This adults-only hotel gives you a peaceful pool scene and a beach on the doorstep. And the food’s first class, too.
This stylish hotel is tucked at the foot of a mountain, just metres from sandy Playa Taurito Beach. Its two pools come with first-class sea views. There’s a seafront restaurant, too.
In the evenings, live acts take to the stage, or you can retreat to the piano bar for a quiet cocktail. When you feel like going further afield, there’s a shuttle bus to pretty Puerto Mogan, which is less than five minutes away.

My Grandaughter & myself have just returned from our second stay at this hotel. The views are great,we had a room on the 5 floor as we requested, the only complaint was the bathroom taps & shower as these were rusty & not very nice, how ever the hotel is having a refit soon so that should be taken care of for future visits. The staff are all very helpful & friendly. A good choice of food in the dinning room. On the balcony are sunbeds which are lovely if you want to chill out with out going down to the pool. Last year we went on a not to be missed excursion to the greener part of the island on a mini buses. This year we went on the trip to Las Palmas, that gave us both shopping & sight seeing in the city. The piano Bar is a nice place for a drink also most of the shows are very good & appealed both to myself & my 20year old Grandaughter, who loves this hotel.More
My husband and I have just returned from a winter break at this hotel. We have not been in any Spanish resorts for years so we were interested to see how things had moved on etc. Well...they have not it would appear. First of all upon checking in we were each given a wrist band to wear throughout your stay - our band was silver. Now when we booked this hotel, we understood that it was on a fully inclusive basis. This was not the case. If you wanted a kettle in your room, it would cost an additional12 Euros per week, if you wanted to use the room safe it would be a further 12 Euros per week. If you wanted premium brand drinks it was classed as an upgrade at a cost of 300 Euros per week. The cost of our all inclusive holiday provided us with all meals, watered down drinks from self serve dispensers and our basiic accommodation. The first two beach towels were free of charge but after that it was 1.8 Euro per towel change. Now the food was on average quite good with plenty of choice but everything was self service. The main reastaurant was like a giant works canteen. All the waiting staff did was clear never serve. They did not communicate with guests at all not even to say good morning etc. and yet a large tips jar was on the restuarant manager's desk. The only way you knew they were there was when an arm came across your face when they wanted to clear away your plate. The hotel albeit was very clean and the outside areas very pleasant. Our room had a large balcony with sea view which got the sun all day. Two large sun loungers were provided. However, when I looked up the plaster and paint on the balcony above ours was cracking and flaking. Every morning there would be a bit more of it lying on ours! I do believe the hotel is going to be refurbished this year which is good as it could be so so much more. May be we have been spoilt with other desitinations around the world but hotels like this are in a time warp and really need to up their game. There are so many excellent hotels out there and I am afraid this is not one of them. Only the good weather and first class evening entertainment made it enjoyable for us. We would not return. Oh, on another note we went to an evening show recommended by our hotel rep. Garbo's, it was excellent but half way through the evening, the host started to ask who all was in the house, i.e. French, Fins etc. when it came to the UK we were all booed and hissed by the other countries and they were not joking - is this what it is going to be like after Brexit for British Tourists?More

Nice Relaxing Holiday
We booked a week here as we had stayed last year & knew we would have a relaxing break. The transfers took so much longer though as we stopped at so many hotels to drop off just one couple. We had asked for the same or near room as last year & that was what we got which was nice. The staff are very helpful & friendly & the hotel very clean with the rooms cleaned daily. Although it was looking a little tired in places, they are going through a refurbishment & there was some work going on while we were there. There was plenty of food & plenty of variety so finding something we liked was not a problem. We did find that on occasion some dishes were not as hot as we would have liked but then it is a buffet so that can happen. But all in all we were happy with what was on offer & there were always freshly cooked dishes available. The evening entertainment was disappointing as during the week there were three nights where the performers were dancers & many people left after a short while. Where were all the acts that you could get up & have a good dance to? I appreciate that everyone has different tastes but the general consensus seemed to be the same. Most evenings were saved by the piano bar. That said we did enjoy our holiday very much & it was just what we needed, a week relaxing in the sun.More
Wonderfully relaxing holiday
A modern, beautifully appointed and very relaxing resort - amazing views, great food and drink, good quality entertainment and ideal for couples of all ages. The rooms were spacious and clean, with lovely, big beds. Our view and garden terrace were amazing - really added to the experience and made it all the more relaxing.More
Nice but not Great.
We arrived at the hotel with my 81 year old brother and 83 year old wheelchair user sister in law in a minibus after we had booked and paid for taxi transfers because of her mobility problems, not a great start! Their room was on the ground floor with direct access to the pool deck ours was down a flight of stairs and unsuitable, however, the hotel management found us another room on 3rd floor immediately so well done. Food is fair, not quite 4* standard but acceptable. Now for the not so good, No free tea/coffee in rooms, no table waiter service in the bars, entertainent is dreadful with the exception of the pianist/ singer in the piano bar. This is the first time I have stayed in a hotel where there are more lifts than public toilets! Finally, after confirming with the TUI rep that we would be supplied with taxis for the return to the airport, yes, you've guessed it, a minibus turned up again and it took half an hour to sort it out. The rooms are large and in need of the refurbishment that is to be carried out starting in May, having said that, they are kept very clean. Nearly a good hotel, but too many small things let it down.More
