Massages for two and dinners with a view are just the start of what this hotel has to offer.
Sensimar Los Gigantes sidles up to the ocean’s edge, so you get sea views from almost every vantage point. Glass-wrapped terraces and newly-refurbished rooms give it a contemporary look.
Less than 10 minutes’ walk away, there’s a marina lined with shops, cafes and restaurants.

Two days into second week and we are loving it. This is our 4th visit to the hotel and it's just as good as ever. Staff very polite and helpful. Rooms very clean and being on floor 5 with a sea view it's peaceful. The only downside is that by 7.30am every morning you can see that most sunbeds round the main pool have towels on them. Even though they have notices to say not to do this. We have already booked for Jan 2018 so looking forward to coming again. More

Fantastic Location .... Great Hotel
Our first visit to Tenerife, and after hiring a car and touring the whole island and visiting all the main towns, we came to the conclusion we chose the most perfect location. A 5 min walk into the small town with shops, cafes & restaurants. A pretty town square, a small black sand beach for snorkeling & small pretty harbour. The hotel is very clean, staff polite and professional. Buffet is very good and never repeated for the 7 nights we were there. Could have more vegetables but the salad bar more than makes up for this and the vegetarian bar had lovely veg & fresh stir fry, so was great. Fresh fish & meat cooked to order. As with many hotel buffets, it was very busy with little ambience. The fairy lights around the pillars really made the area much better but unfortunately were taken down through the week (obviously only for xmas), which was a shame & lighting seemed to be turned up, so turned back into a cafeteria atmosphere.Breakfast was plentiful especially all the fresh fruits & lovely fresh pastries & breads. The queue for coffee is awful and the wait not worth it, as it wasnt too good so had to change to being a tea drinker. Pool was cold but lovely to see the sea and waves crashing against rocks below the area while sunbathing.Although many place towels on sunbeds before 8am which is very annoying, we didnt see any beds left empty and were full straight after breakfast and used all day apart from lunchtimes. Rooms are spacious, clean and contemporary. Our room was at the back with town views but all have a side view of the harbour, sea and Los Gigantes cliffs. These rooms do have noise from the bars in the town but all music stops at 12pm. There is plenty of free parking at back of hotel. The gardens are beautiful and so well cared for with nice seating areas placed around. This is a very nice hotel ... dont know how anyone can have any complaints....if I had to find one.... its just the lifts are small and very slow .... but taking the stairs to burn all the calories was not such a hardship....although we were only second floor!! Would definetely recommend the Sensimar Los Gigantes.More
relaxing happy holiday break me and the wife
We where met in the foyer by a member of staff who explained to us how the hotel was run and they wanted to do everything they could to help us enjoy our hotel stay. They tried to help us in every way they could .a bottle of red wine and two bottles of water complementary where in our room on arrival and some how they discovered I had a birthday there was a surprise bottle of wine and a Thompson reps bottle of champagne plus a cake what a surprise. The two thompson reps and all the staff where extremely helpful smiles all round .I have always understood if you are decent with someone you are treated the same this practice was proved once again some people think they control the weather and complain about anything but a little give and take is all you need that's life once again we recommend this hotel the staff where good the reps where great and the regular guests are proof as they keep returning thanks to all the staff at the sensimar los gigantes room 317 2/1/2017 to9/1/2017 More
Just booked a return to this hotel for the fifth time. Attracted by the beautiful views of the Atlantic ocean, the large bedrooms with enormous comfortable beds, great food choices and strictly for adults. Spotlessly clean and in a great location. Cafes, bars and restaurants right on the doorstep and the lovely harbour area a short walk away. Hotel entertainment is a bit hit and miss. Have seen some good acts and some dire ones. But if the entertainment isn't to your taste, try a walk around the lovely surrounding area and have a drink in one of the bars and just relax. One irritation in the hotel is guests lining up their pool towels by the door from as early as 6.30am. despite the fact the doors do not get unlocked until 8am. Its then a stampede to get the preferred Sun bed! Utterly ridiculous when there are plenty to go round! Poolside though is very relaxing with fab views, reasonable pool bar prices and a pretty outdoor dining area for lunch. Loved our holidays here with our friends and can't wait to return in May to the warm welcome we've always had. Great hotel. We love it! More
Nearly a four star review but buffet food let it down. Enjoyed the hotel if a little tired, looks as if it has had a recent 'lick' of paint but it's age still showing. Having said this a nice place in general, lovely staff and good location. My personal bugbear is buffet food I always find it generally lying too long and not warm enough, if you are paying good money you should be sitting down too hot fresh food served to you by waiters.More
