This seafront hotel gives you two pools and Atlantic views. And it scores top marks on the entertainment front, too.
This seafront hotel puts you a comfortable 15-minute walk from Costa Teguise’s centre and beach. Back at the hotel itself, the two pools are the focal point – they’re big and both come with bars.
Food plays a big part here. In the buffet restaurant, British classics sit alongside themed specials, and there’s also a weekly gala night. After dinner, head to the bar for live music, or the pavilion for professional shows.

GENUINE REVIEW 2015
This was our first visit to this Thomson Gold hotel and our second time in Lanzarote in November 2015. We spent two weeks at half board, although most people seem to have opted for all inclusive. Most visitors were elderly which is to be expected at this time of year and it appeared most people were regular visitors with lots of hugs and kisses all round which I found a bit annoying as they seemed to be acting as though they owned the place - a bit annoying. If you don't mind loud talking all day long around the pool and the same people playing the daily games around the pool with groups of six or eighf people playing the daily quiz then you'll be alright here. This might be a bit cynical but not for us. The hotel was a good size on three floors with the first and second floors getting the best of the views. Ground floor rooms were mostly situated around two pools where there were plenty of sunbeds and two bars with limited snacks for lunch. Would have been better with more choice for lunch. The rooms were a good size with comfortable beds and pillows and excellent housekeeping. The TV had plenty of channels to chose from. The bathrooms were a good size too with hairdryer and body/hand wash dispensers, although no other toiletries like shampoo etc. Food was acceptable and the restaurant was nicely laid out and the staff were excellent. As we were half board we paid for drinks after each meal and any snacks were also paid for as we went along. On the whole I would say this hotel was typical four star and doesn't deserve any higher. Our assessment was "comfortable but not luxurious" and we would visit again but not before we have tried others in Lanzarote.More

Just got back from a weeks holiday at this Hotel Coronas Playa
The Bedrooms are large and clean. Food we thought was very good, if you could not find anything you liked you must be a picky person. Outside there are 2 pools and the grounds are kept very clean. We agree with issabella2015 and Dave G First Class HotelMore

Don't go for the entertainment!
The hotel is lovely, rooms are huge and the food is very good. The staff in the restaurant are very kind. But, that is where it ends. The evening entertainment was not good at all, not up to Thomson Gold standards, we were very disappointed. If you like to dance go somewhere else as the dance floor is so small you would have trouble with two couples on it. If you want to spend all day by the pool, great go for it; go to the top pool then you won't be disturbed by the Thomson staff. We also found the rest of the guests to be well into their seventies, it is the perfect place for adults of this age and lots of people go back year after year after year, but this is not for us. Sorry if you are mid fifties and want a bit of entertainment, this is not the place for you.More
