Family Summer Holiday
We have just spent one week in this hotel (31st July till 7th August) as a family of four, this included two young children. Airport transfer: Mallorca airport has improved since years ago, faster with luggage collection. We were the second stop from the airport, only took 30mins. Hotel Location: We liked where the hotel was, very close to the beach & shops, & it felt safe & quiet. When you come out of the hotel gates you go right to the main road, if you go right you can walk to the lively resort of Magaluf, or like us go left and into the many shops & bars of Parma or down to the restaurants at the seafront. We done this every evening at 19:30 & then walked along the seafront and back into the bars for cocktails. All the bars / restaurants were family friendly, for two adults & two children a meal & drinks would cost approximately €70. Hotel: In a very good location, modern and clean ( rooms could of been cleaned better). The pool gets busy and yes people still put their towels down at 07:00 even though the hotel states this is not allowed (the hotel does NOT in force this). Breakfast was better than expected, lots to choose from, and not just prioritised for one nationality! They have a sauna & gym (did not use this) and just outside the front reception is a children's pool & slides which are good. I would return to this hotel and the resort, I felt my family were safe (as can be) and enjoyed our holiday. Negative: Thomson Rep, DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH and you have more chance of seeing a mermaid down at the beach, than seeing your rep.More
Great Short Break !! Famtastic location !! would stay again !!
We stayed in May 2017 for 5 days and could not fault the apartments / Hotel It was spotlessly clean and staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was great as only a 5 minute walk to beach and you could be in a bar within two minutes of leaving the hotel. Plenty of Parking and a nice pool and pool area ( if a little cold ) Would definatley stay again and worth the extra for a one bed apartment.More
We stayed here from 25th July-5th August, two families with 2 kids each aged 4 and 10. We had 2 x one bed apartments. Checked in was no problem, this is where we met the very helpful Vicktor, we then went to our one bedroom apartment. These are very modern, have two balconies and two bathrooms. The bed is so comfortable we all slept amazing. The kitchenette is very well equipped although we only used it for breakfast and lunch as we ate out every night. The pool areas are lovely and the sunbeds are great quality! The pool was a great temperature too! The snack bar at the main poor and splash park is great, lovely sandwiches, roast chicken and kids meals all reasonable priced. The drink are expensive but just outside hotel is a spa so we used to go buy drinks from there. The animation team are first class, these guys made the holiday for our kids! Luca, Kuba, Merci, Ania and the wonderful Johnny! My son Blake adored them. He played so many actives with them. My husband James also participated in so many activities water polo, football, archery, rifle shooting etc. They are all so friendly and make your kids feel so welcome. The team Organised a foam party on the Saturday and the kids and adults ha ha all enjoyed this. The evening entertainment was great too, we had a Michael Jackson tribute, also soul sisters, beauty and the beast, the lion king, a magic show and a acrobat show. So much always going on. The cleaners work so hard they don't stop, the place is totally spotless! Just outside there are some Lovely restaurants we went to the Grill bar 3x, the Italian called luigis is gorgeous, and we never had a bad meal in 12 nights. We also went to the western water park that was a great day and a marine land and swam with the dolphins. I never like to visit anywhere twice just because there are so many places in the world I want to see but this place is really worth a visit. We are very well travelled USA, Caribbean, Australia, and much of Europe and I still must say for a family holiday this is up there with the best! Well done to all the staff xMore

Nice, modern hotel, ideally situated
We stayed here for a week at the end of July/beginning of August. Pros: Perfect location, very close to Magaluf strip but still off the main road so no noise problems Staff were excellent overall, especially the Animation staff who always try to get everyone involved and the breakfast staff who are friendly and efficient Clean, modern hotel with a 2 nice pools perfect for kids Breakfast was varied and we always found plenty to eat (even our 2 kids who are sometimes hard to please) Comfy beds with good pillows and a lovely powerful shower Cons: The bathroom in our studio apartment only had a frosted glass door, not ideal for privacy. Also there was only one mirror in the apartment which was a slight inconvenience in a room with 3 females There are nowhere near enough sunbeds around the main pool and too many people reserving with towels. We witnessed several beda with the same towels on them all week and seemingly no one ever using them. Having said that, we found that if we went out and about in the morning and back to the pool in the afternoon we usually mamaged to find some empty beds. The kitchen could better equipped, washing up liquid/tea towels etc would be useful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the pros dedinitely outweighed the cons.More

Clean and Stylish
This hotel is clean, modern and ideal for family holidays. We arrived around 2pm after a delayed flight but checked in without issue and found the staff to be friendly and informative. We (2 adults, 2 children aged 8 and 10) stayed for 7 nights in a studio apartment. The room was small but adequate with two single beds pushed together to make a double bed, a sofa bed, and a put-up bed. There was a table and chairs in the room as well but we pushed this out onto the balcony to make more room! The balcony was large and private as we were in Room 013 which was on the ground floor facing the rear of the hotel (not out on the pool and entertainment area). The bathroom was large, clean and had a multi-function walk in power shower which more than lived up to our expectations. I might add the that room was air-conditioned and had a small kitchenette which we did not find the need to make much use of except for storing the water and San Miguel in the fridge! The reins were cleaned daily and the sheets changed twice in the week we stayed. The room towels were plentiful and you can ask for pool towels if needed at no cost (just a refundable deposit) The hotel has 2 pool areas. The main pool area next to the restaurant is lovely. It is sectioned into areas which means it never seemed overly busy as some hotel pools can be. As is usually the case, the sunbeds closest to the pool disappear quickly but we were more than happy to occupy an area further away from the pool on one of the raised terraces as our children are both competent swimmers and do not need close supervision when swimming. Besides, it was quieter on the terrace and you can still see the pool from there. There is a poolside snack bar where you can buy drinks, slushes, ice creams, hotdogs, chicken and chips etc at reasonable prices €1.20 for a slush €3 for a San Miguel. There is a lifeguard on duty 10am-7pm. The second pool area is more of a children's 'Splash'. It is located a little out of the way at the rear of the hotel and has slides and sprays. You can't swim in this pool. The kids club room is also round this side of the hotel, not next to the main pool. The restaurant is good. Breakfast: cereal, cooked breakfast (scrambled egg, fried egg, omelettes made to order, bacon, tomatoes, a selection of sausages), cold meats, fish and cheeses, freshly baked bread, smoothies, fresh fruit, yogurt, freshly squeezed OJ, proper filter coffee, selection of teas, milkshakes, pancakes, pastries and doughnuts. Dinner: a different roast meat every night. Pork, duck, beef, fish etc. Paella, a selection of salads, veg, pots and chips as well as cold meats and bread, cheese and biscuits. One night there was chicken fajitas, meatballs another night. There was also pasta and different sauces every night. Desserts were better than expected - always 3 flavour of ice cream (not pots - scoop your own!) apple pastry, Black Forest gateaux, carrot cake and fruits and yogurts. Drinks are not included with dinner and the coat can add up! €2.40 for a glass of Fanta and €3.60 for a glass of wine or bottle of beer. There is an à la carte restaurant on sight which you can eat at once during your stay but we didn't go because we liked the main restaurant! The evening entertainment was standard for this type of hotel. We enjoyed it a couple of nights and made our own entertainment (like night-time sea swimming, volleyball or sightseeing) on other nights. The beautiful beach is at the end of the street (less than 2 minutes walk away). We recommend the banana boat - €10 per person but worth it and also hiring go-cart-style bikes from the beach front (prices start at €6 per hour) they were really fun! Two sunbeds and a parasol to hire on the beach €13.50 for the day or free in the evening! I would recommend this hotel and would go back here for another great family holiday. More
