfasts were amazing, everything you could want to eat, different breads were fantastic. Evening meals not so good, most of the hot food was bearly warm, lots of fish, making it difficult for people who don't like fish. Restaurant manager never had time to speak, didn't say good morning or evening the whole time we were there. The gardener took the time every day to say good morning. Lovely man, 😁Roof top bar was good , staff were helpful and friendly, sometimes there where bad smells on the terrace, not nice. Grounds were lovely and well looked after. 🙁Bistro bar, closes at 5pm on the dot, we were left sitting outside as they closed up! Reception, staff never spoke unless you asked then a question, Hotel not welcoming or very friendly, lacks customer serviceMore
