The food at this contemporary hotel comes highly recommended – as do its 2 pools and beachside setting.
Set in vast landscaped gardens just 20 metres from the beach, the buildings of this hotel are inspired by local artist, Cesar Manrique. The décor is cool and contemporary, and there’s a huge atrium-style lobby.
The hotel has 2 pools and an outstanding buffet restaurant. If you want to venture out, the harbour town of Puerto del Carmen is a 3-minute drive down the road.

Book it now, you won't regret it.
Just back from a lovely relaxing week at the Los Jameos 13th-21st. What an amazing hotel. A short taxi ride from the airport. From the moment you walk through the entrance you will be in awe at the reception/lounge area. A warm welcome and a porter takes you to a spacious and immaculately clean room. The pool area is spotless and regularly monitored by staff with them rigidly enforcing the saving of sunbeds before 9am. If a sunbed is not attended for more than 90 mins after 9am the towels are removed. This simple process allowed people to sleep in/relax knowing there will be sunbeds at 8:30 rather than sneaking down at 6am to ensure you get a bed. Nice children's play area, large mini golf course, excellent games room, adequate gym with aerobic classes, superb high quality free sauna/spa/lounge area, seperate nudist area, free washing/drying machines (even provide soap powder/liquid). Table tennis tables, tennis courts (instruction available at extra cost), large chess & draught sets are placed around to use. WiFi was better than many hotels I've been in and except at very busy times got a signal by the poolside and in my room which was one of the furthest away from the reception. The piano bar was a surprise as they had a different performer every evening but all of them a very high quality? The manager Beate led her team of staff from early in the morning to late at night, she was ever present and available to make your holiday perfect and maintain the excellent standards and quality. Everything about the hotel was top quality even down to the all inclusive drinks. Proper Coca Cola/Fanta from bottles not a fizzy pump. Proper Smirnoff vodka, Gordon's gin, Tullamore whisky, Baileys etc. Top quality food selection to suit all tastes. The reviews show that you will find very little to complain about while here, and if you do, just speak to Beate and she will try to sort it straight away for you if it's physically possible to do so. All I can say is just book it, you won't regret it.More
Lovely Holiday to Seaside Los Jameos
We stayed here for a week 31st March - 7th April. Overall we had a lovely holiday here. The hotel itself is spotless and we found the food and drinks to be of a really good standard for a European all inclusive. We found most of the staff to be helpful and friendly. The pool bar closed at 5:30 which we found a bit frustrating as there was still plenty of sun and people around the pool. This in turn meant the other bar was busy and you had to wait a while to be served. The grounds of the hotel were really nice and felt pretty tranquil, even in the school holidays. We loved that you could walk to the end of the resort, out of the sliding doors and on to the promenade and beach. The evening entertainment could have been a little bit better but isn't the worst we have endured. Our daughter (7) loved the kids club and went most days, the play area just outside of this was also great. We did find the pools too cold, even the heated one. The rooms were nice and light and extremely clean. the beds we found really comfortable. We will definitely be returning to this hotel and would highly recommend.More
Another superb visit
Visited for 11 days before Easter. Lovely room with sea view and afternoon sunshine. Went all inclusive. Excellent selection of food and drinks. Very hard working staff. Could have done with more staff on the bars at peak times as could be lengthy waits for drinks. Usual issue with sunbeds but always beds available somewhere. will look forward to visiting again.More
Another wonderful stay
This was our 4th stay as a family and after our little boy asking for a longer stay we opted for 10 days rather than the usual 7. As other reviews have mentioned, yes it was busier than previously - however we all had a fantastic time, credit to Beate and her management team, who were always visible. Jessica, Micky, Cristian thank you for making Alex's holiday amazing once again ( and Pepe of course). We met some lovely people and will be back again.....More
