Another Great Week at the H10 Lanzarote Princess
Got back yesterday. Another fantastic time with them. Nothing is to little for them to attend to. Friendly & Efficient From the welcoming drink when you arrive to the booking of the taxi when I left. All 100% The only negative was, our stay was not long enough. Stayed here many times, I know you will think is corny, each stay gets better & better Try their al la carte restaurant, awesome food! Thanks so much GJRMore
A big thankyou to all the staff at the Lanzarote Princess, particularly at reception who are always polite, friendly, and helpfull ,which turns a very good hotel into a great one. Me and my partner enjoyed our recent stay so much that within 36 hours of arriving home i had booked for us to return for a week in December, to celebrate her birthday. Thank you again ChristiaanMore
Wonderful holiday in an amazing hotel
Just returned from a 12 night stay in this hotel. From checking in to checking out it was amazing. Reception so friendly and efficient, welcomed with a glass of cava and checked in within 10 minutes. Room (1028) was large with more storage space than is normal with two wardrobes along with drawers. Modern bathroom and everything spotless and was kept that way throughout our stay by our lovely maid. Good sized balcony that got the sun in the afternoon and was sheltered from the wind. The food was excellent (although a little cool at times but it is a buffet after all so to be expected). The show cooking was always cooked as requested and we could not fault the choices at all meals. All the bar staff were very friendly and named brands were available on all inclusive as were the amazing coffees at Mikes coffee shop where all the staff were very friendly even at busy times. The staff in the pool bar work so hard and are always friendly and efficient. The snack bar is a great idea and everything is also included in all inclusive, we had a few delicious salads there for lunch for a change to going in the dining room. There are four members of the animation team but we learned that there had been seven up to a few weeks ago which may have been noticeable in their own show. They work so hard all day and even on their day off two of them are there in the evening to help with the shows. The entertainment was very good although as to be expected some better than others. If this isn't to your choice there is always music in the piano bar but at times this can be too loud if you want to sit and chat but many people enjoyed it and got up to dance...as did we !!!!! As has been said before the location is very good, we have been to playa blanca many times but this is our first visit to this hotel and it will not be our last nor will it be our last to H10 hotels if this is the standard of them. Thanks to ALL the staff involved for such a wonderful holiday and we will return. More
Lovely, spacious hotel. Very clean. Welcoming staff. Reasonably priced when eating in their own restaurants. Conveniently located near the main town and marina, within walking distance. Close to all amenities. Spacious roomsMore
Consistent H10 Formula
Have stayed in H10 hotels in Playa Blanca, 5* fully inclusive and found the Princess consistent with the product. If anything a bit less user friendly than others: The pool bar, coffee bar and indoor coffee bar seem to be a bit overlapping, a pool bar with all-day food is better. A bit better daytime lounge room would be better where you can just read and order a coffee would be nice. More seating room in the piano bar at night would also be better. We had a downstairs room with side aspect onto what looked like a building site, although screened off, best to avoid. Tea and coffe making in the room should be the norm these days, particularly 5* Had a young family next door and the nostalia of crying babies in the night was not welcome, perhaps it was a ground floor thing. More likely to get young kids during school time (older ones at school). Staff generally friendly and helpfull. Had to point out a dangerous trip hazzard on a worn carpet in the foyer, they said they'd get maintenance to look at it, wrong, someone could have been badly hurt, they should have been on it straight away. Only one speciality A la carte restatant whereas had 3 before. Personally I find the stadard buffet meal arrangement in all these hotels a bit bland and although they try hard to give a wide variety, it just seems bland. OK for breakfast and lunch but not dinner. You might want to budget for a few meals out, at least the town is close.More
