Lovely hotel but not got that added extra!
Nice hotel: Yes Staff helpful and friendly: Yes Would I go back: No - the reasons being the following Bedrooms - Booked two double rooms ended up with two rooms with two single beds pushed together. This meant that you couldn't sleep in the middle for fear of falling through. The mattresses were not that comfortable. Bathroom good size with a lovely shower and a few toiletries. There was no brewing facilities in the room - which sometimes you just want to get up and make a brew and sit on the balcony chilling before going for breakfast! Breakfast - Lovely, however why have a combination of fresh fruit and tinned fruit? Fresh fruit should be served all the time. Lots of choice from cereals, pancakes, all types of eggs, pastries, bread etc. Sometimes you had to wait a while for the eggs which was a bit annoying. Coffee served in the smallest cup you can imagine - one mouthful and it needed topping up again - larger coffee cups or mugs would be better. Sunbeds - not enough to go around - we witnessed on two separate occasions people sitting on chairs as they couldn't get a bed - not sure if this was because of the refurbishment or not! Also, you were only allowed to have your bed for an hour reserved then the policy was that the towel would be removed - this did not happen - people were putting their towels on the bed first thing in the morning, going for breakfast then not returning until at least lunch time! Either stick to the policy or more beds are needed. Staff - very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Hotel - does need refurbishment (broken tiles near pool area etc) and this was happening whilst we were there and I think with what they have planned it will be stunning. Bar - again very friendly staff but on more than one occasion they took a tip from us without asking or leaving it to our choice - and we do tip we always have done. So we found this a little bit rude when they returned with less change than what we should have received. Minibar in room - this is chargeable and charged at the end of the stay - we were told we had taken a can of heineken and was nearly charged for it until we told them that we hadn't taken anything from the mini bar - which we hadn't! This only leaves us to believe that the cleaner/s are removing items - or that it wasn't there in the first place. Area - this was the bit we hated the most. The area is so near Playa de las Americas it is like walking out on blackpool promenade - with all the restaurants showing pictures of the food on the menus! All in all we had a lovely holiday as we made it our own and got a taxi to different parts of Tenerife. If you like this part of Tenerife then this has got to be the hotel to stay in especially when all the refurbishment is finished as what I saw of what they have planned it is going to be lovely. If you don't want to be near Playa De Las Americas then this isn't the hotel for you.More

Beautiful, but loud party music constantly playing ruins so much !!
The hotel is beautiful, the people are nice, the view is probably the best at Tenerife! This hotel is different from many other ones at this island because of its more "classy" profile. No glossy and noisy colors or events, but a delicate and tropical atmosphere. Unfortunately they are ruining that relaxing uniqueness by playing loud party-music around the pool area. If you have a room facing the ocean you'll hear it constantly during the day. Very, very sad, as the reason why we chose this Hotel was because we thought it would be different from the many others here. If you want to hear songs like "Bailando" and Justin Bieber you can easily find it almost ANY restaurant or bar close by. The hotel should be a place for relaxation in my opinion. Besides that I miss more healthy options on the breakfast buffet (a salad bar maybe). Dinner options at the hotel and around is excellent. Attended some of the daily work out classes and they where great.More
Can't fault this hotel at all we have been twice now and both times have been amazing, the breakfast is great so much choice. The rooms and pool areas are also fab. The hotel is going through a few updates and I can't wait to go back to see what it's like. It's in a great location you can walk for miles and miles the views are amazing. More
We had a great time in our honeymoon here, we really enjoyed the location and staff, rooms were cleaned daily, the food was very good, continental open buffet, cristal clear pools with salt water from the ocean, and the fact we also had a seaview room did the magic. I would love to come back here! More
