great location and food
Myself, Boyfriend and Gran sayed here 01/05-08/05.... and it was faultless food - great really good selection and we are very fussy eaters !! location - Perfect literally over the road was a bar strip ideal for us as my gran went to bed early and me and my boyfriend went over to the bars. Also it was very close to all the shops and the beach. Rooms was nice and clean, staff was polite , entertainment was ok we didnt see much of it though as never got the early seats... great week would 100% returnMore

Food was excellent with so much choices on offer. very clean beautiful hotel with very pleasant efficient staff ,especially on reception who went out of their way to help us with a trip we booked from home.Would definitely stay here again on returning to playa blancaMore
Holiday with friends
We have returned from another great holiday at Lanzarote Princess. We are a group of five ladies and had a two and a three bedroom which we found a bit small with three trying to get ready at the same time. There was a good variety of food which was replaced regularly, often before the dish was empty, and also fresh food being cooked each day. There was entertainment in the main hall and also in the bar every evening except Sunday. It was a short walk into the town and a in the other direction the market. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful.More
Stayed 30/4/17-10/5/17 on Bed n Breakfast basis. Room 2069 above restaurant over looking sea. Being solo safety is paramount and I slept sound all holiday, with an abundance of pillows. comfy beds, air-con, and ear plugs for the vast wood pigeons and other birds which sound beautiful when you choose to arise. On arrival there were 2 bottles of water and a plate of sweets ( cake, donuts etc) which were free of charge. Mini fridge kept the liquids cool and the bathroom lotions n potions were very nice. Room cleaned ever day and bathroom condiments topped up daily. TV had BBC1, ITV (North West) Disney channel and the usual suspects. Breakfast was great with omelettes made to order as you wait ( always a queue for that) fresh fruit smoothies and the rest, the take away drinks in cardboard cups is a nice touch.Pool area is a families dream. Location spot on with a 5 min walk to the beach with sunbeds and 2 supermarkets very close.More

very average hotel
Stayed last week at the H10 Lanzarote Princess, for 10 days.We have travelled to the Canaries for many years now,and Lanzarote many many times. For us,travelling as a couple,we felt this hotel was a very average 3 - 4 star, and to be rated 4star plus is rather misleading. We had a sea-view suite, with all inclusive.Alledgedly the hotel rooms had been upgraded, certainly this suite must have been missed, particularly the bathroom, which was quite shabby, and in desperate need of an update. However the balcony had a sea view and sunbeds. The restaurant had a canteen feel, food was ok,but the outside eating area was dirty and plagued with birds. The birds also helped themselves to breakfast inside the restaurant too.Not good.More
