Two good sized pools lay side by side here at the centre of this complex. A large wraparound sun terrace comes with sunbeds and parasols. Palm trees dotted around provide that bit of extra shade.
Children have their own pool to splash around in. It's right by the main pool so parents can keep a keen eye from the terrace.

Rest and relaxation
Been here twice, great location, great rooms, good sized pools and Jacuzzi. Staff friendly. Value for money. Only thing it needs is air conditioning. Short stroll to beach or bus stop. It's very much a relaxed atmosphereMore
Better than expected
Travelled 2nd 2 weeks in July, check in quick and easy. We were allocated a ground floor apartment, which initially wasnt happy with however quickly realised these rooms were cooler which suited our 4 month old better. Went to hire a fan and as a button was broken got the fan for free for the two weeks. Didnt hire a remote however discovered that most people didnt have the disney channel however ours and another families did, could be families with young children get it included? After our first day where an older lady decided to confront me for bringing a young child abroad then follow up with a complaint to the management about it we were a little anxious, however these quickly disapeared. Everyone is cery friendly guests and staff. Not going to bother mentioning the sun lounger, towels, sheets or lack of kettle as these have been spoke to death about. I would however recommend car hire from the hotel. We hired a car (SEAT ibiza) for 3 days at a TOTAL cost of £98 this included all insurance, excess waiver and a baby car seat delivery and collect of car from hotel. There is no car hire company in Amadores and this price was much cheaper than we could find in Peurto Rico. The west side of the island is beautiful to drive and a visit to Teror and Galdar is a must. I found this hotel/ resort safe and not too expensive, so much so i looked at going back in the winter, was informed that unfortunatly the hotel is for the scandinavians through the winter. And FINALLY paul...since i know he reads these...the kids really enjoyed the entertainment with Paul often resembling the pagpiper. I usually hate bingo but was quite fun as many people join in. There are no bars in the resort itself so was a good place to chill in the evenings. BBQ was fine cheap €10.9 but i didnt like queing for my food.More
Cheap and cheerful!
Came for a week in July and we weren't expecting the hotel to be as good as it was to be honest! The food by the pool bar is cheap and really tasty, the location is fantastic and we loved the entertainment (even with the karaoke going on until 11:30)! The only down side is the lack of air con but it wasn't really an issue to us. It's a little difficult to get sun beds but there's plenty to do in the surrounding area. Having no oven was a little difficult being self catered but we could afford lots of meals from the pool bar. You get your money's worth but it's totally worth it.More
Nice apartments, could be better...
We stayed here the first 2 weeks in July. Basic clean apartments but no air con is a nightmare!! We hired a fan but didn't find it dine much good. We were on the third floor which were particularly hot... You have to get up at 7 at the latest if you want a certain sunbed, by 7.30 there were no beds left! If you can't beat them join them.... The bathroom is quite small and would benefit from a shower curtain. The towels are old and could do with being replaced. It would have been handy to have a drying rack on the balcony, we had to place clothes are over the table and chairs to dry. Theres a washing machine which cost 4 euro, that included the powder. Thats the negatives out of the way, now the positives. Friendly staff, especially Paul who does the entertainment... The apartments are spotlessly clean and the rooms are spacious. Large fridge freezer, 2 ring hob, toaster and kettle. Entertainment during the day, lilo races, pool table games, kids won slushies and ice cream. 2 for 1 on all drinks in the bar, the food was nice and reasonably priced. The entertainment at night was good craic, some weren't keen though. Quiz, bingo and karoke with good money on the bingo! 5 minutes walk from Amadores beach, theres also a small Spar shop close to the apartments. If they made some improvements, this place could be great. Would go back.More
No air con
Self-catering hotel which does as one would expect. No air con was a major flaw in the summer heat, however. The wifi system was 17 euros per person and not very good. Happy hour all day, though, which was a bonusMore
