The reference of luxury
As they advertise themselves, this hotel is really the reference of luxury. Te whole staff is charming and always have a smile or a few nice words for you. At the reception, the whole personnel speak 4-5 languages, Yaroslav was so kind and checked us in in hungarian, which is not too common. The hotel itself is a real tropical garden with 2 amazing pools, the upper one with sweet water among palm trees and another in beach Club Las Rocas with salty water. The rooms are modern and comfortable, breakfast is awesome with friendly cooks, don't miss Alberto's omlette. The hotel has hundreds of sunbeds around both pools, our friend Juan Pedro can help you find the best location for relax. There is free wifi in all areas, but it is better to switch of all equipments and enjoy this beautiful place. The Las Americas/Costa Adeje is a few minutes walk on the beautiful seaside alley from here.Let the pictures speak.More

Just returned home from my second stay at this hotel and I cannot fault it in any shape or form. Great welcome in reception with glass of cava/prosecco. My room on the 7th floor was so much better than last time (1st floor which is now being renovated) and the sea and mountain views were superb. Even though renovations are in progress these were very unobtrusive and very little noise. A credit to the management and contractors. I had a brilliant week and my happy place, Las Rocas Beach Club, just cannot be bettered. I will be returning asap. Thank you Hotel Jardin Tropical for a lovely stay. Staff are all happy and obliging, breakfast choice superb. Any little niggles I had last time did not exist this time - I can only put that down to the takeover by Tui Blue! The little details make all the difference. More
Fabalous Hotel and Fanatstic Spa
I am not one for giving reviews, however I often find it helpful to check out the ratings for a hotel before booking a trip, so I thought its my turn to share my experience at Jardin Tropical ... It's a very clean hotel and the staff are very professional, friendly and helpful - offering first class customer service (from front office, to bar and restaurant, and the spa) .. I really enjoyed the spa and my masseuse Eva gets 5 stars ..she is very professional and speaks very good English (and Spanish) although originally from Hungary.. The hotel offer beautiful grounds for relaxation -which I had a full week to enjoy it more ..as it offers truly amazing spots to relax and lay back in the sun or the shade .. At check in the receptionist explained a map which he referred to as our city ..I was offered a holding room as arrived early I only spent 3 nights, so did not get to experience the fresh waster swimming pool and all the restaurants but I loved the sea food Restaurant (las Rocas) which offers fantastic choice of sea food and us vegetarian friendly with a great view of the ocean view and an outline of what's on offer within a mile away - a lots of shops, fabulous night life attractions and a host of options for food and drink and papagayo night club (very fancy too) The only thing that's missing as pointed out by other reviewers is in room tea and coffee making facilities .. Overall I will say this hotel is at the very top end of 4 stars and my return visit is sure at some stage ( all being well ) !!More
Good hotel but
Me and my husband came here for our honeymoon at the end of April - Beginning of May, It is a lovely hotel but on the last few days our room was literally next to the renovation site, being woke up at 8am by workmen and painters (the walls are so thin you could literally hear the paint brush against the wall) I complained about this on the second to last day to the reception to which I was informed 'work doesn't start until 10am' went back to the room and there someone was painting, it wasn't just the painting it was the fact the workers would talk so loud to eachother and the walls were so thin it felt as if they we're next to us, we could even hear the people in the room above us when their mobile phone rang and vibrated it was so loud, we complained about that too and we were told that if we moved rooms it would still be the same. The rest of the hotel is lovely but we wanted something special for our honeymoon and mentioned when we checked in the reason why we were travelling hoping we would get a sea view room or something, instead they put us in a room facing the street. on check out we mentioned all the problems above again to see if anything can be done on the remaining balance, instead we were told we would be entered into a prize draw. Despite all of this it didn't ruin our honeymoon and we still had a good time we just wanted something special for our honeymoon.More
