This adults-only hotel gives you a peaceful pool scene and a beach on the doorstep. And the food’s first class, too.
This stylish hotel is tucked at the foot of a mountain, just metres from sandy Playa Taurito Beach. Its two pools come with first-class sea views. There’s a seafront restaurant, too.
In the evenings, live acts take to the stage, or you can retreat to the piano bar for a quiet cocktail. When you feel like going further afield, there’s a shuttle bus to pretty Puerto Mogan, which is less than five minutes away.

As good as ever
We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions, over the past 7 or so years and our recent stay proved to be as excellent as ever. There were some minor irritations due to the commencement of upgrade work (the hotel is due to close for several weeks while this s completed), but this did not spoil a delightful stay. The hotel staff continue to be a strong asset of the hotel, who always remember guests and have always have time to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Food variety and quality continues to be good, as does both restaurant and bar service. Entertainment is varied and generally good in both the princess saloon and piano bar. The hotel is clean throughout and in this connection the housekeeping should be commended. We have already booked to return next May and look forward to returning. More
Unsafe - Health and Safety issues
This hotel should be avoided at all costs. We reported hotel hairdryer which is situated in the bathroom billowing smoke and that the phone not working on Wednesday 12th April 17. Reception agreed to change it and fix telephone. On Saturday 15th April 17 the hairdryer caught alight causing a fire in our room. Inadequate smoke alarms and due to telephone not being repaired we could not contact anyone about the fire which was in the bathroom which is situated next to the exit door. If this became out of control the situation could have been fatal. I burnt my hair which I had to cut out but as I have said this could have been a lot worse. We found out the hairdryer had not been changed on request and the telephone was not reported as being faulty. This is supposed to be one of Tui's Platinum hotels. It was budget at best. There were plug sockets hanging off of the walls exposing wires - the fan was not working in the bathroom. I would not recommend anyone to book into this sub standard hotelMore
This is a really nice hotel, we stayed in a premium Junior Suite on the fifth floor which had a superb view over to Puerto Mogan. The food is excellent with a good choice and quality. It was nice to get a bottle of cava and go to the Sundowner late in the evening. The guy playing the piano is superb and we never really felt the need to leave the hotel in the evenings except maybe for a stroll. The hotel runs a bus to Mogan for the market. This was our third visit here and we will certainly be back.More
Bring you ear plugs
We are staying here at the moment, while it is being renovated. There wasn't any mention of the constant hammering and jack hammers to remove tiles when we booked a relaxing break. It would have been nice to have been told of this as it's a planned renovation, and whilst nesscery it would have been good of Thompson's to tell us before booking. More
