Cheap holiday. Decent hotel
Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights from 8th May 2017. Room O-14 Couldn't fault the hotel really. The rooms were nice and clean.I had stayed at this hotel around 10 years ealier and the rooms had been refurbished since then. The hotel is on a hill so it does involve some walking up and down. I visit the gym a lot and even my legs were feeling it. The pool area is nice and clean with a large pool but the pool itself is freezing cold. perfect to wake you up from last nights hangover. We visited Siam Park which is a must do as its brilliant. We also did a day of Quad Safari which you can get from the hotel reception. This was also very good. All in all was a nice cheap break and would definately visit again. Think we are returing in October with the daughter.More

We arrived in the early hours and promptly checked in and offered a packed lunch with water which was a nice touch. Reception was friendly and welcoming. Although a bit dubious from reading all the negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived in our apartment. It was clean, and had everything we needed. We had an issue with hot water but after making my complaint known they quickly resolved the issue. It was cheap and cheerful for what we paid. Although there were alot of hen and stag parties which meant rowdy late night drinking in guests rooms which kept us awake. We also had an issue with one stag party who tried to man handle my brother in law which was uncomfortable. So not completely family friendly. The staff also zoom around in the golf buggies and you have to move out of the way alot without a thank you. The resort is on a hill so not ideal for most so a good pair of walking shoes are suggested as I bust three pairs of sandals. You can grab a taxi but this ranges from â¬4-6. The food was OK and you could always find something to eat, although there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which is why I would consider self catering next time. The drinks were ok, I particularly liked the white wine and local beer. The games room was great for kids and the â¬'s lasted a while in the machines. In the main bar area I wasn't particularly fond of the entertainment and the barman was quite miserable and not very friendly unfortunately. We visited Siam Park which was most definitely the highlight of our holiday. I would visit again just to go there, we all had a wonderful time. The gentleman who sells excursions in the lobby is fantastic and very knowledgeable. Overall the complex is what it is and you get what you pay for. The weather was beautiful and although this is my 6th time to Tennerife I will definitely be back . More
After spending a week here I have mixed feelings about the place. The staff are extremely friendly and this is probably the best part of the holiday. The food was lower standard on the all Inc against people who had paid at the bar area, always cold and overcooked. The food in the restaurant wasn't much better. You would expect repetitive dishes but it got to the point we were not looking forward to meal times at all. Victoria restaurant in town was a very welcome change. Cant fault the rooms and cleaning routines but be prepared to see plenty of cokroaches some you could put a saddle on. Don't bother with the tv unless you understand Spanish. The pool area was ok with the salt water pool but does need some maintainance work. Plenty of sun loungers etc. Overall the holiday wasn't a total loss and totally enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, totally needed. Main strengths of the resort was the friendly staffMore
A real bargin
Please note laguna park is up the side of a volcano! That said, this was a brilliant find, yes its a little tired in places but its not claiming to be 5 star resort. Beds are ok kitchenet was equiped and clean. The showers were powerful. Theres a good size pool and a Local shop. The staff are helpful. Its a 10-15min walk down the hill to the beach. I would advise on getting a cab back. The cab prices are really reasonable. â¬5/6.More

4 night break
Visited Laguna park 2 in April for a 4 night break. 2 adults. These apartments are good value for money. The apartments are at the top of a hill but it's only 4 Euro to get a taxi back up. The walk down to neighbouring resorts is lovely. Onsite shop definitely has everything you need. Didn't eat or drink at the hotel as this was a quick break. But looked good. Apartments cleaned once in our 4 night stay. We was very happy with Laguna park 2. Looking forward to visiting again over the summer months.More
