This hotel has one of the best pools in Playa de las Americas. And it’s only a 10-minute walk from town and beach.
The pool here is a showstopper. Set in tropical gardens, it’s a lagoon number and comes with a waterfall and poolside bar. There are 2 more bars inside, plus a buffet restaurant.
Step outside the hotel and you’re only a 10-minute walk from Las Vistas beach, and about the same from the bars and clubs in the centre.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and first time all inclusive. Food was ok but lukewarm and repetitive but are catering for lots of nationalities mostly german and dutch. Help yourself drinks were great and pool snacks were good. Room on the 3rd floor was large and had been refurbished, although the bathroom was big it had a tiny bath and had heard a few people had fallen getting out of it. Was disapointed to find the beach was like a building site with diggers and piling going on not worth paying 6 euros to lie next to it all day. Lots of building work in the area and i feel the upkeep of everywhere has gone down in general.More
Myself and 3 of my friends recently stayed in Best Hotel for a week in May. Upon arrival we were immediately impressed with the hotel and the efficiency of receptionist. Our room had superb views of the immediate area, the mountains and the sea. The pool area was fantastic, with waiting staff ready to attend to our every need.....cocktails!!!! We were all inclusive guests and the self service selection of beers, wines, spirits and minerals was simply put a fantastic idea...no queuing for drinks. There was a good selection of food served throughout the day at the pool bar, the breakfast, lunch and dinner in the dining room was not lacking in choice and catered for all tastes; the waiting staff were exceptional. After dinner we had the choice of sitting at the pool bar or the piano bar and if we wanted a branded spirit such as a Hendricks and Elder flower tonic it was not a problem and they were priced at a nominal fee for all inclusive guests (€5.00), which was a very pleasant surprise. Our rooms were immaculate and the maid service were very obliging and called back to clean the room if we had not left it earlier in the morning. The location of the hotel was amazing, a 10 min walk to the beach, shops and restaurants, but still far enough away from the strip (Veronica's). There was construction going on in the hotel next door, but given that the pool entertainment and music was going on there was no disruption to our fun, in fact we didn't notice the construction at all. I and all the girls agreed that we would have no hesitation in recommending Best Hotel, as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back in a heartbeat.More
Wonderful stay apart from the rooms
We had a lovely stay in this hotel with wonderful food with plenty to choose if the special that day was not for you, waiters and most staff were friendly and the pool and bars were fantastic. We stayed all inclusive and would recommend as we got packed lunch even if we were out for the day! The only problem was the rooms, it is currently being refurbished and unfortunately this is the time at which we stayed and so were firstly offered a lovely room which had been newly refurbished yet the room next door was still being completely so lots of noise coming from the next rooms along with builders looking in our balcony, the hotel was happy to change our room, in which we then found 3 builders in the 2nd room and it did not have a door attached to the hinges... the final room we were then shown was liveable but not to the quality we paid for the hotel... once the refurbishments have been completely I am sure this hotel will be a wonderful place to stay but not with the current refurbishments. If you are planing to book in the upcoming year then I would rethink until next year to ensure a quality room, but if it wasn't for this I would have rated the hotel with a much higher review, just wish we had visited a year later. All INCLUSIVE CUSTOMERS READ THIS
ROOM AIR CONDITIONING NOT WORKING the rooms air con was running but not making the rooms cool. I returned from an afternoon out to find the room the same temperature. GOD HELP CUSTOMERS IN JULY. most days were cloudy so the rooms were not too bad. We contacted the reception who said it could be the filter. I said that my room and my friends room was the same and was not working. They said they would check the filters. When I returned to the reception the next day they said the air coming out is all that there is as this is what is circulating around the hotel. This hotel is not all inclusive. Extras to pay for Room safe, mini bar in room, towel rental, new roof top pool £10Euro each. No bar service for all Inc. You are expected to serve yourself all the time, if a bar man is not doing anything he will simply point to the self service machines. If you wish to have a cocktail made by the bar staff you have to pay The soft drinks machine is severely watered down, I thought it needed more syrup but I was wrong. The bar man on 1 occasion poured me a soft drink from their machine behind the bar and it tasted perfect. You will also find the drinks machine in the dining area good as paying customers will be using the same machine. After a certain time maybe midnight or 11pm we were told if we wanted a drink we would have to pay. Even though the bar was still open. We only wanted a soft drink on this occasion. When you pay for all Inc you expect the same service as customers that pay. The location of this hotel is good and close to local shops and the beach. The pool area is good The rooms are good and kept clean. The entertainment is average. The food is ok. I would say the mid day and evening meals are good with maybe some improvement. The breakfast is not worth getting up for. I usually love the breakfast at hotels as they usually make this better than other meals. however the bacon is undercooked and sausages are horrible. The eggs and toast are good. I would certainly look elsewhere as usually there are much better hotels. More
Great service, close to the beach
We stayed here for seven days. Check in was really quick and easy. The staff were very helpful in providing us with some directions on getting to the beach and local amenities. The room was spotless, couldn't fault cleanliness. We were given a room with a sea view, even though we'd paid for a standard double room. The decor was a little dated although I could see that they are in the process of updating parts of the hotel. The room was equipped with a small mini fridge, ideal for keeping bottles of water and drink cool if you happen to go to the supermarket next door. As standard, there was a TV with BBC1, BBC2, ITV, 4 etc. although signal was a bit of an issue. The air conditioning was quite weak and wasn't brilliant. The balcony did have two sun loungers, a table and two chairs. Unfortunately there was no parasol. A safe was available for an extra charge/day. Breakfast was fairly standard and was available between 0700-1000. There was a selection of cereals, breads, fruit hot foods and drinks. Mostly what you would expect. The pool area was kept clean and the lifeguard was very helpful in finding us an parasol and sun beds. The pool itself was a nice size and wasn't too cold. I think this is heated in the winter. As mentioned, there is a supermarket next door and the beach is 5 minutes away. Likewise, The Hard Rock Cafe and other restaurants/bars are nearby. On checking out, we were able to leave our bags for free whilst we waited for our flight. We were also able to use one of the hotel's large shower rooms before departing. All in all, very good!More
