This hotel has one of the best pools in Playa de las Americas. And it’s only a 10-minute walk from town and beach.
The pool here is a showstopper. Set in tropical gardens, it’s a lagoon number and comes with a waterfall and poolside bar. There are 2 more bars inside, plus a buffet restaurant.
Step outside the hotel and you’re only a 10-minute walk from Las Vistas beach, and about the same from the bars and clubs in the centre.

Me and my wife have just returned from the Best Tenerife having been to this hotel previously. Again the first room we were allocated we were not happy with so we were given another room on the sixth floor over looking the pool we which we were very happy with. The staff at this hotel are very good and very helpful and are a credit to the hotel. There were plenty of sunbeds around the hotel pool and we never had any trouble getting a sunbed. The food at the hotel was good and varied and there was plenty of choice. Yes there were workmen around painting and doing other work but you have to remember this hotel is open all year round so when else can they do it. We would return to this hotel in the future .More

Very good hotel in a quiet area
We stayed here from March 5 to 12 with our children and grandchildren, 17 persons in total, and everyone was very content with it all. We had 3 good apartments next to each other. The children enjoyed the pools very much and the adults enjoyed the dinner in peace and quiet while Max entertained the children at the pool area. They simply loved him. He deserves to be praised. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and dinner was good, too, as there was something for every taste. We will surely go there again. Ester and PaulMore

we stayed as a couple with friends all inclusive.,great pool area (main reason we booked ) never had a problem finding sun loungers even after watching the daily race by the idiots for their usual place. much better pool bar snacks than other hotel chains we have stopped in on the islands (for the same money).its a quiet location but very easy walk to beaches ,shops ,veronicas etc very pleasant staff, good selection of evening entertainment the elton john tribute is a must, even if you are not a fan.the rooms were cleaned regulary & the hotel is very clean. good selection of buffet food we always found something we liked, we visited vistas beach there are some bars /restaurants that sell san mequel for 1 euro a pint or 1.20 on the beach (GREAT );)untill 6 pm our only problem was the pool side music list the same daily twice a day,(maybe have a different playlist for each day)but saying that it would not stop us returning for another holiday . overall we had a great stay and would return again .More

This was our second visit to this hotel, we decided to return as the service and overall experience we had last time was fantastic and we were expecting this again. When we were allocated our rooms we noticed a maintenance worker outside our room in the corridor plastering the walls, this continued for the entire 10 days of our holiday. Coming and going from our rooms we had to walk through plaster and dust sheets. The main buffet restaurant served food cold, when food was being brought out from the kitchen it was still cold as if it had been standing for a long while. We took our complaint to reception where the receptionist logged this on his computer system, we then went to see the Thomson rep, a queue of 6 guests were all waiting to speak to him about the same thing, he advised we would need to complain to the restaurant manager. When taking this to the restaurant manager he pointed to a microwave and told us to warm our food up there, this is not acceptable for an all inclusive resort. Due to the poor quality of the food we were eating out for breakfast and our evening meals, we did this on 7 days of our holiday. The attitude towards us and other guests in the hotel was far worse than the last time we visited and they were very unhelpful with our complaint. We would never stop all inclusive again.More
