The waterpark here soaks up all the limelight. There's something for all the family, from the mulit-lane number for competitive races, to the Kids' Waterworld for smaller swimmers. Thrill-seekers are also well catered for, with the likes of the Black Hole tube slide with it's sharp turns and surprises, as well as the Aqua Tube slide which falls into a large swirly bowl. The Free-fall and Kamikaze speed slides make the list, too.
Just so you know, some of the slides here may be too big for little ones.
- the Multi-Lane slide, Black Hole, Aqua Tube, Free-fall, Kamikaze and Wave Slide all have a height restriction of 1.2m.
2 outdoor pools
The outdoor pools are lined with sunbeds and parasols, and there's an open-air bar nearby.

Nice for a cheap getaway
Went summer 2016 got a bargain price. was glad we hadnt paid more than we did as I dont think it would have been worth it. VERY busy, LOTS of unsupervised children, drunk parents etc. We still had a nice time but would definitely not return. Sa Coma is so quiet not much to do once you leave the resort, although some days we were glad to sit at the beach away from the madness. Hotel is nice, staff are friendly its just too busy. Suppose they cant help the people that stay there. More
Ruined by smokers
This was a last minute trip for children and myself. We liked the look of the water park and thought why not. There are good and bad points overall to this hotel, but sadly some poor parts really ruined the holiday. Reception Staff were very pleasant and always happy to help staff have a good range of languages. Restaurants There is a good selection of food. There are 3 restaurants, all serve similar. The La Tasca was more grills, burgers, sausages etc which we only tried once. We much preferred the pizzeria which we used at lunchtime. Its very airy modern and pleasant. Food is pasta, pizza and some grilled items, a good salad range and cakes. The buffet restaurant we preferred for breakfast and dinner. It does get very busy and sometime there was a wait for a table. Can be very noisy so we found going as soon as they opened better. Good selection of meals and a nice range of salad Hotel pool and splash park The pools are lovely and clean with a bar close by and a snack and bar in the waterpark. Staff work hard to keep the area clean. The waterpark opens at 10am, there are plenty of sunbeams but I can imagine these fill up fast in peak season. We kept moving about to stay out of smoke. It was handy having a snack bar in the waterpark too. Rooms Rooms are clean and tidy, we did have some wires hanging down the walls from behind a picture that lights up, cleaners were lovely and I was happy with their service. We struggled having our balcony doors open as the people below us would smoke and it all blew into our room. I think some non smoking blocks would be better suited. The play are for children is within the waterpark so unavailable when the waterpark was closed. I think popping a playground in the regular hotel area would of been better. There is also a sanded play are for volleyball and football. There is a small arcade on site with games and teddy machines etc. There are several shops onsite so easy to grab milk or a float. Prices were ok for within a resort. All in all I liked the hotel BUT we couldn't attend any of the evening entertainment. Smoking was allowed as the evening entertainment in is a big 'tent' which people can smoke in. This is not ideal for anyone with breathing difficulties as the smoke lingers and doesn't dissipate well. This really ruined the holiday as my children love evening entertainment. We coped with people smoking by the pool as we just moved to another area, but in a busy space with a roof it was uncomfortable and my son developed breathing problems. I had 2 very upset children when they couldn't go of an evening. So all in all, lovely hotel and staff but the hotel staff and First choice staff were unable to help when we had a complaint about the smoking. So I couldn't honestly recommend and wouldn't return.More
Sadly not what I was expecting. Room Ours was ok, although the view of the main dining hall and aircon units werent all that appealing to be honest, I was rather shocked at the deposit box price (I kid you not) Cleaners were very good at their job and very friendly this was throughout the complex Dining areas were less than I expected very busy and noisy (reminded me of being back at school) which forced us outside all the time, which is where we found lots of people smoking around dining tables completely oblivious to others that were eating theirs (note to Hotel, make the outdoor dining area a smoke free zone!) Food wasn't brilliant, mostly odd combinations (only time I've seen sprouts outside of Christmas) and the self governing queueing system they have in place is terrible, most people waited their turn whilst others barged through upsetting lots of people. Sunbeds The usual towel brigade were up at around 6am putting their towels out, I only noticed this as I couldnt sleep well one night (what is it with you people I even saw some taking photographs of proof of their place for the day) ....NUTS!! Proximity was a little too cosy for my liking Around the main pool due to people chain smoking (as an ex-smoker it's never bothered me much until this holiday it seems that some people go mad for cheap fags whilst being abroad and must make sure they take advantage of the prices by smoking as much as they can) Water park This place was great if you could put aside queuing up and waiting up to around an hour before opening to get a reasonable place, and again this was where we found the Brits waiting patiently to picked to the post by other "guests" pushing in at the last minute. The Reps did their best to stop this by saying anyone seen pushing in or running to the beds would be banned for the day, but as some guests supposedly "didn't" speak English "and didn't understand" carried on regardless. Lots of different areas for different ages though. Lifeguards were really hot on safety and for getting the queues for the slides moving along quickly. Choices of food was ok for a Snack Hut in this area and we found the choice of drinks to be a little limited in comparison to the main pool but ok nonetheless. Kids Clubs. I found the Reps on this to be good and very friendly (just a shame our 7year old really didn't use it as much as we wanted him to) Night time entertainment. Rather poor consisting of what the reps could think up.. shame really as I feel it could have been better. We were here for 2 weeks, to be honest I was glad to go home as I didn't really enjoy our holiday here sadly due to other people's behaviour, The Hotel complex itself is ok but nothing much to write home about Choice of trips were great can definitely recommend the Pirate adventure quite pricey but worth every penny. Reps. Most Reps were great, a big THANK YOU to Mack for doing his best for us whilst we were there.More
Lovely fun in the sun
We stayed at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. Only negative was the pool was closed frequently to be cleaned after apparent accidents, this would take some time to resolve some days over 4 hours, but there are other pools and a free bus to the most beautiful beach. I highly recommend the beach early morning, so beautiful, with great snorkelling and crystal clear water. Plenty of restaurants nearby, however the hotel has a great selection with a few different restaurants to choose from. Entertainment wasn't amazing but ok. Shame they don't have an evening disco for the adults, believe it or not people like to get up and dance not just sit and watch a show. But I think most hotels entertainment is like this. It was ok though just I like to dance. The staff were polite and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. I'd come back, as the children loved it, and the big pools and great water slides ... Also the alcohol was great, not watered down, cocktails were tasty. Really enjoyed it here. Air con was so good it was almost too cold!More
