This hotel has just had a complete do-over. Formerly called the Riu Waikiki, the refurbishment has given it a fresh new look and feel. It’s just a five-minute walk from the heart of Playa del Ingles and the beach is only ten minutes away on foot – even less if you take the free shuttle bus.
Rooms are spread out across 5 circular towers, arranged in a horseshoe shape around a large central swimming pool. All of them come with their own balcony or terrace.

Just returned from an 11 night stay at the Waikiki and throughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. All the staff from reception, waiting on staff in restaurant and bar area, cleaners and maintenance staff were all so polite and welcoming. The rooms are lovely as had been refurbished so still relatively new and had a fresh look and feel to them. We went to the sunbeds at the adults only area as the sun doesn't hit the main pool at all times of the day and together with the sunbeds are too cramped in being the only fault. The food at breakfast was very good and the evening meal was good. The only concern we had that my wife is a vegetarian and not all the foods are labelled so she was unsure whether she could have them or not so this would have helped if they had been. The entertainment was not our cup of tea at all as although the ammination team work hard it's a bit tedious watching them mime song after song in the different shows they put on !!! The magician and juggling act were very good though. Overall could not fault the hotel and with drinks readily available hence avoiding queues was nice but people need to realise that's it's all inclusive so food will not run out in the restaurant so no need to be pushing and barging about as if the food was going to run out !!!More

i just got back from a 9 nights stay at Wikiki Servatur Its a nice place that has been updated its really clean Beds are ok but not the best ever Food is ok but def not a gastronomical place they have a great salad and soup bar if you dont like the rest. The place as is is nice with a great pool area But what definitely stand out is their customer service everyone was so nice to us and took the time to place a bottle of champagne in our room for my partner s bday wich was kind The cleaning staff were really nice and convenient and so is the Front desk peopleMore
Perfect hotel for some winter sun
Spent a lovely week here in January, this hotel is located within walking distance to the beach about 10 min, the shops, shopping centres, bars and clubs. The staff are friendly and helpful and the maid service is excellent the rooms are kept spotless and replenished with clean towels and tea/ coffee. We had no complaints with the food, the food was lovely and well presented with a wide range of dishes both hot and cold to choose from. The pool is heated and clean, and the pool bar apart from providing hot and cold drinks serves food throughout the day, and apart from spirits/cocktails is self service so no queues for beer or wine. Entertainment is ok, the entertainment team dance and mime along to backing tracks, and during the afternoon run games like bingo and conduct some aqua aerobics at the pool. This was a perfect holiday for my wife and I and we would recommend this hotel.More

Positives: Me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel in late November. We were impressed from the moment we entered the hotel due to the modern decor and furnishings and how efficient the hotel reception staff were at getting everyone checked in very quickly. The hotel has been recently refurbished and our standard room was clean, brightly decorated with adequate space. The beds are very comfortable due to the memory foam mattresses. The bathroom has a powerful walk in shower. Free wifi and a free safe is included which is great. The food in the restaurant was very good and always well cooked and warm, lunches were the best because of the extensive choice. There was a good selection of all inclusive alcoholic and soft drinks available. The pool bar during the day was great for providing snacks if you missed a meal or if feeling peckish. Staff all around the hotel are very pleasant and work very hard. The bar staff are efficient with barely a wait. The entertainment team are great with kids keeping them amused with activities during the day at the pool side. Negatives: I would expect a kettle in any hotel room, with it being an all inclusive hotel I know that's why one wasn't provided. The first thing most people want to do is when they wake up is either get a tea/coffee or a cold drink of water. The pool bar didn't open until 10am and the vending machine at our block wasn't always fully stocked with water. The entertainment in the evenings was very poor apart from 3D Magic which we enjoyed on our last night. Getting the hotel staff to mime just isn't good enough, maybe ok for families with young children but definitely not for couples. We ended up going to the Irish and Yumbo centre most evenings making our holiday very expensive because we had already paid £55O each for a week to stay at the hotel. The pool bar reminded me of a school canteen due to its white plastic tables and chairs. Ok for during the day but some music, table covers and tea lights that stay lit would give the bar some ambience and atmosphere. We didn't use the lovely pool which is of a good size due to it being freezing cold which meant we couldn't take part in Aqua which looked good fun, however it was November. Overall this an excellent 3* hotel and we would recommend it to anyone planning a holiday to Playa Del Ingles. The resort wasn't for us but we would still return to it and Servateur Waikiki if we got a good deal.More
