As well as a pair of pools and a waterpark, this place has a top location – the beach is a couple of minutes’ walk away and a 5-minute taxi ride will land you in the centre of town.
The Lanzasur Splash Resort is in a great spot, just a 5-minute walk from Playa Flamingo Beach. But location isn’t the only draw – this place also has a waterpark within its grounds.
Bungalows here come in interconnected pairs – they're in neutral tones and have a minimalist feel to them.

Best holiday yet
We arrived around 9pm check in was slowish because we were not the only arrivals. We were treated to wine, water or orange juice while waiting. Restaurant was still open so we were told to leave bags in a side room while we ate. Finding our bungalow was a bit of a problem in the dark but we found it. The heat was pretty overwhelming in rooms so if you can sort out air conditioning do. Warning not every bungalow has air conditioning, you pay for it as well. Food was very good I found but every taste is different, limited choice of alcohol for all inclusive but you'll find something. Wine and beer are on tap as us soft drinks. Pool and water park are well kept and great to just chill at. The water park is not massive but its great for keeping eye on the kids, down side to water park is the chairs no sunbeds. Now the animation team wow you won't find any that work harder and make sure everyone is involved, long hours and still smiling. Now my only negative. My daughter found out weeks ago that a mermaid experience is held on a Wednesday morning and had been looking forward to it as she's obsess with them. We were there early and waited but it was never announced by reps, hotel or the person doing it so my daughter missed it. Thinking it was on twice she went back later to be told it's over. One very gutted girl on last day of holidays. Please please Lanzasur make note and make it clearer about times and places for activities not run by animation team. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel for families. Don't believe some of the more negative reviews. Sorry if this is bit ifMore

Amazing family holiday!
Wow where do I start! Our family had the best time at the lanzasur from start to finish. We flew out on the 22nd September with Thomson/ first choice and arrived around 8.45pm at the lanzasur. We checked in quickly by the very friendly gentleman at reception and were shown to the restaurant for our evening meal. Then we quickly found our bungalows and got our little ones settled for the night. The next day our holiday really began. The weather was hot, the pool area was lovely and clean. The rooms were clean and comfortable but ours did not have air con- this would have made a big difference to us. I know from speaking to some guests that some rooms did have air con so I think it must be luck of the draw! The onsite water park was an added bonus with great slides a lazy river, wave pool and splash pool. Great for all the family! Food and drink The breakfast was great. Everything you would expect along with freshly made omelettes and pancakes! Yummy! There were hotdogs available at the pool bar and the Lunch and dinner buffets were great. The food was hot and plentiful there was always something new to try. I will say that we were only here for a week and some who were there for 2 weeks did find the food repetitive for the second week but for us it was great! We Enjoyed everything! The theme nights were great and we especially enjoyed the Mexican night...and the tequila as we came into the restaurant! There were drinks available throughout the day and a good range of tasty cocktails to try. Entertainment The animation team at the hotel were wonderful, working so hard all day everyday and involving all the family. My husband enjoyed the day time activities with Hermes and Fabio, especially the darts! and my children aged 5 and 8 absolutely loved getting involved in the activities that were led by angi, sylvana and Sandra and they even asked to go to the kids club. This has never happened before!! The girls were amazing with them and they really made the kids holiday! The mini disco was great and I have been singing the cheep cheep song since I got home. The shows from outside entertainers were ok too. A slight issue for us was that some evenings the entertainment was indoors and it was just too hot and seemed silly when there was a stage outside. However this didn't stop our enjoyment! My only real niggle was not with the hotel it was with first choice. During our stay I saw our rep once which was at our welcome meeting. In comparison to our holiday to menorca with Thomas Cook earlier this year the rep service was terrible. In fact it was non existent. In menorca the rep interacted with the guests coming round the pool to see if the guests were happy and enjoying themselves and joining in with activities. No such thing with our first choice rep. Very disappointing! Overall this was an amazing family holiday. Thanks to the animation team for making our stay so enjoyable! We would go back in the blink of an eye! But I think future holidays will be with Thomas Cook not first choice! The Rodgers family More
Just got back from a week at Lanzasur and I wouldn't return or recommend. We arrived to find out there were no rooms available with air conditioning (apparently you have to request this when booking but I was never advised this) but fans are available at 20 euros each including 10euro deposit that you get back. We arrived in the evening around 9pm and sent away to find our room (which was not easy in the dark with 2 kids in tow and luggage). The place feels like an old fashioned butlins, plastic chairs, tables and drinks in plastic cups. The room was clean but basic and really hot without air con and felt a bit tired, you can also hear next door and the entertainment rattling around the place. The breakfast was quite good but it's like eating in a school canteen, people everywhere, really noisy, not relaxing in anyway. The food was ok but we did end up eating out (Chinese next to the beach is lovely) as we couldn't stand it every night. There is nowhere to go and enjoy a relaxing drink after dinner unless you want the entertainment as they only open 1 bar, either in the lobby or by the pool (if you are lucky you might get a drink in a glass from the lobby bar). The staff work hard to keep the dining room clean and tidy but no one seems to bother much with the tables outside so it always looks messy and not appealing at all. After asking at reception a few times we did manage to get moved to a room with air con which helped sleeping (you have to pay for it too). The pool area is quite full on and noisy but the water park is much much better, you can get your lunch there too and the food was nice and fresh and the whole water park is really clean and tidy. The beach was a short walk away and is lovely so you can easily go there everyday. All in all we enjoyed the holiday but we should have stayed somewhere else, it is geared up for kids but it's not the sort of place we would normally choose. Lesson learnt!More

What a great place!!!
From the time we arrived to the time we left we've had a great time. The staff were really helpful. Hotel only 200m from a fantastic bay / beach. The food is excellent with no or very little repetition. The best thing about this hotel is the animation team. They are excellent with adults and children alike. Downside no air conditioning but fans are available More
The staff were really nice, but the food & drink were quite average. The splash park was great and we spent most of our time there. It was really windy, you couldn't enjoy a meal outside, I'm not sure if this is normal or we were just unlucky. Wi-fi was great, we could even get it in our room. Playa Blanca was lovely, we got a taxi there most days for only a few euro's.More
