Convenient place to stay
Stayed here for 6 nights. Given our apartment at reception but it was quite along way to it. Okay if you like walking. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor but no-one told us there wasn't a lift with 38 steps to climb up with cases. Apartment was clean, but had a problem with no hot water 4 nights out of 6, and only tepid water in a morning. I did complain about this. If staying again would stay Parque Santiago V.More
Stayed here in February 2017 the first room we were given was very disappointing room 206 in the tower not good at all , the room was ok but the balcony had no view whatsoever you were facing a brick wall with some plastic grass and a plant pot and an aircon unit that made a noise all night.I went to reception next day at 10am as advised and they moved us to room 609 this room was great we had a inland view of the mountain and street view the room was a decent size with kitchen facilities and the shower was good. We travelled with Thompson and there is no way you can get the best rooms with the pool view. The hotel itself was great very clean , good service. The hotel is situated in a great position and you can walk all the way in both directions to the next resorts. There are plenty of bars, resturants and shops. In all I would recommend these apartments.More

Booked through owners direct apartment ID CA237 #8121257 When we arrived apartment smelled of damp throughout. Chipped paintwork cracked tiles. All furniture looks grubby and needs replaced. The showers are full of algae and rust and cannot be used. Spent 2 horrible nights here and had to find a new apartment as we couldn't stay there Paid 142 for the 2 nights which was outrageous. Found a lovely apartment through ocean management. Lovely and clean ocean view and cheaper. If you want to have a shower on your holiday do not book this. I've still to hear back from the owner. 10/12 euros to hire sunbeds round the pool per day a bit steep. Pool bar good and reasonable. Had a nice holiday eventually just the start wasn't great and took a day to sort money and move. More
been to Santiago 3 and 4 many times and cant fault the accommodation, location, or cleanliness of the hotel and surrounding bars and restaurants. My only complaint would be the tiles around the pool in 3 really need replacing they are way beyond repair, this spoils what otherwise is a great place to stay .More
Firstly I need to express my disappointment of the apartment we were given on arrival it was beyond small and very dark after only one night aI were prepared to move somewhere else as when I complained they told me they were full. On the second day I complained again and the receptionist ask where I were and when I told her her facial expression said it all. We went back at mid day and were given another apartment which was acceptable.More
