The Sol Tenerife brags an in-the-thick-of-things location, with a beach in one direction and Playa de las Americas’ nightlife in the other.
If we could give this hotel any postcode, it’d probably be 90210. Everything’s in easy reach – there’s a beach in front of you, a bar-lined strip behind, and the famous Siam Park waterpark just 20 minutes’ wander away.
The property’s designers took advantage of its beachfront address, carving a couple of pools into a sea-view terrace. Other deal-breakers include sports courts and a packed entertainment schedule.

A very pleasant stay for a few nights
I have just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel and we had a lovely time. I read other reviews about noise at night so took some earplugs just in case but didn't actually need them. We stayed in room 970 which was in the tower facing away from Veronica's strip. Although relatively basic everything was well kept and clean. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful, the maids serviced the room regularly to a good standard. There is a safe in the room which will cost 10 euro refundable deposit plus 1.5 euro a day. We had breakfast included, we thought this was very good with a large choice. The hotel is in a very good location, you can walk out past the pool to a private gate for guests (needs a key swipe) which will take you out onto the promenade. The bar strip is very close as well as heading the other direction will get you into the centre, there are lots and lots of bars and restaurants near the hotel. This hotel was very good value for money, when I searched I couldn't find one of comparable standard for the same price. If you think a hotel that could get any noise at night will bother you it's probably better you stay further away from the action but as far as we were concerned this hotel suited our requirements perfectly and we would happily stay here again hence I am giving it a 5 rating.More

Our third stay at this perfectly situated hotel on the promenade in Las Americas. Although the rooms are basic they are clean and all the facilities are there - working hot shower plus bathroom necessities, television, safe, fridge, wardrobe, balcony. We tag on a day here at each end of our timeshare week. We go half board. The food is exceptional, in my opinion. We even complimented the chef! So much fresh fruit; so many choices of main; so many salads-all beautifully presented. The desserts? Well... something for everyone's taste, including gummie sweets for the children and adults like me who love them! (No coffee at dinner time) There is a pool 'scramble' every morning and people here will save the sun beds, sometimes they are 'NO SHOWS'!!! I personally dislike this practise but now you know! Pool towels are 10⬠refundable deposit. Lots of poolside activities if you choose to participate. The reception staff are wonderful and have been so helpful and cheerful. A special thanks must therefore go to Olena, Julia and Barbara. In fact we have enjoyed our stays so much that we have booked a long weekend in November and are contemplating a whole week all-inclusive to tag on next year! Recommend without reservation.More

I lost my camera in your luggage room.
I keep my backpack in your luggage then i came back at night then I asked to get back my backpack, the reception staff just give me the key and asked me to give it by myself. When I got into the room, there was empty then I back to reception asked for this, the staff said they didn't, after a while, they found my backpack in a room inside the reception. When I check in to my room and open my backpack, my camera was disappeared. More
