We loved it
We read the reviews before and a few people complained that it was loud around the pool and it was more for kids, so we knew this was the place for us! We went as a family of 2 adults and 4 children! All of us were happy the whole time we were there! Food was good and there was a nice variety which in my eyes really makes a hotel, The rooms were fine, we had a few issues but that was with our agents and not the hotel, the pools were great and we spent most of our time down there, we didn't fight for a lounger once and it was just a nice atmosphere! I don't even know what to say about the entertainment! The guys and girls that work there are spot on and a real credit to the hotel, the entertainment was great and if you have kids I do highly recommend going! It's not a 5star hotel and it doesn't try to say it is but for a 3star it is top notch! Thank you very much from all of usMore
Nice family hoilday
Can't fault the hotel it was clean and tidy , the food is a bit boring same old food everyday would of been nice to have a themed nights you have 2 bars where you can eat but again the same food everyday burgers hotdogs chips ,I was glad to get home to eat some different food . .we went as a family with a disabled person which isn't really recommend for people with walking difficulties as the is to many hills and you can't get a mobility scooter down the paths so my dad was quite restricted in what he could do . Taxis are great if you are going as 4 people but not good if you need a mini bus or a disabled taxi as they are limited .I didn't know you could hire a fan until the last day the rooms are very warm I had a bottom apartment opposite the pool so I had the option to sunbath outside .there was lots of sunbeds but the ones around the pool go quick but the beds on the grass are just as good. This is a hoilday for people who either want to stay around the pool or go walking as there is nothing around .A taxi is only 6 euros to playa ingels which has more things to do bars and shops .More
you need to pay extra for that
Reception staff were so rude, unless of course you wish to pay extra for a fan , 17 euros for one week, or a kettle !!, the rooms were so stiffling hot , but unfortunately so were the restaurant and the main room for entertainment, I couldnt bear to sit in there, I did ask at reception a couple of times for the air con to be turned on, but this never happened, on the final day our coach failed to turn up to take us to the airport, after it was 15 mins late I went to reception , I was in the middle of talking to the lady and another phone rang , so she just cut me dead spun round and answered the phone, I was totally flabbergasted. She didn't seem to want to help me in the least , she begrudgingly rang someone to check , but by 35 mins no bus had arrived so we were forced to get a taxi, also do not use. TL Travel. They are dreadful. , they are refusing to reimburse the euros I paid for the taxi , on the plus side , there is a beautiful quiet beach a short distance away, only 180 steps, easy going down but coming back up is a bit more challenging.More

A great family holiday
I want to start by saying ignore the negative reviews. I have just returned from a 2 week family break with my wife and kids (aged 4 and 12) and we had such a relaxing holiday. The room was very spacious and clean (cleaned daily), the food was very good with a enough selection to keep everyone happy with specialist nights (i.e Canarian food). Great Chinese chef too who is there every night. The restaurant was large enough and tables were always available at anytime. Hotel is great for kids of all ages, 3 good swimming pools, waterslides and mini-slide at kids pool and very good evening entertainment including some great shows. Parrot show and photos opportunity not to be missed. Good outside bar area which is very good a night if you do not want to be inside watching the shows. Pool area is cleaned each morning up until 8am so easy to stroll down at 8am and get sun-loungers, so nice not to have to get up at 6am to get the best spots. Staff and entertainment staff very good, helpful and friendly. Food available all day at outside bar, hot food and salads. If you venture out into town, short walk to beach but lots of steps down. Only a few euros in a cab. Would recommend the camel trip at the sand dunes, 10 minute taxi ride but a very good value 1 hour ride on the camels. A great holiday and hotel.More

Just so you know, there are restrictions for the waterslides here. Little ones must be a minimum of 1.20m in height and be able to swim.
