This place makes a great holiday base – it’s got a family-friendly pool and packed activity line-up, plus the beach and town centre are a 10-minute walk away.
The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from Ca’n Picafort’s laidback bars and restaurants. You’ll find a beach there, too. If you don’t fancy walking, a mini-train stops outside the hotel, which takes you into the centre.
Rooms here are kept simple, but comfortable. Plus, they were given a modern makeover for 2015. You’ll find a mini-fridge for storing snacks, a TV and balcony – some even come with sea views.

June 2017 holiday
Returned to this hotel for a second time as we stayed there last year and found everything just as good. The food was always plentiful and varied so never went hungry. Our room on the third floor was a decent size and overlooked the pool, it was cleaned every day so couldn't find any fault with it. There is now an adult's only area with a pool round the other side of the hotel away from the main pool. We went round there to swim as the main pool was taken up with lilos, but there is only a small section that is deep enough which I imagine will be crowded in high season. Around the main pool there were plenty of sun beds but more umbrellas are needed as one day even the lifeguard hadn't got one to keep him shaded! The staff were very friendly and the animation team worked really hard from morning til night. We had a really lovely holiday and would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a cheapish break.More
All inclusive with a toddler!
Booked this last year after help from my local Thomson branch. Have travelled with my daughter a few times before and know weather can play havoc with an appitite (shes 2) so opted for all inclusive. I was not dissappointed. The amount of food and quality was great. And never the same thing two days in a row. Plenty of English food if thats your thing but also lots of fish and grilled foods. The pizza was very good! Rooms were basic and could have done with a bit of tarting up, if I was being fussy, but were very clean. And cleaned every day to a really high standard. I cannot not fault any of the staff, all the ones I can in contact with with lovely. Great pool, though the no towel on sunbed rule was not imposed and towels were being put out before 7am!!!!!Though again I try not to get vexed about such things. Beach is ten minute walk and lovely with loungers etc to hire. But 15.50 Euro a day and unable to do just half a day.More
Family holiday June 2017
Lovely and clean hotel. Our room was on the side of the hotel with a sea view and it was lovely and quiet. The room included a fridge which was a lovely bonus. The food was of an excellent standard. One evening roast beef and Yorkshire pudding. The entertainment team at the hotel were also very good. Also saw a couple of professional acts in the evenings.More
Great Hotel but ....
We stayed here for 10 nights at the beginning of June. We always stay all inclusive and thought that the Haiti deserved to be a 4*. I suspect that the only reason it isn't is because it doesn't have a gym ( not a problem for us but it does count towards the star rating ) and it's position in a built up area. The rooms are modern but a little cramped. It can be a bit of a toe stubber if you get up in the night! There's a desk with a chair that you can't pull out to sit on because the bed is in the way. The shower is the best we've had in any hotel. The jet is very strong and the water temperature doesn't fluctuate. We were on the 5th floor overlooking the chill out pool with a partial sea and mountain view which was lovely. There's a wall mounted T.V with a very impressive selection of channels. The food is very, very good. The only problem we had was how many times could we go back for more without appearing greedy! Something that we've never had in an all inclusive hotel before was that they had wrapped sandwiches as part of the daytime snacks. This earned them extra points with us because you if you want to stay at the beach all day or explore the area you can take a couple of sandwiches with you. 4* hotels that we've stayed in have been quite stingy in that regard and let's face it the cost of a sandwich doesn't compare with how much you could get through if you stayed at the hotel for lunch. Now the downsides- This hotel is in a built up area so it's hard to escape traffic noise when you're by either of the pools. In high temperatures it is quite hard work walking to and from the beach if you are of a certain age. There were a lot of young families here from Manchester and Liverpool and the hotel is very much geared towards keeping the children entertained. The evening entertainment for children goes on until 9 p.m and is very loud. The adult " entertainment" is poor and also very loud. If you want to sit and have a drink and read or talk to fellow guests it's impossible because of the volume. There is literally nowhere to escape to except your room which I think is very unfair. I would only consider coming back here if we came with our children and grandchildren but as a retired couple it didn't quite work. Such a shame because this is on the whole is a very good hotel.More
Fabulous.... apart from...
2 adults, 2 Kids. Cheap and Cheerful Holiday. Food- always plenty, chips in abundance. Nobody went hungry. Fresh salad and fruit always available and there was a separate part that served carvery meat or Paella. Rooms- Clean and enough room for 4 people. TV has more channels than we expected. Although we were on Holiday it did come in useful for the kids whilst the adults got ready. Pool- this is the area that lets the hotel down, and why we wouldn't return. Small toddler/baby pool but the main pool has 5 steps into it and then it became to deep to stand up. There was a shallow (ish) part, but there were not steps to it and you had to go through the deep bit to get to it. My kids are confident swimmers however found it frustrating that they couldn't stand up. There is another pool round the back which would be more suitable for children yet it's the adults only pool. Beach- a 5 minute walk down the road to a glorious beach- beautiful sand and clear water. Area- located on a busy road, however this didn't bother us, there is a large supermarket located opposite which was useful. Staff- Bar and waitressing staff were LOVELY couldn't do enough for you! Reception staff- miserable and unhelpful. Our safe was faulty and the refused to give us our money back. Nice. Yassin, Geraldine and Vanessa the entertainment staff were fab- asked if you wanted to join in water polo or bingo but didn't pester. We didn't watch the evening entertainment as it's not our thing. Overall a great holiday, but won't be returning to this hotel, but happily return to Ca'n Picafort. More
