This hotel has one of the best pools in Playa de las Americas. And it’s only a 10-minute walk from town and beach.
The pool here is a showstopper. Set in tropical gardens, it’s a lagoon number and comes with a waterfall and poolside bar. There are 2 more bars inside, plus a buffet restaurant.
Step outside the hotel and you’re only a 10-minute walk from Las Vistas beach, and about the same from the bars and clubs in the centre.

Not 4*at all.
Disappointed. This is not at all a 4* hotel. Reception staff unprofessional, assistant manager reception very rude. Rooms not even 2 star (as you can see from few picture the beds are metal frame, very hospital stile),pillow....sort of 1 roll...Food was ok but the'restaurant' was looking more as a socil canteen.Restaurant staff nice and hard workers. Before giving value to this hotels will be better having a indeep research.24 four hours reception doesn't mean that customer are totally happy.A nice swimming pool.More
Decline in food quality
I feel the need to review following our visit in February 2017 for 1 week with my parents and another 10 day visit by my parents from 1st to 11th April. My hubby & I have visited this hotel several times & my parents have been visiting twice & on some occasions three times a year over the last 18 years!! The food quality is dire!!! Really really poor, heating system can't be working because the food stored in the metal food warmers is cold! On some occasions stone cold! My dad had chicken from the show cooking & cut into it and there was blood in it not cooked at all! The hotel is currently going through a refurb of its rooms, in my opinion it needs to start with the restaurant & its hot food storage system & the freezer!!! My dad had a tub of ice cream & on removing the lid it was like milkshake, he could have drunk it! The food heaters to the bottom end of the restaurant broke down & it's still not been fixed or if it has it's not being used! Food & drinks are a big part of your holiday, yes maybe the rooms are in need of a refurbishment but you seriously need to do something about the food quality. More
Building work horrendous.
The hotel in itself was fairly good hence the 3 stars but the room we were given 262 was overlooking the side of hotel volcano which it sounded like they were demolishing.noise went on from 7.15 to 6.00 not just hammering and banging but drilling with heavy machinery we had to spend the day at another hotel to escape the noise,so we didn't make use of the all inclusive deal that we had paid for.we came on holiday to relax in peace and quiet not to be constantly wound up because of the noise.on a good note all the staff were very friendly and the food was better than expected but so disappointed at the stress the noise causedMore
Chill out Tenerife
Week in this Hotel end of February. Half board. Pools and amount of reclining chairs very good. Location good for walks to shops and promenade. Weather superb but unfortunately can't give the hotel credit for that. Staff, rooms and food all good. Would recommend.More
