Just returned from a one week stay here, a fantastic holiday! The hotel is excellent - very spacious and very clean! The staff are all lovely from reception to the restaurants/bars and on poolside. A BIG thank you to Niek and his entertainment team, they are amazing - a lovely friendly group who work night and day to keep everyone entertained. Kevin's Aquagym class is a must, hes great!! The food in both the restaurant and snack bar was first class with an excellent choice available. There are items that are not all inclusive, for example fresh orange juice/certain cocktails/waffles - think this could be changed to be included. We were situated in 'Tirma' which got the sun on the balcony late at night - very spacious room with mini fridge/hairdryer/tv/telephone. A couple of accidents were dealt with efficiently and resolved immediately - waitress spilt red wine over son while cleaning tables and hotel fully apologetic and his clothes were dry cleaned followed up by letter in our room apologising again. The housekeeper also lifted my sons two teddies while changing/cleaning the beds and again dealt with very quickly with the housekeeping staff searching through the laundry until they were found and returned to him. The only small negative would be the beds were very hard. Overall a fantastic holiday and we cant wait to return!More
Could not fault this hotel. It is a 3 star and although the room and variety of food is probably a 3 star, the whole of the holiday and the grounds were definitely more. My 9 year old had a fab time. Great to see lifeguards around the pool. Nice and quiet at night and room and grounds were very clean. But far from the beach, but not an issue for us. Took a taxi into playa de ingles one day. Would recommend for anyone on a budget. More
Gold star for this 3 star
Excellent hotel for those with families and/or on a budget. Clean, great food, hard working staff, huge pools. Couldn't ask for more. Staff make this place what it is - well done to them, especially kevin!More
A great family holiday
We had a family holiday here the week before Easter, it was the first time I had been all inclusive. I have to say the food was excellent, the meat freshly cooked in front if you and so much choice. Lovely pools and area around the pool and a great entertainments team with activities for all ages. You can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes, a bit of a hill coming back but worth the walk. I am surprised this is only rated 3 star . More
Directly booked our stay via the hotel website. Was looking for a cheap week away and whilst we would not normally book a three star hotel this ticked all the boxes and was in budget. The rooms and decor is a little tired the hotel it's self was really nice. The grounds and pool area were really well kept. Staff were very helpful, food quality was good though on an evening we found food choice a little repetitive toward the end of the week (but we have in 4 & 5 star hotels). We did not join in the day time entertainment and our children did not make use of the children's club but they enjoyed the mini disco and evening show and the animation team worked really hard. For a budget week we were pleased with the choice of hotel and have had a really good stay. More

Just so you know, there are restrictions for the waterslides here. Little ones must be a minimum of 1.20m in height and be able to swim.
