Lovely and clean apartments, very well equipped for a self catering holiday. Maids cleaned apartment every day, and were always very friendly. Yes they could do with a little updating but is a fantastic place to stay. The location of apartments is excellent with everything you need available just minutes away. The pool area's are fantastic, and the childrens pool stea amazing even though we had no children with us. Have been twice and will return.More
Fantastic holiday accomodation/ location
Just returned from a fabulous holiday at Parque Santiago 111. Accomodation was very clean and a one bed apartment was plenty big enough for a family of four. Only problem was the plug adapters we have used in Tenerife previously didn't fit the sockets at this hotel. Location of hotel was ideal, our balcony over looked the main road which was very pretty at night. The pool area is huge and very well maintained, had lots of sunbeds and sun brolleys. We spent a lot of time in the pool which we dont normally do. The whole complex is built over a shopping complex which added to the originality of the accomodation. Only downside were the squawking parrots in the palm trees outside our room that woke us every morning. We will be rebooking for later in the year. :) can't recommend this resort enough.More
60th family holiday
Stayed in 1V we had a nice 2 bedroom apt 1124 on the ground floor about 25 meters from the sea front so a excellent position.Apt had everything we needed staff were ok and plenty of security around the complex and quiet at night.Never had any problem with sunbeds beautiful pool areas but water was salted which stopped our grandson swimming as much.Pool bar expensive. Good apts in a good position for everything. We would definitely returnMore

Great holiday complex
Second time at Parque Santiago and was not disappointed, we had a studio this time and it had everything ìn it, beds were uncomfortable though, they were having renovations done again, last year it was the round pool being done and this year they has a lot of work on the tiles taken up and new ones fixed. Let's hope next year it's going be all done. I feel there is too many sunbeds on the complex it be nice if they were spaced out better. Brilliant location on the main strip with a shopping centre and restaurants underneath. WiFi Internet free on the complex and strong signal. UK TV channels in the rooms. Children's water world is brilliant for the kids.More
4th time but last time
Booked thru Thomson holidays a full year in advance. As this is our 4th visit we knew the drills. On arrival at PS4 we asked for a sunny balcony. This was never going to work as read on previous reviews that if you book a studio thru Thomsons you will always be given the tower where there are no ovens or sun on balconies. Just as we thought we were advised hotel was full and our room was in the tower!!! Worst nightmare for 2weeks. The receptionist was getting angry and would not consider our request. Even although we advised him we booked a year in advance and requested sun shine. We had no choice to accept the room but returned the next am to be told still no rooms. On the 3rd day my husband returned with me to reception and we're offered room 2207 facing sea and pool which we gladly accepted!! This was an nightmare for the first 3/14 days of our holiday as we were living out a suitcase. After this holiday was great but will not return to PS4. We noticed a change in room allocations and that is twice now we have been banished to the Tower. Hotel is clean and great location and pools are fabulous but sadly we will use PS3 which is lovely welcoming and more lively. Shame really but do not expect to be messed about again!!! Lesson to be learned book with jet2 much better and better room allocation!! More
