This hotel is a British favourite, with home-comfort cooking and family-friendly entertainment.
This hotel is set up a side street with the beach at the end of it, so you’re just a couple of minutes away from the sand. And sharing the hotel’s postcode is a range of shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs.
The hotel had a makeover in summer 2015. As well as revamped rooms and public spaces, there's a new rooftop pool for adults, and a snack bar that doubles as an evening à la carte restaurant.

Good, but . . .
A smart and efficient hotel catering mainly for Spanish and German clients. We found our room at the rear of the hotel to be small and noisy because of service vehicles, dustbins and neighbourhood dogs barking. It also had the kitchen vent pipe close to the balcony. The AC did not work. More
Best holiday. Would definitely stay again!!
Came here June 2016 with my boyfriend. Was a lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms and great facilities. The food was amazing, so much choice and was all labelled which was prefect as I am vegetarian. Beach was lovely and could go out at night to bars etc if you walked further into town. More
Lovely friendly hotel
We have just returned from Rey Don Jamie today. We were there with a group of 15 family and friends with ages ranging from 4-63. This hotel was amazing for us, the staff were all brilliant and made us feel so at home, they couldn't do enough for us. The food was great, lots of variety which suited all ages with some different dishes we'd not experienced before. My 5 yr old grand daughter is a particularly fussy eater but she looked forward to mealtimes with excitement because she could see and choose exactly what she wanted to eat and each meal she cleared her plate. We mentioned that she didn't eat cakes & puddings but loved strawberries, the next evening Gregorio the maitre de produced a dish of strawberries for her, a lovely touch that summed up the level of service we received during our stay. I can't pick out any individual s they were all exceptional , we even had the lifeguard joining in on the fun and games. I'm not sure about the negative comments I've seen, yes there are many older people but it is out of season and most of them are there to enjoy themselves and were really good fun. Yes there was building work going on next door but to be honest we really didn't notice it until it was mentioned by another guest, again it is out of season so you can expect that. Overall a fantastic hotel very close to the beach and shops, we wouldn't hesitate in coming back. Special thanks to Jet2 in resort check in, fantastic idea especially with so many of us it took away the hassle of going home, it was so easy .More
Visit 23 - July 2017
Visit 23 can't come quick enough, roll on July 2017! Where we will be back in our second home. Great hotel and staff always make you feel at home. Been coming to the hotel since I was a little girl and never gets old. Food choice in the restaurat and the poor bar is fantastic even I can find something and I am a fussy eater. All staff are great, from waiting staff, reception, cleaners, entertainment, life guards and maintenance always there to help when ever you need it. The hotel is close to the beach and locals bars, pubs and restaurants. With easy accessible bus routes and taxi ranks. I came with family to start with and now my partner loves it and I can't wait to bring my family of my own here one day.More
