Lanzasur Splash Resort

As well as a pair of pools and a waterpark, this place has a top location – the beach is a couple of minutes’ walk away and a 5-minute taxi ride will land you in the centre of town.

The Lanzasur Splash Resort is in a great spot, just a 5-minute walk from Playa Flamingo Beach. But location isn’t the only draw – this place also has a waterpark within its grounds.

Bungalows here come in interconnected pairs – they're in neutral tones and have a minimalist feel to them.

Lanzasur

Stayed for 7 nights here didnt think much of it not a place for couples, We found it a bit like Butlins due to the number of kids so didnt make for an exactly peaceful week. Love Lanzarotte just didnt love the Lanzasur. Hotel room was clean room situated at the back so lots of traffic noise being set on a main road. No air-conditioning either though fans were available at a cost! Staff were friendly and the onsite water park was good.Food was ok but ate out most of the time,More

Nice place to stay for a peaceful week

Lanasur club was a very nice hotel the accommodation is little bungalows dotted around the complex they are clean and spacious and have a kitchenette with kettle fridge microwave ect. Lovely size terrace with patio furniture and clothes airer.. loved this as usually stay in a hotel block. Pool area was OK the water park was nice but not so much for older teenage children.. lovely food in there too. Hotel food wasn't great but lots of choice if you're not so fussy. Snacks at pool bar not great either. Close to the most beautiful beach of playa blanch could have sat there all day everyday. Loved lanzarote itself.More

Tracy S,

great for families, friendly staff, good food

We are currently half way through our stay. Hotel nice, clean, rooms are ok, bit basic. You only get wi fi free for one gadget, for second, third tablets or phones it's 25 euros each for the week. Safe is 15 euros to hire so we decided to keep bank cards etc in a locked suitcase instead. These two things are probably the only negatives. Food is good, great choice, swimming pools nice, beach a five minute walk out the back of the hotel. You can walk along the coast from the beach to the centre of Playa Blanca where there are shops and eateries. Have been swimming in the sea , feels cold at first but lovely once in. Did the Short South Tour to the national park of Timanfaya, looking at the lava fields etc. Cost 20 Euro, we were gone from 1100 to 1600, good value. Off to the market in Teguise tomorrow morning. Gifts and food outside the hotel are reasonably priced. Lanzarote is very dry with little rain all year, distinct lack of vegetation, insects etc, odd compared to the UK. Weather rarely rises above 30 and rarely falls below 20. Been windy every day, I think the wind is a constant here. TRADE WINDS I think they are called. A great holiday so far, friendly staff who make your stay even more enjoyable.More

Honest review

Having just returned from the Lanzasur after booking a last minute family holiday I thought I would share my experience. Firstly I would like to point out that as a family we are generally easy to please and easy going wherever we stay. So here it goes... The entertainment is great and this keeps the kids busy from morning until night. My boys both had a really fun time. The water park is a great addition, although as a pregnant spectator I was disappointed that instead of sun loungers being provided, there were these decking type chairs that were quite uncomfortable for a long period. Cleanliness of the hotel is something that really must be improved! Our rooms were attended to most days, however the floor was filthy. We had to resort in keeping flip flops on at all times to prevent getting dirty black feet as soon as we stepped out of the shower. The rooms are rather dated in reality to what is shown on the website. The pool area wasn't very clean. I never once saw the pool side being cleaned of an evening meaning the following morning we had to ask someone to remove the half eaten hotdogs laying around the sunloungers before setting up for the day. The spilt fizzy drink patches were never cleaned making it a haven for ants! The toilets around the hotel were filthy. The ground in dirt around the cubical door handles was an issue for me. However I avoided touching this and used my foot to open all toilet doors. Food was nice, plenty of choice especially at breakfast time. Location of the hotel is great and close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The steak house was amazing. The irish bar is also good for those football loving men. Unfortunately during out last night myself and my youngest son got very sick. Myself being sick for 12 hours straight!. This made my journey home hell on earth. Whether this was down to the lack of cleanliness who knows! More

Happy Campers!!

Just returned from a week here and very pleased overall with our stay. Very family orientated. Would not recommend to couples or lone travellers. Always amazes me child free people visit these types of holidays and then moan about the amount of kids ( do your research!) Food fine. Bit "samey" but fully expected on an all inclusive. Staff work tirelessly in the restaurant and always have a smile on their face. Drinks, fantastic! Local beer not bad at all. Rooms. Lovely. Was nice to stay in something a bit different and my children and I enjoyed lots of lizard spotting our walks to the bungalow. Waterpark. Brill addition to the holiday and the kids loved it. The Timikitchen there is fantastic, spotless and we ate there lots. Majority of the entertainment team work hard. Heard some negative things about the kids club but personally mine don't use them so not a problem I encountered. General cleanliness of the place could be better. But all in all a decent holiday and we would return in the future. More
