The Deya Apartments are right in the thick of things, wedged in between Santa Ponsa’s main drag and its popular beach.
Things don’t get much more central than they do at the Deya Apartments. They’re located right at the start of Santa Ponsa’s strip. Plus, the beach is just a couple of minutes’ walk in the opposite direction.
Inside, the walls are licked in stark-white, with accents coming from sleek LED backlighting. As for the rooms, they’re equally simple yet stylish, and are finished in Fanta-orange fabrics.

Rather sleep on the streets
Wasn't expecting much from these apartments prior arriving.. but I honestly didn't think they would be this bad... rude staff... noise till all hours of the morning and no security present whatsoever... also the bar staff will offer you a free pitcher of cocktails if you give a good review on here.. so don't go by them!!More
From the minute we arrived at apartments there were young people everywhere at 6am. They were drifting back from bars and nightclubs. Noise all day and dreadful noise all night. Shouting from balcony to balcony with no consideration for others. I dont mind young people having fun but they were drinking shots when we were having breakfast. Surrounded by young male and female drunks. More information must be given via reviews to stop other people like ourselves booking the nightmare holiday which we have just experienced.More

Glad to be home!
Like many I was apprehensive, and I was right to be! Plus points - spacious rooms, beautiful views, comfortable beds, lots of English tv channels. Negatives - room 267, you would expect that on 2nd floor, right? Wrong, on 6th floor, thank god for the cleaner who put us in right direction; - can't provide toaster even tho listed as an additional charge, they don't do them; room never cleaned the whole week, bathroom bin never emptied, towels could do with an upgrade. Loads of big groups of young people, language and behaviour disgraceful. Constant noise, morning, noon and night. The young lady who sells their booze cruises - a bucket of bleach needed for her mouth. Worst of all, yesterday we witnessed 16 Scottish men, not young ones, snort cocaine at the pool, nothing said. I reported it last night and got told off for not bringing it to their attention earlier. 4 staff witnessed it!! Put some signs up telling people where the toilets are please. I never got in the pool the whole week!! Should be specifically for under 30s who only want to get drunk and coke up!! Definitely not for families or older people. A pity because it has a lot of potential- and teach the staff how to clean the rooms!!!!More
