Amazing hotel for families and couples
Can not fault this hotel at all, food was lovely, amazing room we got a bottle of water every morning in the superior room. Hotel is all about children which was brilliant but also has an adults area. More
Relaxing week in the Sun
This hotel boasts several different circular turrets linked by walkways which connect between reception and the pool. The food is pretty wide and varied and the rooms are clean fairly roomy too. The pool area is large with plenty of beds with an adjoining pool bar. There is a kids area at the back of the fourth turret and a jacuzzi area at the back of the second one. You won't be disappointed if you book to stay here and I could recommend this as a good three star hotel. It is situated five minutes walk from the Irish centre and about seven or eight minutes stroll down to the beach walkway. There is nightly entertainment but it is a little on the cheesy side with the usual entertainment staff kind of stuff. Overall, this is a very pleasant hotel and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here if visiting Playa Del Ingles again.More
Arrived at the hotel at 1-30pm at reception we were given our bands and told that we could have lunch before booking in. The food was just fantastic cooked freshly right in front of you(see photos). The room was a good size and well appointed the beds had a spring mattress PLUS A MEMORY FOAM TOPPER. The poolside and pools were great and clean, with plenty of sun beds and parasols. The day time activities were fantastic, the bar area was clean with plenty of tables and chairs. The restaurant staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. In my opinion this is a fantastic family hotel and I would recommend it to anyone.More

We are what you may describe as a “maturing” couple and this is our third visit to the Waikiki the first when it was a RIU hotel and the latter visits under Servatur. We believe that under the Servatur brand the hotel has been improved in many respects and is a credit to the management and staff who work very hard to keep good standards. The rooms are clean and well maintained and have had a lick of paint since our last visit. The pool area is as many have described congested, though perfectly functional. The All Inclusive package is very good with plenty of self-service points around and should you have the need to queue for spirits or cocktails etc. any queues soon move. If I had one minor criticism I would say the food, although well prepared does get a little repetitive particularly towards the end of the stay – and I’m sure Servatur have a pig farm somewhere as Pork was never ever off the menu. Since our last visit there has been significant investment in the children’s facilities and these appeared well maintained and well used. (May return with the grandkids…) There is a small but well equipped gym should you feel the need for a bit of cardio. The vast majority of the staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming….yes you always get the odd misery but eh! Do you smile 40hrs a week at your job? The Animation team were ….let’s say “enthusiastic” The Entertainment was woeful…..but who wants to spend their evening in a cellar. All in all when we get to the end of any holiday we ask each other…well, would we come back? And in the case of the Waikiki YES we certainly would and as mentioned would probably bring the young uns’ with us. On a footnote: on checkout we did enquire about a Servatur discount card which is mentioned on both their website and on the TV information channel in your room – when asked, the gentleman behind the desk looked somewhat blankly at us and had no idea what we were talking about. On return I emailed Servatur and up to press have not received any response.More
