The Villa Concha Aparthotel is ideal if you’ve got little ones in tow, thanks to the slide-filled splash pool, bouncy castle and nightly mini discos.

Brilliant for families
Stayed with my grandson and can thoroughly recommend for anyone with children the duplex apartment was very nice. Service and facilities were very good. We did have a problem getting a sun bed and the food in the buffet for evening meal and breakfast could have been a little better, otherwise I would have given 5 out of 5.More
Well situated family / sports hotel
Very welcoming receptionist. Perfect room as I asked for ground floor with a pool view and I got room 1. Very clean and spacious with balcony. Bike hire on site so my husband was straight there in the morning and ordered one for the week. Bike are stored in the storage area when not in use with water for bottles and washing facilities available. Training pool available for 1 euro fee and gym adequate. Breakfast was very nice with lots to choose from, lots of variety and seating and calm atmosphere. Served for a couple of hours so no rush. Pools busy and despite being told not to reserve sun beds, people still do. It is disheartening with a young son when you have nowhere to sit around the pool. Limited daily activities so was slightly disappointed. Evening entertainment is not every day so again slightly bored at nights. It is a very short walk however to all local amenities but would have preferred to have stayed and been entertained within the hotel.More

Excellent family holiday hotel and great staff
Stayed 12 Days end of July -August for family holiday with my wife 7 yrs old Son. 4th time returning to Puerto Pollensa 1st time at the Hoposa staying in the Montelin apartments which were comfortable, clean and in a great location. Hotel has great facilities outdoors lane swimming pool, gym, cycle shop, 3 kids pools, plus play areas, bar and restaurant all on site, all 5 mins from beach, 10 min from PP central. Staff were great, helpful and friendly from the very start to the end of our stay. Must mention Dylan who worked his socks off every day to keep the kids entertained with sports and activities, so my wife and I could relax and enjoy our holiday. Would recommend and stay again. More
Great for families
My partner and I visited in June 2017 for a much needed holiday. The room was beautiful and clean (Was cleaned every day), the training pool and gym facilities are also very good and the hotel generally has a great vibe. ALL staff are so friendly, the cleaners, the restaurant staff and the restaurant manager who does a Stirling job in running the show were all fantastic. The receptionists are also very polite and great on giving advice on trips and days out. The swimming pool is pretty spacious and always clean. I cannot fault the hotel itself or the staff. The breakfast offers a fantastic selection of hot and cold food and drinks from the bar are pretty well priced. Evening meals are pretty good but it's worth exploring some of the restaurants nearby. This place is fantastic for families. There is a great children's entertainer who arranges informal games in the pool during the day and also a mini disco for the kids at around 8pm every evening. I'd just warn couples it's probably not the best hotel for a "quiet" getaway owing to the number of children and kids disco. A big thanks to everyone at this hotel for making us feel so welcome. A special thanks to the restaurant manager, reception staff, the kids entertainer with his great costumes! and the cleaners for doing such a wonderful job!!More
Superb for all the family
We returned again for the 14th time and every year something changes for the better I might add. This year the bar has been completely revamped and looks great,. the only problem is they have made the actual bar shorter and done away with the stools which I loved to sit at they have also made a n indoor play area for the children like a big ball pit with slides. The food both breakfast evening meals is good even though I thought some of the evening food was a little repetitive but there was always something there to eat. The staff as usual were first class nothing too much trouble. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff for such a wonderful anniversary breakfast on the 14th of July it was totally unexpected. All the staff old and new are absolutely wonderful and we can't wait to get back there in July 2018. There is plenty to do for everyone the beach is just 3mins walk and 5mins to hit the shopsMore
