This hotel has one of the best pools in Playa de las Americas. And it’s only a 10-minute walk from town and beach.
The pool here is a showstopper. Set in tropical gardens, it’s a lagoon number and comes with a waterfall and poolside bar. There are 2 more bars inside, plus a buffet restaurant.
Step outside the hotel and you’re only a 10-minute walk from Las Vistas beach, and about the same from the bars and clubs in the centre.

Brilliant winter break
This was my first visit to Tenerife and it didn't disappoint! The island is beautiful with lots to see. I loved see the volcano even tho it started to snow at the cable cars! We went from 22c at the bottom to 4c at the top lol We rented a car for two days and one of our party drove. He knows his way around as he has been going to the island for 20yrs! The hotel was clean, friendly and helpful. My room was big enough for me ( I was a single supplement grr) Bed was comfy, bathroom was very clean towels very clean and balcony looking towards the volcano and other hotels. There was a main road outside my room with lots of other hotels but it was not very noisy and once the balcony doors were shut I could not hear anything. In the mornings when I sat out on the balcony I could smell the cooking of breakfast. This did not bother me as cooking has to be done if you want breakfast!!!! And it really was not that bad! It just happened I was near the kitchen fans lol The shower over the bath was really powerful and the water was always hot!! Unlike the pool!!! There are two pools the biggest one is a cold dip pool, and it was flipping cold!!! The smaller one was meant to be heated but I found it too cold! This was a shame because I really enjoy swimming and chatting in pools on holiday â¹ï¸ The inclusive bars shut at 11pm and the other one at 11:30 so it's not a 24hr inclusive. The hotel has a new sun Terrace on the roof. It was â¬10 a day to use it. We were told it was an adult only use. There were a few sun four poster beds and lots of sun loungers, two sun heated jacuzzis and a couple of showers outside, a coffee machine a well stocked fridge. As a big tea drinker I was disappointed lol the down fall is there is no toilet so you have to either go to your room or reception to use a toilet. Food was plentiful and a big variety. The only thing was that the food was not very hot unless you had something cooked fresh like steak. It must be very difficult to keep so much food hot, so if you like your food hot then I guess you will be disappointed. I have mobility problems. I use a walker to get around. There are mobility scooters you can hire but I thought they were expensive at â¬90 for 7 days I think. The whole place is level so getting about was not a problem with plenty of places to stop! I can't wait to visit againMore

You get what you pay for
You know what guy,s....i love to read some of the reviews on a certain hotel whilst i am actually there, at that time. You kind of get the first hand experience to find out if it is justifiable to what people are whinging about. Hear we go............ If you have been to the travel agents, or been on a comparison site, and this hotel has come up cheapest.....BOOK IT. I stayed here last January and again this year...got back on Friday evening. The hotel was cheaper than the majority of its rivals. TBH, its not the most lavish 4* i have stayed at in the last 25 years of holidaying on the island, but it is deffo more than adequate. The hotel is spotless as the girls are cleaning it every morning, the maids are in the rooms every day changing the towels and making the bed's, and the food offers something for everyone (however Mr Manger, the temperature of some of the food needs looking at). I found the staff to be spot on (on both visits) which is a major deal. What more can i say The hotel always comes up at a good price and is central to everything. If you are a little piccy....try the Conquistador at inflated prices...if you want a clean bed, good food and a good base...trust me, just book it. Mr Manger...sort out the food temps, and i will see you in June.More
Returned for our second year, first floor room at the front wasn't noisy, we even had a suite! Nice touch was cava and cookies in our room one day. visited the adults only roof terrace - fantastic views, peaceful and tranquil, got waited on with frozen towels and cocktails as the sun went down. Food choice is amazing and the self service bars are great.More

Not everybody's cup of tea
We booked with a group of thirty people mostly over 50s,we knew when we booked it was going to be a booze week and it was, with alcohol on tap literally serve yourself we drunk and ate with the best but usually we are not like that I prefer a nice child free hotel.i have to say hotel was clean all round but the noise on the landings of screaming young kids was awful not the kids fault but the parents for not keeping them under control, the noise above our room was bad moving furniture at stupid times and walking around in high heels and that was just the men,so overall I come over as a boring 50 year old but I'm sure there are a few of us out there.if you've got kids you will love it but if your like me give it a miss.More
