We stayed here as a family of 5 at the start of the summer holidays, we got a really good deal £1600 for flights, baggage, transfer and apartment! Check in was swift and we were directed to our room on the 4th floor, the room was better than i was expecting after reading the reviews we were pleasantly surprised. Two bedrooms kitchenette living and dining area and bathroom, best of all was the huge private balcony, when led down no body could see you. Apartment was cleaned daily and I have to mention the cleaners work hard the whole complex is extremely clean, towels were dated and we had to pay for T.V which was only 15 euros for 11 nights. Having no air conditioning will definitely stop me coming back here it was way too hot and if i opened bedroom window at night all you could here was loud music from the strip down the road which carried on till at least 5am, I struggled sleeping and getting ready to go out at night. Pool area was ok but for the love of god why do people feel the need to queue for pool to open then proceed to put towels down then go back to bed, there is no need, i don't hang around the pool all day but we got a bed whenever we went down so there was just no need, also sometimes towels would be on all afternoon then they decided to come down only to remove their towel and go???? All in all we had a good holiday and apartments are in a great location but until they get air conditioning I won't be returning!More
Dont miss out !!
We booked in here for 2 weeks. What a absolute bargain. I was impressed from the very start. Great location. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Very clean. Polite and friendly staff. Late check out and the benefit of a courtesy shower room available. Pool area kept clean. Plenty of sun beds however the usual case of towels being left unattended for hours on end.... otherwise this place deserves a 5 ☆.... The lifeguard has a habit of scrounging cigarettes of random people on most days. This is not a reflection on the hotel, just him... Would not hesitate to recommend this great value hotel to anyone and would definitely return. Thoroughly enjoyed my 2 weeks here...More

value for money self catering
Never having indulged in the world of self catering in Tenerife before I can thoroughly recommend these apartments in Playa de las Americas. This was a late 'ish' booking. A package that had us flying with Thomas Cook but booking through Thomsons. We had a one bedroom apartment, which catered for three people. Twin beds and a put you up in the 'living room'. Wardrobe space was situated in the bedroom and in the hall. The shower was more than adequate, it was a hands free in a bath. A safe is available at an extra cost. Take care when emptying it at the end of your holidays as we found a bank card pushed up against the side of the safe and because it was black we didn't notice it, until we were emptying the sad and obviously neither did the owner of the card. It had a black backing!!! and 'yes' we did hand it in to reception so the owner could be contacted. The kitchen, open plan with the 'living room' had a microwave, toaster, two ring cooker and an amazing fridge. Utensils comprised of three of everything should you decide to cook in. We didn't, too many excellent eating places around and about. The location of the apartments was good, far enough away from the Veronicas for us not to be bothered by noise, close enough to restaurants, cafes, bars, beaches and some expensive shops for some pleasant day and evening walks. A lift was available to all floors, but I can't tell you if staff help with luggage because we didn't need assistance. We had a balcony facing the pool so some sunshine on the room but not a lot. If you want a clean establishment then this is absolutely the place for you, they never stopped cleaning, the rooms, pool area, reception! There was the usual silliness for the 'best' sun beds by the pool but that never bothered us on the days we decided on a swim. The pool itself needs a few tiles replacing and appears to be beginning to get 'black' deposits in between the tiles in some place. Service at the pool is excellent. we had drinks, but didn't 'eat in' so cannot comment on the food. The staff were very pleasant and we found that they always had a smile for us. WiFi was available in reception but you will find that it is not the fastest! Certainly intend going backMore

Bathroom was not as clean as other hotels, lots of ants, not great for disabled guests, reception staff were somewhat helpful, no option for wifi in the rooms, no entertainment, no music allowed at the pool and hotel don't play ambient music, lift wasn't working on arrival, no instructions for fan in room which resulted in the first two days with no fan, hotel didn't have an iron, had to pay for use of the tv in the room, self catering rooms were poorly equipped, and walking distance local shops were also poorly equipped for self catering, so expect to travel to a hyperdino supermarket for essentials! Mama Rosa was excellent and the food by the pool was nice, pool bar staff were very kind and so was the majority of the staff, although the pool shut at 6pm ? Which is very unusual considering how hot it was and compared to the other hotels it seemed early, by the pool you are also accompanied by staff stacking the sunloungers early resulting in an unwelcome feel by the pool!! cleaners came every second day but after arriving at 12am on Friday night the maid came into our room at 9am the next morning (which woke us up) which made no sense as we hadn't even unpacked our cases never mind make any mess, after advising the maid we didn't need anything that morning she then did not return for another two days ! The beds were very hard and unomfortable more like a camp bed ! Pillows were ok though, rooms didnt have soap or showergel or any little extras that you normally get. We got the overall vibe that the hotel was not concerned of our overall wellbeing or whether we enjoyed our holiday or not which is disappointing as the reviews on here tell a very different story...More
10/10 for value and location.
Amazing value for money for possibly the cleanest hotel known to mankind. Everyday your rooms and the whole hotel including pool is scrubbed clean. Exit the hotel and walk 5 mins to the left and you end up at the hard rock hotel/Harry's bar etc ideal for a quieter nice in a nice area. Walk right for 5 mins and end up on Veronica's strip which is the wild side of Tenerife (drinks watered down like no bodies business) Walk straight for for 5 mins and end up on the beach which is full of bars and higher end cocktails bars. On the door step of the hotel is restaurants and bars too which offer €9.50 for 3 courses and €1.50 for beers which all the food is amazing too. Would have scored this 5* if the hotel prices reflected what you could get 5 yards outside as was a little pricey and also if the fans were a little better in the room as I felt like a thanks giving turkey that had been glazed in garlic butter on 280 degrees over night when I woke up. Overall will 100% return. More
