Two ocean-view pools steal the show at this grand hotel. The entertainment is well worth staying in for, too.
There’s a colonial feel to this stylish hotel, with its high ceilings and dark-wood detail. But the first thing you’re likely to notice is the ocean view – it’s particularly impressive from the two lagoon pools.
A mix of local and international dishes makes the menu in the buffet restaurant, while the entertainment features everything from piano music to flamenco dancing. The nearest beach and bars are only a 10-minute walk away.

to celebrate my wifes 70th birthday
We holidayed here in jan 2015 and again in 2016. The design of the hotel is excellent and spacious. Reception staff and room cleaners are helpful and efficient. However the standards in the dining room were not as good as last year insofar as too few staff resulting in slow service for drinks and very slow in taking away dirty pots -not the staffs fault who did their best breakfast food very good but dinner not quite as good as last year web site does not mention tea and coffee in room but noticed on the room picture that there was tea and coffee facilities ! Reception staff said if they were not in the room then tell them -they werent and were supplied promptly. I suggested to the manager why not get the room cleaners to put tea and coffee in all rooms and then reception dont have to mention it. I gleaned they did not have enough !! All in all a decent standard, but not the standard , level of detail and above all the excellent management I am used to in my "banker " hotel I have been going to for many years which consistently makes little improvements every year - it even sends its guests a xmas card each year !! Its name ? Athena royal beach hotel at paphos, cyprus hope these comments are useful philip w.More
Was slightly worried about coming after reading reviews detailing a bug.I would like to allay anyones fears.the hotel is beautiful, very, very clean.staff could not be more helpful. Initially some of the food was not terribly hot however this seems to have been rectified..abundant choice. Hand gels in dining room. I would also like to say that the only instances I seen of unhygenic behaviour was from other guests...on 1 evening ..a man standing eating olives..hand to mouth and back to bowl...whilst filling his plate...another woman could not wait to taste the chocolate fountain by putting her chocolate covered strawberry on her plate...so ate it and went back in with same stick...so perhaps we need to look at us as guests before blaming anything else.would cetainly come back.More

Stayed one week at this hotel from 5th January, on the outset it looks a lovely hotel, the food was great and the main areas well decorated, but we stayed in a part of the hotel they call the out building, the room was big and we had lovely views, the hallway to our room had a flickeringl light water leak from the ceiling and badly worn carpeting so if you plan to stay avoid this Ares, also the doorframe in our bathroom was really badly splintered where water had gotten in to the frame and they have not repaired it. Another thing I found disappointing was the spa advertised as part of the hotel but is actually outside the hotel and not free, the spa us cold water too. We enjoyed our stay but don't think we would return.More

Our 11th stay at this hotel and having read the recent gloom and doom reports and noting that TIU now have an exclusive deal with Hipotels, we wondered if the old adage 'never go back' might come home to roost. Ha! We didn't need to worry about a thing. The Natura Palace is better than ever. Our room on the 3rd floor, overlooking the pool and the sea to Fuertaventura was clean and comfortable. The TV channels have been updated and now include BBC1 and ITV. The staff (who we imagined might be less than happy with TUI's influence) were as friendly and smiley as ever. The food is fantastic with a huge selection of dishes together with themed dinners most nights. This is a lovely hotel and if you don't object to the kiddy's pool having been filled in and planted up. you'll have a great time. We didn't manage to find any other guests who had suffered with the dreaded norovirus but accept that during the winter it's a risk of being sociable whether at home or abroad. We'll be heading back to the Natura Palace again next year for sure. It's great!More
Spent a week here 1.1.17 , of course we were worried when we read the reviews, I eve phoned Thompson, who denied any problem at the hotel, which didn't help at all just made us more sceptical. We were careful what we ate, no salads withmeat in, fresh cooked fish and meat use of hand sanitiser etc and we were fine. Still fail to see why the management (thompson/TUI ) dont be more open about the situation. The last night at the hotel a Thompson rep was on duty asking people to use hand sanitiser, a bit late after we'd been there a week! It seemed there still is a problem aswe also found a letter on the Thompson notice board with advice on what to do in the event of problems. The hand sanitiser is still in the wrong place, you dont see it when you walk into the restaurant, infact we saw more people using it on exit than entry, surely it would be so easy to move it to the head of the queque ? The food selection is simply amazing even more thanthebest cruise ships, as self service i'd even say its too much! The hotel is very nice, very spacious lobby and bar but a little chilly in the evening. Staff very friedlyand helpful, entertainment mixed but entertaining (elvis !) Lovely ouside areas, some at the side ofthe hotel need some attention but I'm sure this is in hand (TUI only took over in NoV 2016). We did laugh on the way back to the airport, someone said they didnt stay at Natura because their Thomas Cook agent told them it was a Naturist hotel! For those reading it isnt, there is a small well hidden area if you need to bare all but thereis no requirement !!! Overall a lovely hotel we met lots of people who had stayed before ,testimony to the popularityMore
