The Deya Apartments are right in the thick of things, wedged in between Santa Ponsa’s main drag and its popular beach.
Things don’t get much more central than they do at the Deya Apartments. They’re located right at the start of Santa Ponsa’s strip. Plus, the beach is just a couple of minutes’ walk in the opposite direction.
Inside, the walls are licked in stark-white, with accents coming from sleek LED backlighting. As for the rooms, they’re equally simple yet stylish, and are finished in Fanta-orange fabrics.

Arrived in the Deya yesterday as the apartments we originally chose were overbooked, glad to say me and my three friends are pleasantly surprised. We were concerned at first because of some of the reviews but we haven't had any issues so far, we arrived to a clean, spacious room with good air conditioning and a great view! We also found the location extremely convenient as it is closer to Magaluf and is in walking distance of great restaurants and the beach! The pool is also not too busy, there are plenty of sunbeds! Very happy that we were sent here after going through hassle with the other place and the staff are very helpful!More
DO NOT STAY HERE
4 lads stayed here, staff were rude when we joined. Air conditioning didn't work and the staff kept saying they will come back and fix it but never did. When leaving no deposit back for fabricated lies More
3 girls looking for a good time
Just three girls looking for a good time... if you are a group of people looking for a good value, fun, youth holiday.. DO NOT COME HERE. We booked our holiday through jet 2 who have been amazing, from the flight to the transfer. However we arrived at deya appartments and our holiday took a turn for the worst. To start off when we arrived the receptionist was not welcoming at all and was just asking for more money off of us we were asked for a £100 deposit which we weren't made aware of. We were sent up to our room 123 (the first of four rooms) we got a welcoming from many cockroaches in the aircon and in the bathroom and was told 'your going to get bugs in mallorca'. We then discovered that we didn't have a remote for the aircon, so I went to reception (the first of four times) to realise there was broken glass on the stairs which still six hours later hasn't been cleaned up. I got to the reception asked for a remote and then went up to find out it didn't work, I repeated this three other times thinking it was a problem with the remote but the air con wasn't working, no help from reception or a technician. They then offered 'you can move room but I assure you you won't like it'. We were told the lift wasn't working and had to move rooms ourselves which was six flights of stairs with 20 kilo cases. We went to check out this room which was of the same standard as the other room but were satisfied as the air con actually turned on. Even though the air con turned on it was heat coming out of it. Our neighbours were very loud at 2am even though we were told there is a quite time, and not only that they were bashing on our doors We eventually got to sleep to be woken up by a massive bang noise and voices outside They then started shouting stuff at us and continued to climb in the room. As you can believe we were naked cause the air con was so bad so were terrified of someone being able to come into our room where u should feel like secure. It was very dramatic and first thing I did was come straight to reception, where we came across a security guard and a receptionist, who were absolutely useless they said we can have a look at cctv which we waited for him for half an hour to look at, for to turn around and tell us here is a 'glitch' with the cctv. He then wanted us to show the window that was broken in to which we did. He saw someone peeing from balcony which he did not hesitate to run away from us and deal with that situation because that's much more important than three girls getting broken into and were very emotionally shooken up. We then got told to come back down to reception (another round of these six flights of stairs) to be told nothing can happen tonight. I cAn give you another room (third room) and if you don't move you won't get ur deposit back. We asked if he could help with our luggage as the lift isn't working and we were told that it 'isn't his job' so we had to pack up again and move our luggage by ourself down five flights of stairs to go into the same standard room. On top of all this catastrophic experiance the Towels have a lot of stains, security guard and receptionist having a fight, fridges don't look clean, shower is a trickle, sticky floors, pushing people out, hotel shop is a rip off 7.50 for 3 packets of crisps, false advertisement online This is written at 5.24 from the reception of the hotel as we are too terrified to sleep in a room. However, Julie from jet 2 met us the following morning and I got to give her ten stars within 15 minutes we were in a taxi out of the joke of a hotel and into a much more friendly and respectable hotel.More
IGNORE BAD REVIEWS
I've read a lot of bad reviews on here about the Deya, but do not agree with any of them. Yes, there are a lot of young people, but you can barely notice them in the day or around the pool. They are loud when late, but at like 3 in the morning, so families and couples won't even be awake to hear this. However, I do suggest getting a room on one of the top floors, as Santa Ponsa is a very lively resort and could keep you awake. The hotel is in an amazing location and Santa Ponsa itself is amazing. The room was clean and everything we could've expected. Most of the staff were alright and useful, however one in particular was an absolute delight! Would definitely suggest staying here whatever group, whatever age. More
