My best vacation!
I went to this hotel first time,of course and first time to Majorca. What was the best out there that was so good? The biggest thanks to Nicolas and his team for being so entertaining, fun and dances. You are the best entertainers. RasaMore
Great Hotel, Had a great holiday here June/July 2017, very clean hotel, rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels, fantastic views form our room, good selection of swimming pools, including an indoor pool. very friendly and helpful staff, near the beech and shops, local bars and places to eat if you fancy a change from the hotel, we would book here again for next yearMore
Our fourthstay so it can't be that bad
Firstly we travelled Tui, and transfers these days can take as long as the flight at times. We were dropped at the Santa Ponsa Park, but had been told to check in at the Pionero, but after queuing there were told to go to the Santa Ponsa park to check in. The very good thing is that at this hotel Tui customers get the room Wi-Fi and safe key for free (just a deposit for the safe). This saved us over €100. Well done Tui, and thank you to the very helpful Tui reps. The hotel is very clean, and the maids do a good job. Hotel refurbished in 2016. Most of the staff seemed happy and helpful. Guests are allowed to use the amenities from all three hotels. There are three outside pools and one indoor. The indoor pool was not open for us in June, unfortunately. The restaurants are adequate, but the food is very samey and dull. Breakfast is probably the best. Drinks machines were often out of order or empty, even at the beginning of a meal, meaning everybody had to use the same one at times. The hotel is very well situated 100 metres or so from the promenade, and very close to shops and bars. Santa Ponsa is a lovely place with something for everybody. Magaluf and Palma is a cheap bus ride away, with regular buses from the roundabout about 300 metres from the hotel, as is the taxi rank. As we had been before, we emailed the hotel for a high room overlooking the solarium/pool area, and upon checking in were told that we had got a room where we had asked for. This was well appreciated. One of our previous rooms had us overlooking the service yard of the hotel on the next street - not nice. Overall a good stay for the price we paid.More
Went to this hotel last year as the hotel was finishing its refurbished. As the other hotel had not finished the people where coming over to one restaurant and was very crowded. If you like chips your in luck as that seems to be the food they only know how to cook. The pizzeria was better than the restaurant ! Nice beech within 5 mins walk which is where we spent most of our time as there was never enough sun beds. The rooms where ok nice and clean but the walls where as thin as paper and you could hear next door and when they pulled a chair my lord it went through the hotel ! More
