We stayed at this wonderful resort for five nights at the start of June. The location is superb, with only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach, through the lovely town which will cater for everyone. The resort is pretty as a picture with rooms being separated into blocks of 4 all with an individual balcony. The room we had was spotless, modern and had everything you could need. We upgraded to all inclusive which was well worth it. The food was varied enough and plentiful. The chefs and restarant staff were always friendly and the quality of the food was top notch! The pool area was clean and the pool itself was perfect for families. The entertainment was as expected in any hotel and the bar staff and entertainment team were the jewel in the crown for this resort. Pab is an absolute star who was so patient with all of the children and was great with the entertainment all day and night. All of the bar staff were great but special mention must be made to Cristian and Miguel who made every night like the biggest night of the holiday and made sure everyone had a great night together. They pulled everyone together. We will definitely be returning to this family friendly resort as soon as we can. Thank you to the staff at the resort and the people we met for a brilliant holiday.More
Great family hotel
Excellent location. apartments were clean, with maid service every 2nd day. All Inclusive food was good and varied. Staff were excellent and very friendly. The childrens entertainer Pav was great with the kids and the nightly entertainment was great - including reptile show, parrots shows and daily kids disco - kept everyone entertained. The maintenance of the hotel was great - pool and surrounding area was well cleaned daily and the full area well maintained. Was a great family holiday and would recommend.More
more bad than good.
very average hotel. mix of families and some young people. quite noisy in the room and could hear room above us all the time, day and late at night. annoying when you have a young kid with you trying to get some sleep. clean and all-inclusive not very good and think just b&b would have been a better idea. overlooked pool which was ok but there's loads of steps everywhere so if you've got a pushchair it's not much fun. staff ok. location ok and beach nearby.More
Great value for money...
The hotel is nicely positioned just a very short stroll from the main bars, shops and restaurants. We stayed on an all inclusive basis which was very good value for money, the food was lovely and the chef stood and cooked both fish and meat at lunch and dinner, and eggs and pancakes at breakfast, very smiley chap, always very pleasant, this has to be said of all the staff the receptionists, bar and restaurant staff, the cleaning staff. I have to give a very special mention to the lovely Alberto, he was especially kind to my son Lewis, who has a severe nut allergy. After Alberto checked the ingredients in the pastries on the counter and found my son couldn't have them, he made a special effort to give him some safe doughnuts from the kitchen every time we went to the restaurant. This really made my son very happy, thank you Alberto! There were a couple of reviews that mentioned drinks from the bar and restaurant taking ages... I think they must have just been unlucky, as soon as we went into the restaurant we gave our room number and immediately were asked what drinks we would like, the drinks were there before we arrived back at the table from the buffet or so times before we even got up to go to the buffet. Same goes for the bar, never waited for drinks and the bar snacks were very quick too. The apartments are very nicely done, quite big with good mattresses, lovely white clean bedding, fresh towels every other day and cleaned very well. The air conditioning unit is in the lounge area and is very good. We stayed in 216 which was directly about the pool bar, this was convenient through the day but could be a bit noisy at night when the entertainment was on, I'm sure if you chose to, they would accommodate you in a quieter room further away from the entertainment. The wifi was great, we never had any problems with it, they have different payments on offer depending how long or how many devices, we paid 30 euros for 4 devices for the week. The tv is good it has bbc itv itvbe and kids station. The pool area is nice and there were enough sun beds, we rarely went to the pool before 11am and never had a problem getting beds around the pool. There are other terraces that are quiet areas away from the pool, if you don't want to be around children. There is only 1 lift that takes you down 1 floor to the apartments. There are steps to 2nd,3rd and 4th floor, I'm sure if you had difficulties taking your case up a fellow traveller would help if you ask nicely or reception would accommodate you and give you a ground or lower floor if possible. All in all, a nice hotel, with hard working, lovely staff, it's clean, nice food and good value for money....More

3 days before flying out Jet2 phoned us to say that our original hotel wasnt ready so if we wanted we could be tranferred to this hotel. As it was so near to our holiday we decided to accept (along with a few upgrades offered). So glad we did as these were lovely apartments. Looked like they had just been refurbed as everything was lovely and clean and new. The beds were so comfy we slept like logs. Memory foam mattresses and pillows. The kitchen was well equipt even though we didnt use it as we had been upgraded to h/b from s/c. There was even a microwave in it. The food was delicious. So much choice you couldnt go wrong. The staff were great. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartments were just a few minutes from the beach shops and bars (mostly irish) but far enough away to be nice and quiet at night. Thanks Jet2 . So glad we ended up here as we preferred these apartments to the ones were we supposed to be in.More
