Excellent hotel very poor TUI Rep
Really can't fault the hotel - my wife and I stayed for one week from 4th March. The room , the staff , the food and facilities - all excellent . We are about to book again for November. The only downside was the attitude of the TUI rep Amelia. We had a problem during the latter part of our stay. She had a very uncaring manner and even though she could have helped us - she failed to show any interest or concern. In the end we sorted out the problem ourselves. It certainly appears that all she wants to do is grin at the holiday makers and sell them excursions, and that's her job done. Anyway even she did not spoil a truly great week. thankyou to all the hotel staff.More

Just returned last week. This hotel is a bit of a mixed bag really. The room wasn't brilliant, it was supposed to be a family room, I'd have more space in a phone box. The beds are the worst I've ever slept in they really are that awful, "double" bed is two singles pushed together that has some sort off plastic material protecting the mattress ? It's what I'd imagine sleeping in a crisp bag would be like. The other two beds were sofa beds. The view from the balcony was overlooking the volleyball court, and the main road so it was very noisy at times. The room was kept very clean though, sheets & towels changed every day, our room number was 267 no good for four adults , give this one a very wide berth. Restaurant area was very chaotic at times, food was ok if you like pork loin chops, as that seems to be the main dish served at every sitting. The hotel was very clean & the staff very friendly, all apart from the TUI rep Amelia, who's only concern it would seem was getting her commision flogging trips!More
Hotel modern. good check in. Food was very good . dining room huge and spotless. Can be noisy at times . Breakfast fresh coffee in pots near the door which was idea. Rooms modern and clean. shower was powerful and always hot water available. Maid service 6 days a week. Would be ideal if there was a fridge in the rooms though. There is 3 pools and lots of loungers. We never had a problem getting one but I can see it maybe being one in high season Pool bar opened from 10 am to midnight. self service to hot drink, juice, wine and beer. Never a problem getting cup or glass. Food available in there all day and always getting filled up. Night a bit chilly to sit in there . Entertainment in bar down stairs. the entertainment team work hard all day and night. Free Wifi good and free safe which I think every hotel should provide Location of hotel is very good I would recommend the hotel and the area and will be returning soonMore

As always this hotel is fab we were there for maspalomas carnival which was absoloutly amazing the parade went past the hotel and we could still take cocktails from the bar out with us. Weather was fantastic 35c on saturday evening. Food was missing a few labels so had to ask the chefs what certain things were. The staff really make this Hotel, Dawid, mike, colleen, betty, natalie, guiseppe and mika from the animation team, Diego, Vincente, Emmanuel and Benito the bar staff to name a few you really are the best. See you soon :) More
