Two ocean-view pools steal the show at this grand hotel. The entertainment is well worth staying in for, too.
There’s a colonial feel to this stylish hotel, with its high ceilings and dark-wood detail. But the first thing you’re likely to notice is the ocean view – it’s particularly impressive from the two lagoon pools.
A mix of local and international dishes makes the menu in the buffet restaurant, while the entertainment features everything from piano music to flamenco dancing. The nearest beach and bars are only a 10-minute walk away.

Just returned from the Natura Palace after a 21 day stay, having stayed there several times in recent years. It is an immaculate hotel and cannot be faulted for its location, accommodation, facilities and helpful staff. However this time the food quality was not up to previous high standards (except for the excellent breakfasts) with heavy reliance on pork and veal as the main staple for evening meals. The variety and type of food is generally the same on most nights but given different names (International, Canarian, Sunset etc.) although stops are pulled out for the Directors Dinner on Friday nights which is very good. There are no longer Mexican, Italian or Chinese nights which used to provide a nice tasty change from the standard menu. The hard working Waiting -On staff are clearly under pressure, doubling up in the restaurant and bars, so evening service can be slow in clearing away plates and dishes; as are also the chefs, as the previous excellent head chef seems to be rarely there now. Similarly the room staff, with rooms often not made up until mid-afternoon. It seems that budget economies are having an effect, and not one expected of the Sensimar brand. Thomson Tui have not yet got the "Culinarium experience right at this hotel - it doesn't live up to its promotion and publicity, as it is outside in the wrong setting and the ambience and service provided does not live up to its billing. Even so we had a lovely holiday , but Hipotel and Thomson TUI management need to address particular conncerns and issues if customer expectations of the new Sensimar concept are to be met. Will we return once again ? Yes - probably.More
Last Minute Escape
This was a last minute escape and we dropped so lucky to choose this place. Every meal was fantastic and all staff where so helpful. Do not hesitate to book. We upgraded to full board and it was well worthwhile. We ate out a couple of times, but regretted it. We just kept comparing the choice and quality to our hotel, the hotel won every time. More
2 weeks of pure luxury
Just spent 2 weeks in this amazing hotel. In arrival we were upgraded to a private 2 bed villa on the sea front in the beautiful grounds. staff, food and facilities were superb. The best part was eating in the outdoor, covered dining area. An extremely successful holiday. We want to book again xMore

One of the best hotels I've been to.
From the moment we arrived, this warranted 5stars !! Fabulous food, International and a Local Canarian Night. Wonderful selection of fish, seafood and meat dishes. Some freshly cooked at stations whilst you wait. Piping hot! There is something for everyone in the restaurant run by the maitre D Miguel. The grounds are very clean, beautifully manicured, cacti, shrubs, flowers. Also the pool areas are kept clean, supervised by Lifeguard Miguel. The Lady General Manager was very helpful, excellent Reception staff, with special praise for the helpful English Receptionist who booked us Taxis and a Rickshaw!! Our Suite had lovely views overlooking Fuerteventura and pools. Immaculately clean. We will definitely return later this year. Also, it had recently become an Adult Only Hotel. We had left 7 gorgeous Grand Children back in Uk!!! Bliss!! A diamond of a Hotel!!More
