This retro-chic hotel has two heated pools set in lush gardens. There’s a long sandy beach on the doorstep, too.
The first thing you notice when you step inside this hotel is its striking décor. It was created by the prestigious Paris architect, Alberto Pinto, and is the epitome of retro-chic.
The hotel has two heated outdoor pools, as well as three restaurants and a poolside snack bar. It’s just 3 minutes’ walk from a sandy beach, and less than a 10-minute taxi ride from Playa del Ingles.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel. The staff are all very welcoming, friendly, professional and smart. Nothing is too much trouble. We arrived late at night to a superb welcome and booked dinner at the tapas restaurant. The food was delicious, the waiters friendly and knowledgeable. The room was huge and immaculately clean. The balcony overlooked the pool and breakfast area and was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast has a huge choice of fresh food. Every area of the hotel is clean and tidy. There are not enough words to praise this hotel.More
Another Great Holiday at the Palm Beach
We returned to the Palm Beach in August for our 2 week annual holiday. Our friends queried as to why we would want to return to the same hotel for the 4th time! Our simple reply; the Palm Beach is a welcoming quality hotel that provides everything needed for an exceptional holiday experience. Arguably it is set the best location in Maspalomas; minutes from the amazing Maspalomas beach and sand dunes. Overall; the breakfast buffets, bbq's and à la carte evening meals were all excellent. Food choices at Breakfast and Dinner buffets is varied and considerable – so much to choose from. The well laid out landscaped gardens are well tended; even the dead palm fronds are removed (it was a sight to see the tree surgeons climbing up the high palm trees to cut the old palm fronds – they certainly have head for heights). The family, children and adult pools that are located around the hotel gardens are sparklingly clean and well maintained. There never seemed to be any shortage of sunbeds, we always found our favourite spot. Note that children (under 14) are not allowed to use the adult pool. A plentiful supply of pool towels were available (you can even take them to the beach – just sign for them and return later). The outdoor gym was refurbished during our stay and now has a great range of high tech equipment. The adjacent Sauna and Stone Bath were great way to relax at the end of the day. The bedrooms are light and airy and air conditioned. Our preference was met as our room faced the landside and as we had shade in the afternoon we were able to enjoy time on the balcony. The room was cleaned daily; with a turn down service in the evening and a replenishment of clean towels (as well as complimentary bottled water and chocolates on the pillows). There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room as well as a television (nice to have but we didn't go on holiday to watch TV :) ). Throughout our stay we constantly recognised guests from previous years. Obviously they too have the same regard for the Palm Beach. Overall the hotel is very well run and managed; the management team and all staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. We would like to express our thanks to all employees for once again making our stay at the Palm Beach such a great experience. Our special thanks to Lelianne and Veronica There is no guessing as to where we will spend our 2018 holiday.More
A wonderful 5 star hotel
My husband and I have now stayed at the Seaside Palm Beach Hotel on six occasions and have recently returned from a two week holiday there. The staff at the hotel are exceptionally well trained and are courteous, friendly, and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Members of the management team are always in attendance during meal service in the restaurants and circulate amongst the guests, and the personal touch between staff and guests is very evident. The hotel is very well maintained and bedrooms and all other areas of the hotel are spotlessly clean. There are three pools in the hotel, one for adults only, one for other guests, and also a childrens' pool which is beside the childrens' outdoor play area and activity club. The African Bar is located beside the larger pools and drinks, lunches and snacks are available there. The standard and presentation of food is fabulous with BBQs being held on three nights and a table d'hote menu on the other nights. The variety and quality of food is excellent and there is an extensive selection of food and beverages available at breakfast. The selection of desserts available in the evening are mouthwatering! The hotel is situated on the edge of the dunes in Maspalomas and it takes less than two minutes to walk there from the hotel. All in all, I cannot rate this hotel highly enough and the very fact that many of the guests we have spoken to have been returning to the hotel year after year, is testament to how good it is.More

Probably the best hotel in Maspalomas!!
This was my second stay in this wonderful hotel and I enjoyed it just as much as last year. I wrote an enthusiastic review on TripAdvisor on September 6, 2016 and now I can only repeat everything that I praised in that review: the wonderful staff, the beautiful and tasteful decor (Miami Beach art deco-style) of the public areas and of my room (a suite), the fabulous location of the hotel right at the beginning of the famous beach of Maspalomas, the luscious breakfast-buffet and the delicious dinners, it was all there again and I enjoyed every minute of it! Of course I attended again the welcoming reception on Monday afternoon, where the general manager of the hotel introduces the key-members of the staff and shakes hands with all the new guests, a very charming and practical gesture that I have not witnessed in any other of the many hotels that I visited in the last 30 years. As last year, I saw the manager and her assistants at dinner time go over the various terraces, not only to greet guests and wish them a lovely meal but also to help out her working staff with cleaning and setting tables. Again an exceptional sight, but exemplary for the tangible good atmosphere among the staff. Of course there is always something to be picky about, in my case only meant as suggestions (by the way, I was pleasantly surprised that my last years suggestion for a written manual for the coffee machine actually was realized, thanks!). I noticed that the rooms are provided with two separate signs to hang outside the door: “do not disturb” and “please make up my room”. A practical idea, but why on earth make them both blue and almost identical?! Now I was always double-checking if I put the right one out. Please give them a different look, for instance make the “do not disturb”-one red! As I mentioned last year lights during dinner in the evenings are really too low, at times I found myself on spots where I could hardly see the food on my plate or read the menu. At two evenings I visited the wonderful tapas restaurant Bodega, an exceptional experience! (as a half board guest you get a 15 euro discount). The first evening there were several tables occupied, but at the second evening I was there all alone, which made me feel a bit awkward, especially since I travel and dine alone. (And it cannot be very cost-effective!). Maybe one should use some sort of minimum to the amount of subscriptions in the Bodega. A last remark concerns the musical performances in the African bar, every evening around 9:45 p.m.. It’s understandable that, since the space is very limited, one cannot expect grand scale performances like for instance in the nearby Costa Meloneras hotel, so here it’s mostly individual singers or a small group, which is fine in itself and is in sync with the intimate atmosphere of the surroundings. But in my humble opinion the quality of some of the performances was not always up to the standard of the hotel. Anyway, to sum it all up: nothing but the highest praise for this hotel, which is an absolute must for the traveller that wants to combine a beach vacation with all the luxury and comfort of a top notch five star hotel.More
Very comfortable hotel
Enjoyed a relaxing stay here. Food on barbecue nights very good. Didn't like the a la carte nights. Great pools and loads of sun beds. Convenient location and experienced staff. Really nothing to complain about and easy to relax. Had room facing pool with evening sun all good. More
