As well as a pair of pools and a waterpark, this place has a top location – the beach is a couple of minutes’ walk away and a 5-minute taxi ride will land you in the centre of town.
The Lanzasur Splash Resort is in a great spot, just a 5-minute walk from Playa Flamingo Beach. But location isn’t the only draw – this place also has a waterpark within its grounds.
Bungalows here come in interconnected pairs – they're in neutral tones and have a minimalist feel to them.

Got back yesterday from a great week in Lanzasur. There were 4 of us aging in range from 6 to 71 years young. Villa - clean albeit small but we literally only slept in it. Didn't bother with TV (why oh why would anyone want to watch TV when the sun is splitting the stones?). Yes we had a cockroach but not sure what people expect when you're off the coast of Africa. No big deal for a grown adult. Food - lovely. Lots of variety and some themed evenings. Water park - super fun. It's small but has everything you need and lots of lifeguards. Pool area - Yes, reserving the sunbeds is a pain but I don't think it's any different in most hotels in Europe. The pools were lovely and clean and a welcome relief in scorching heat. The swap box beside the gym was a lovely idea as my boys spent all week on the lookout for a new inflatable they could try out. Animation team and staff - fabulous. They made the holiday for us all. I barely saw my boys for the week with all the activity and clubs for them. Didn't bother with evening entertainment as it wouldn't be our thing plus the kids were shattered from having such fun during the day. All in all - I've travelled the world and stayed in some of the best hotels money can buy but give me a week of fun for my kids and relaxation by the pool for me and that is the perfect holiday for me and my family. Lanzasur delivered my requirements in spades. I'm already looking at returning next year :)More
Fun in the sun family Holiday
Like 1000's of other people I check out TripAdvisor before I book any Holiday, weigh up the good and bad then make my decision. So here is my review on Lanzasur Club. Arrived around mid day and on seeing the outside of resort knew I had made a good choice, very clean and welcoming. Reception:- Warm welcome from friendly and very informative staff member.Told Bungalow would not be ready until 1 to 1;30.Knew this before we arrived so know surprise there. Got our AI bands and went for a walk about. Restaurant was open so went and had some lunch and cold drink.(will return to restaurant later in review). Returned to reception at 1:15 to collect key as Bungalow all ready for us. Bungalow:- Short walk to Bungalow 429. All accommodation is set above central pool area so you will find you have to walk up sloping paths to access these, but saw many guests with wheel chairs and buggies but no one seemed to have any problems. Could not have been happier with what we found. Bungalow was very clean tidy and well presented, not sure if it had been up dated recently but we could not find fault with it. We have an 11 year old Daughter so it was nice to have a separate bedroom for my Wife and myself and our Daughter was very happy with her bed.No active air con without remote but knew this before we arrived so quick trip back to reception. 40 euro per week plus 20 euro deposit. Cheaper to pay for at resort than through travel company. Also extra charge for safe. TV needs remote and you have to pay for this or simply us the buttons on the set. Restaurant:- Now I could list all the food on offer but as this a review and not a cookery book, lets just say there is a MASSIVE choice of very high standard food on offer and if you can not find anything you like then I am not sure what you are looking for. Regular theme nights make it a very enjoyable dinning experience. Always found the staff to be happy and very hard working. Can get very busy so find the time best for you. Pool area:- Two large pools and dip pool for the kids. Gets very busy and a lot of lounger reserving goes on from very early in the morning. To be expected as happens every where you go. Nice to see resort have thought about guests with mobile problems as there is a ramp with hand rail into one of the big pools.Pool bar with snacks and self service soft and hot drinks all day.Burgers, hot dogs, fruit and salad only.A bit of litter which the life guards will collect but plenty of bins around if you want to clear up after yourself. Water park:- Great addition to the resort. Not the largest but very clean and tidy with more lifeguards than you could shake a stick at. AI carries on in there, but if you don't want snacks then just pop back to resort. No queuing to get in as you have priority with wrist band. Bar:- Self service beer tap, soft drinks and hot drinks.Local brand drinks served by bar man. Bar man always cheerful as was all the staff we had the pleasure to meet. Entertainment:- Animation team are brilliant, always smiling and great with the kids. Not much for the adults but the little ones love it. A few "professional" acts in the evening for the adults. To sum up this review,The Lanzasur Club is top of our tick list for another visit in 2018 as we have already booked to go somewhere else for 2017. Please note....this is a family resort so if you don't have kids or don't like kids this may not be the place for you. A MASSIVE thankyou to the Management and staff as you made our holiday a great success. See you again soonMore
Having read a lot of reviews before our weeks all inclusive stay I was a bit sceptical but we all found no problems with the hotel and staff! We went as a family of 6 including a 12 year old and a 3 year old! We arrived late at night and check in was a smooth process although it would have been nice for someone to show us to our rooms as we had some difficulty finding ours due to it being dark! People need to remember this is a 3* hotel so expect 3* qualify! The food was defiantly not 3* quality, definitely nearer 4/5*! The restaurant was always busy but this is to be expected, the staff in there work tirelessly to ensure the area remains clean! Bas, one of the waiters and barman is especially happy and cheerful and makes a big effort with all guests! The pool area is good, you do need to get up early to get a sun lounger but that's common everywhere isn't it? We didn't pay for air con and were fine in the rooms, it is a bit naughty that the charge for this is extra but as I say we didn't get it! The Aqua park is good and helps break up the day! Overall we had a great holiday, all staff were helpful, friendly and extremely hardworking! The Animation team were good and always made a fuss of the kids and took time out to speak to people! We don't usually go back to the same place but if the price was right we'd consider itMore
The hotel was busy, kids screeming allover the place, towels on the sunbeds at 06.00am a heaving mass during the day. No kettle in the room, we were self catering. crockery an cutlery were limited and small lounge / kitchen. no internal table to dine off, one on the patio though, too cold to eat out in the mornings. would never stay there again.More
