Good and bad
Visited tHis hotel in Jan 2017 our second visit As usual the staff are magnificent the best by far and you cannot find a fault with the lovely food on offer morning noon and evenings BUT it's gone downhill in our opinion Worst of all is the smoking in the restaurant yes it's outside but we're in 2017 now the smoking ban in public houses and resteraunts is not allowed in majority of Europe The majority of holiday makers are from Europe so why oh why do we have people blowing disgusting smoke over us when we are eating it realy puts people off On our last two days there we noticed the same couple walking around the buffet style food bars with lighted cigarettes puffing away whilst they chose there breakfast INFACT the gentleman was in the que for the eggs blowing smoke over the counter absolutely disgusting I have no problem with people if they so wish to smoke but not in a resteraunt with other people eating there were lots of non smokers very unhappy with this Also the evening entertainment has dropped in standard INFACT some evenings it was ALLFULL people miming to a song and two quizs a week for the entertainment is so boring if your there for two weeks like we were we had 4 quizs well in fact 3 we didn't bother to go in the room for the last one Will we come back possibly not the smoking puts us offMore

Staying here right now with my husband for a week in room 345 and so far very thing is amazing from the food to the staff . Lovely big room , very clean and friendly staff. I only Have 1 thing to say that's would make it a bit better is to put lights on the balcony as I like to read and well I can't see my book . More
Kirsten Reid I,
Lost its atmosphere
Stayed at this hotel from New Years eve to Jan 14th 2017 Used to be the best hotel ever. We have stayed there several times and loved the friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great food and night entertainment. The comfort is still there and the food is as good as ever. The night entertainment has gone downhill. The resident groups were usually excellent but now one couple must think we are idiots as their music is pre recorded and they stand there and pretend to play guitar and organ. We heard many comments about this. The staff who are the best and friendliest ever seemed afraid to enjoy themselves. Only one week out of our 4 week stay was it like old times. We have met many friends who, like us have stayed several times, and we will keep in contact with them to see if the atmosphere returns. If it does we will gladly book again Disappointed Maureen DMore
Fantastic, well run , friendly hotel in a great location with excellent staff and top class food. Everything was really good but the beds and bedding could be better. The beds are quite small and the duvets are poor quality, that was my only negative observation. Besides that I highly recommend this hotel.More
