The waterpark here soaks up all the limelight. There's something for all the family, from the mulit-lane number for competitive races, to the Kids' Waterworld for smaller swimmers. Thrill-seekers are also well catered for, with the likes of the Black Hole tube slide with it's sharp turns and surprises, as well as the Aqua Tube slide which falls into a large swirly bowl. The Free-fall and Kamikaze speed slides make the list, too.
Just so you know, some of the slides here may be too big for little ones.
- the Multi-Lane slide, Black Hole, Aqua Tube, Free-fall, Kamikaze and Wave Slide all have a height restriction of 1.2m.
2 outdoor pools
The outdoor pools are lined with sunbeds and parasols, and there's an open-air bar nearby.
The hotel's restaurant serves up big buffet spreads for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We loved it
We spent week here in May first time taking our daughter abroad she loved it and we got to spend some real quality time staff was so lovely when we arrived our room was right out the way and up so many stairs my husband couldn't cope so spoke to reception who changed us straight away food was good lots to choice from although most night was same things got bit boring but all in all fab time would return again More
Great family holiday
We stayed in this hotel as a group of 25 for A family holiday. We had a fabulous time. Entertainment on the night was slightly lacking but they had lots to keep the kids entertained at a cost. Food was decent, always found something for my four year old son and my partner and I. Pools were amazing, my son loved the bucket and would always wait for it to pour the other children and go down the slides quickly. The only negative I would say about this holiday (and this is nothing the hotel can help) was some of the scummy Parent's. Watching them swear at and smack their children around the pool is not something I wanted to be seeing on holiday and if I wasn't tending to my own child I'd have been giving them a piece of my mind and some parenting pointers! I would return to this hotel! More
We are nuclear family of four, with the children 19 and 20. The first problem was that we were put in a room right next to the laundry. This did not seem a problem until 7:00am each morning where were awoken by a lot of noise â the recoiling of a roller shutter, clanging trolleys, and shouting. We had to insist that were move rooms, which was accommodated, but was a flaff. We stayed on an all inclusive basis, with all meals and drinks. These are 3 canteens (you canât call them restaurants), but all serve bland poor quality food â the grill was the best of a bad bunch. The main restaurant is very noisy with loads of families with poorly behaved and controlled children. All alcoholic drinks are served in the smallest flimsiest plastic cups, meaning that much queuing at the busy bar was a regular necessity. We had to resort to eating out for a half-decent meal, and we are definitely not food snobs! The main pool was ok, but the sunbeds are packed like sardines, but again with loads of families with poorly behaved and controlled children. The entertainment was awful, and not worth the effort to walk even 2 mins to. The clientele was largely Mr and Mrs white-van-man, largely behaving badly, to a point that there were numerous stand up arguments and one fight! On the plus side, the hotel and rooms were clean, and the hotel is well positioned with a 15-mins pleasant walk to Sa Coma, although this is only a tourist town with no character, and generally tatty and down-market. First Choice rate this hotel as four star, which is certainly is not. We are regular campers and have travelled in several countries, including Africa, and this is by far the worse hotel we have ever stayed in, and there is no way I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and would never return, even if it was free! You have been warned.More
Good Family Holiday
Really enjoyed our holiday at this hotel. We had been before so we're excited to see the changes. The rooms were decorated nicely no change to the size but we had a one bedroom apartment which was big enough for the four of us. The splash park is great , the kids loved it and so did my husband. We also tended to get our sunbeds there as we were always up late and missed the ones round the main pool. The entertainment wasn't great i think it's because they have to cover several languages even though at least 80% of people there are British. The food was good but found it to be much the same everyday also found it to be a little cold at times. Dining areas were very busy and sometimes it was a bit of a cattle market but if you went later it was ok. We ate out a few times can recommend the mariners bar just a short walk from the hotel great food and has a big kids play area. Also for entertainment the king's head was good but not for food. We hired a car from the hotel found it just as cheap as anywhere and went round the island if you can visit the west coast it's beautiful. Went to Palma also for a day beautiful city lovely little streets to walk round the old quarter is fantastic and loads of lovely shops. All in all a great holiday in a lovely hotel. More
Bit rubbish really
Definitely not a 4 star, more a 2. Apartment okay and clean, weird.littke uncomfortable pillows and quite small rooms. The 3 cafeterias (by no stretch of the imagination could you call them restaurants) are pretty much all serving the same food. Odd combinations of food and it's quite often left for so long it's cold, we were there in low season and the cafes seemed busy all the time, queues for tea, coffee machines are the worst, so I would think in peak season it's a nightmare. All inclusive drinks are dire and I really mean dire. The pool snack bars just serve awful burgers, hotdogs and what is supposed to be salad. All look very unhygienic. The main pool is surrounded by cheek by jowl sunbeds, so be prepared to get to know strangers intimately, that's if you can find a free sunbed. The entertainment was so bad it was funny, think butlins circa 1980. Say Coma beach is lovely but I am afraid the town itself is not so great and looks tired to say the least. There is a bus into town but it's quicker and more pleasent to walk, it takes about 15 minutes. I really wouldn't return to either this hotel or resort as it's not for me. But if you like getting drunk while your kids run riot, eating uninspiring bland cold food, watching awful entertainment team to the point you go just to see if it's worse than the night before, then fill your boots, it will be paradise to youMore
