We stopped in Santiago three was very clean and comfortable the pool area was brilliant very clean and plenty to do. There is a kids pool and one where kids can swim but can't have to toys so we had no kids so wasn't bothered by splashing. We will definitely be going back next year we loved it . More

A big complex but not a lot to do , if your a sunbed worshiper's great place, but if not and like a bit of entertainment this is not the hotel for you , nowt for teenagers/ young adults to do , pools are very salty due to fed straight from the sea More

I stayed in Parque Santiago 2 , playa de las Americas in April 2017 I stayed in apt 333 which was clean and well maintained. The apartment has a lovely family feel to it and was very spacious with great sleep space. The views from the balcony were amazing all day and the sun hits the balcony from 4pm if you want to eat in the apartment. The apartment has a TV, washing machine and cooking facilities . It also has a very comfortable sofa. The apartment is safe and secure and quiet at night time with minimal noise heard. I would definitely stay here again . More
