Families have it covered at this beachside hotel, with its children’s splash park and choice of pools.
Water plays a big part at this hotel. It’s right by the sea, plus there are two pools, including a big, lake-style number. There’s a children’s splash park, too. On the dining front, there are 4 restaurants, including a tapas place.
This aparthotel is right on a golden-sand beach. The nearest bars and restaurants are less than a five-minute walk away, and it’s about the same time in a taxi to C’an Picafort’s main drag.

AMAMZING FAMILY HOLIDAY
I have been to this hotel 3 times in the past 10 year, we as a family really love this hotel. Lots to do and places to see. the hotel is really nice and most of the staff are fantastic. The rooms are light and airy and plentiful. we've always have pool view. My kids have always remembered this hotel and is one of their favourites. planning a trip in 2018 again and cannot wait to come back.More

perfect for family
We enjoyed our stay all the way! Not far from a cosy small town - Get to know the history of the place! Both beach and swimming pool right outside the door (figuratively speaking). Nice staff. We expected more for the room /appartment - could be better for the price paid...More
WORST Holiday ever.
Family holiday planned, everyone excited, finally arrived at hotel, Check in was madness, but you can live with that because, everyone wants to get to there rooms, the receptionist wasn't overly welcoming so to speak, but yet again it was busy, so we'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Room: Was clean & Tidy, Bathroom: Toliet didn't flush, shower was leaking when we arrived. Food & Drink: Like most people who do all inclusive holidays, we all like the idea of FREE food & drink. The draught beer was undrinkable in my opinion, The food wasn't overly warm, this was consistent throughout the week, which was a real downer for me & my family. Pool Area: Rude people everywhere, no consideration for others, just chaos everywhere, Sometimes I felt a little bit concerned for the safety of my children, which is not a nice feeling. If the lifeguard got of his mobile phone, that would of been a start. I could right loads more about this hotel, but in my opinion, this holiday was by far the worst holiday, we'd ever had.More
The Faulty Towers of family hotels
A very busy hotel with little or no customer service. The staff were actually helpful if you could find them. The rooms we very cramped and dated , when we arrived we felt the need to go to the shop and buy a load of cleaning products and give the room a good clean. The rooms are not cleaned daily which i find a little bit odd We traveled at peek time and the hotel was packed and could not cope , not enough Sun loungers meaning that if you do want space by the pool you need to be up at 7. There are two buffet restaurants both as bad as each other . nothing appears to be fresh and most of the food was lukewarm at best. My main issue was the food it was so bad that after two days we decided to to eat out every lunch and evening (despite being AI) . The cold breakfast was ok . regardless of the above my two children actually enjoyed the 7 days we had at the hotel however we would not return and i would recommend that you stay away at peek times More
A suitable all inclusive hotel for parents with small children
If you travel with kids and want a hotel near the beach in Alcudia this hotel is quite good. The beach was lovely when the sun was shining and the wind wasn't too strong. But when the weather was bad there was not much to do. A taxiride to Palma costs 70⬠- 100â¬. By bus the ride was too long for the kids. The rooms were quite average and the AC didn't work. We had to sleep with the balcony door open. Some nights this wasn't possible because there was a terrible smell outside. The bathroom was very plain. The towels were thin and only 2 towels/per guest. For women with long hair this is not enough, and there was no place to dry the towels properly. No schampoo, conditioner or face tissues. Only soap in a container that was so high up on the wall that the children couldn't reach it. No bidet shower. I didn't feel very welcome here but I understand this is a hotel for children. I felt that no-one from the staff really noticed me at all. The all inclusive meals were ok, no fresh juice at breakfast which was a disappointment. I ate only once or twice in the buffet restaurant by the sea because of the flyes. There were flies everywhere at the breakfast buffet. Disgusting. In the bigger buffet restaurant it was nicer to eat, cleaner and no flies. But the air was full of smoke at the dinner buffet because of the steaks/fish the cooks fried there. That was a bit annoying. I enjoyed the all inclusive mostly because of the very good coffee with milk they served at the bar, and the icecream was very good too. :) Our children enjoyed the stay. The Tui employees offered activities for the children, and they did it very well. I also want to thank the hotel for the late meal they had prepared for us when we arrived very tired and hungry at 11 pm. I would give the hotel 3 1/2 stars.More
