Pretty panoramas, a choice of attractive pools, and a peaceful spa are some of the best bits at the Hotel Paradise Park.
This hotel is wrapped in huge gardens on top of a small hill, with panoramic views of the town and coast. The popular Playa de las Vistas Beach is a scenic 20-minute walk away. The hotel runs a shuttle bus to save you the legwork, though.
This place flaunts some good-looking facilities. There's a rooftop pool and another carved into rock. The atrium is filled with pretty plants, and rooms are dressed in modern neutral tones.

Not a 4* hotel... It was 'ok' - would I return NO
Not a 4* hotel ..... We had a premium salon - old fashioned style room, it was based at the back opposite a Spanish pub, which was EXTREMELY LOUD even with doors and curtains shut! What annoyed us most was that one night he children's entertainment team were outside it having a few drinks after work there and we could hear them crystal clear even though they knew we had complained about how loud it was with it!!!!! All inclusive but had to pay for branded drinks if needed and pay for most of the cocktails - if you were not all inclusive and had a branded drink or cocktail you were treated VERY well indeed..... The hotel itself was nice and staff friendly - I do have more cons then pros however .... All inclusive ended at 11pm - not much to do after this, bar stayed open till 12pm but would only have around 2/3 people in and there is nothing outside hotel to go to for a few drinks etc in fact hardly any shops either. The food was ok - bit samey each nice apparently they had themed nights but the food seemed the same to me, snack bar was the same every day burgers and chips and hot dogs - bit repetitive after 12 days and nights.... They done slushes all inclusive had to pay extra for these as well as premium ice creams such as snickers etc.... The restaurant was large BUT there are A LOT of cockroaches outside the restaurant which the staff didn't seem to mind !!!!!!! They were HUGE and ran about every night we were there, they were also in the entertainment part. Apparently in a hot country these mean it is a clean area - this is what I got told when I reported yet another sighting of one... The hotel pool - what on earth!! people queing from 7.30am for a sunbed when the pool dose not open until 9am - they would take numerous towels so even if you did que you blink and every bed is gone!! They do have a 2nd pool across the way which is gated so need your room key - this is VERY deep especially for a 6 year old boy, my nephew jumped in one day very excitedly and could get back up - NO LIFE GUARDS THERE so I had to jump in fully clothes to get him - I did not seen one life guard at all at this pool which is extremely scary. Me and my partner ventured up to the adults only rooftop part which is amazing with fabulous views, plenty of beds up there but certain foods had to be paid for again whilst you were all inclusive which get very annoying! Deffo worth a go to just look at the view though. Children's entertainment was ok, my nephew loved kids club and water balloons, they advertise a pool inflatable but this was only up once we were there. My nephews armband fell off after he had a go of it but managed to swim back up but the guy manning it was VERY abrupt about this and said he isn't allowed back on it again. I was furious as all his little friends he had made were on with with armbands etc - he did go back on it no problem and when he fell off his arm band the 2nd time didn't come off so why was he not allowed on it again after the first time?????? Would I return - no I 100% will not return to this hotel, it is placed at the top of los cristianos with nothing around it, and everything at 11pm is lights out and off even outside hotel apart from that one Spanish pub.More
Firstly this hotel came highly recommended, I have heard since our stay that it changed hands n there's been a lot of changes n not for the better !! Room 618, extremely clean the maid done us proud -Thankyou again , good pool view !! Food -average, very repetitive , ate out a few times !! Staff - were first class . . . . Especially Alicia in the rooftop terrace , she is a credit to your hotel, always polite n smiling n nothing was a problem. Sun beds were never a problem for us in the adult only bit, overall cleanliness in hotel was great until our last day wen we couldn't keep our room on, we were given a courtesy room(jst a spare room) for half an hour time slot, it was a mess , no clean towels I had to ask reception for some n the floors were left like a swimming pool , very disappointing !! I was ill for 4 days n had to visit a doctor with stomach cramps/diahorrea, not exactly sure wot the cause of it was but did put a slight dampener on ma hols😡!! Overall we did enjoy our holiday . . . Would we return ??? Not too sure !! Ur staff are the best . . . . Keep up the good work 👍👍More
Highly recommend - a great hotel and holiday
Couldn't fault this hotel I'd highly recommend it to anybody. 2nd time we have stayed and I'd go back again. My 17yr old had the best holiday yet and met some great friends. Rooms are of a good standard, clean and tidy and cleaned daily. Food excellent with a good choice throughout. Entertainment was good. Couldn't fault the customer service as it was excellent and a big thanks to Julio the waiter who was brilliant and a credit to this hotel. Good wifi throughout. The only criticism is having to wait till 9 for sunbeds then it's a mad rush. More
Fantastic week spent here!
This hotel is fantastic! Staff are amazing, they are all so friendly and cannot do enough for you! Reception staff were extremely helpful, when we were trying to book excursions (without Spanish) we had some difficulties, we would ask reception to help us out and they would book everything for us. Food was mostly different each night, it was enjoyable and even though it was always busy, queuing for food was never an issue. Especially enjoyed the adult roof area, it was always quiet even though there were thousands of guests at the hotel. We will be back!!More
The majority of our stay at Paradise Park Hotel was really enjoyable. A few things that did put a dampener on the stay were:- 1) Couldn't get a sun-bed around any of the pools. 2) The noise most mornings coming from the hotel's delivery area 3) On the day of checkout, we were due to leave the hotel at 20:00 but needed to be out of room for 12:00 (Mid-day), there was no option for late check out, so we had hours of waiting in reception as the guy had taken our all inclusive wrist bands off us (which given the fact we didn't check in until evening on our first day, I would have expected to be able to enjoy these until we actually left the hotel or the evening of the seventh day so we actually get the all-inclusive for the full seven days we paid for..). Then when we asked about a taxi-service, the guy on reception said "I don't know.." and was fairly unhelpful and uninterested* I appreciate that the taxi service (as we had private taxi-transfer as part of the holiday package) should have been more of a concern for our holiday rep @ Thomas Cook, however they were no were to be seen for the entire holiday. I just felt he could have at least tried to help, however I get the impression that as we had already checked out, we were no longer his problem.More
